This is a very cute rope toy. My pup hasn't played with it a ton but he likes to drag it around the house. I'll admit we haven't played a rousing game of tug of war with it so I can't attest to the total durability but it's held up to being dragged from one room to the next!

This item is moderately effective, but is much below the effectiveness of the loud bells available from Lion Country Supply. The bell does work, but not anywhere nearly as well as the other bells I have discovered.

With Dogs in the big woods...louder is better...and I also use multiple bells...as some frequencies work better than others, depending on the terrain.

My most adventuresome animals get the loudest bells.

I run three dogs in the woods and have a different bell on each one so I can tell them apart. The sound of this bell carries for a surprising distance even though it is a middle toned cheery sleigh bell. My medium sized dog doesn't seem to mind it a bit and I like being able to hear where she is and what direction she is headed in even when she is obscured by brush.

Setting this up was easy-peasy. It took all of 45 seconds my first time (the manufacturer claims 30 seconds, but I'm sure with some practice, I could easily beat that). It's easy to carry in it's collapsed form--nothing you'd take on a ten mile hike, but carrying it from a parking lot to your destination is a breeze.

It's roomy and comfortable--your Fido will not mind spending time in here. I crawled into it myself, and as a full grown man, I was able to turn around very easily.

It's a basic dog crate, with tray. Good value for the money for our use. Read the sizes very carefully as this is a LARGE crate suitable for very large dogs (like Saints), and it may not readily fit just anywhere in your home as a result. After use, I find I could have gone with a size smaller for my largish Samoyed, and he'd still have plenty of room, but I decided to keep it anyway. The crate collapses easily enough for transportation and storage, and has a carry handle. This crate would be more versatile, if it had a side door, but it is advertised as having only one door, so that's not a defect. The tray is fairly light-weight plastic, so it's too early to tell how well it will stand up to a large dog or one prone to chewing.

This item was better than I thought from the pictures, as I will only need it for a couple of months and thrown away. Once I opened the box the finish and quality made take a second look and it made itself a keeper, eventhough I don't own a dog, but my daughtesr will be bringing hers every now and then.

After purchasing our second extra large cool pad in a month, please be aware that the covering for the pad is fatally flawed. After just three weeks, small cracks developed in the cover on both sides.

Our retailer replaced the cool pad and within a week the second cool pad cover was showing signs of wear including another long crack.

Our 76 pound golden loves the pad, but it is clear that the material used to cover the pad is not adequate to handle normal usage of a large dog.

We assumed that since the cool pad is sold without an additional cover that the covering was capable of handling large dogs.

It is not.

In our opinion this very expensive pad, while a great idea, simply needs to have a much tougher cover.

Large dog owners should be very cautious if you purchase is for a large dog.

I ordered this product for my Keeshond who doesn't tolerate the heat very well. She needed some encouragement to try it out, but once she did she stayed for a long nap. She seems very comfortable using this pad and I'm glad I bought it. The size (large) was perfect for her and for my male English Springer Spaniel. I may be purchasing another one for him. This pad does not make the floor or the dog damp as did other pads I've used in the past. Outer material seems very durable and easily washable too.

Pad works great BUT...make sure you get the new model (gray border, not totally blue). My 1st one lasted less than 1 month; it got hard as a rock around one edge. It was just past 30 days and Amazon would not replace, refund or credit. After contacting the Green Pet Shop in the Chicago area (who acknowledged the issue with previous model) they provided me with a replacement of their newest product and satisfied me enough that I purchased another. That's what I call great customer service from a company who obviously cares...after all, it is GREEN!

I am a huge believer in this product. My senior Golden needed the support of his orthopedic bed, but it always made him hot and he'd he go lay on the closet patch of cold, hard tile to cool off, which is not ideal for his joints. We found the perfect compromise with this product, as the coolness lures him onto his bed, and once it activates on touch with the cooling effect, he settles in for the entire night on his supportive bed. The best part is that he settles in so well that he stays on it for many hours in a row. After 3-4 hours, the pad actually warms up in correspondence to his body temperature, which is a great benefit to his arthritis. Like many other reviewers, I did not want to order something messy and water-filled or electric for safety reasons and for ease when we travel. I also wanted to mention that I believe the other reviews about the covering of the product may be outdated; the cover on ours is not fabric and has yet to display any wear and tear. You may want to order a size up--my Golden strategically positions himself on the Large, but he'd probably fit better on Extra-Large.

One of the holes pre-drilled into one of the roof pieces was off so I drilled a new one and had to leave the wrong drill hole screwed in so rain won't get inside. Aside from that I like the dog house. One other problem: my dogs won't use it. How do you get your dogs to get inside? I tried treats and they only go inside enough to get them out. They won't stay. Any help is appreciated.

I purchased these for my 16 year old dog. She uses them more than the others I've tried which she tends to skirt around. The pads are very absorbent (when they are right-side up!) We put out 5 6 at night and Kelly uses them when she can't make it through the night. I sleep better knowing that i don't have to get up at 3 or 4 a.m. even if she does.

My two suggestions

(1) Make it easier to determine which side is the side to be upward. We pick up the pads and fold them when company comes. When they get placed down again, sometimes the bottom is up which defeats the purpose.

(2) I'd love to see them in a size for older fully-grown dogs. Kelly is about 38 pounds. One pad does not cover the areas subject to exposure. I will purchase these again.

It wasn't as absorbent as I would have liked. The edges are super flimsy and if my Chihuahua pees anywhere near said edge it is all over my floor. It doesn't even absorb off of her paws, I've got little paw prints all over my floor. Someone PLEASE make a better pad; more absorbent, raised padding around the edges (so urine stays put) and thicker plastic backing so my floor stays clean. Oh, Fairypuppypad Godmother please give me all of this and I'll give up that handsome Prince.

I made my collie a real nice doghouse at another house we lived in a few years ago. Now, I would like to keep him warm out in the cold, when we have to go out for a while. He's not house broke when we leave him alone, so we have no choice. I love the insulation for this log cabin dog house. Good idea! Only I would buy '2' Outback Dog House Clear Doors and put one inside and one outside. I previously bought a dog house at Tractor Supply that was not the same brand as the insulation. Therefore, the door opening was on the wrong side. That did not stop me, however, I just turned it upside down and now my dog has a cozy option.

This liner perfectly fits the Precision Log Cabin dog house. I purchased the small one for the small dog house. It really makes the interior of the dog house warm and cozy! Any breeze that may have gotten through the dog house can't permeate this liner. The liner is installed before the roof is screwed on the house. There is a flap that wraps around the top of the dog house and when the roof is put on the house, the liner isn't going to go anywhere or slip. The door opening aligns perfectly also. I additionally purchased the dog flap door to keep the wind at bay, and I think my little dog can't be any happier! It really does the job and although my little dog loves to run around outside (she thinks she's a ranch dog, and we don't want to burst her bubble that she's not), I can hardly get her to come out of her house now. She loves it!

(note: before putting on the dog flap door, put liner in first, so you can know exactly at what height to install the door. I installed the door first and then had to adjust it afterward because I didn't take in to account the liner height. The flaps can get caught up when the dog enters the house if it's not at the right height and will not provide the proper protection from the wind and cold.)

I was happy that this insulated liner seemed better than I thought it might be. It fit well and since I just started using it it seems good for my older blue heeler. It has been in the low 40's and will be dropping more soon. I added a thermal reflective warmth pet blanket that I also bought on amazon that I can wash and it really seems to work well. If you have dogs that claw their beds allot, this would probably rip quickly unless you added[ something tougher on the floor part. For my dog it's going to be good.

We have stopped buying any dog treats with ingredients from China. Phoebe didn't like this one too much after the first few times I gave it to her. She prefers crispy treats and these are slightly chewy. They are only good for 3 days without freezing which is sort of a hassle.

I am a pet groomer. I heard that the line of shampoos and conditioners worked wonders for indoor dogs with dry, flaky coats. I picked this up along with the conditioning rinse. I was seriously underwhelmed.

My dog's coat is very soft but wire-y textured so needs all the volumizing support it can get. The coat was left dull, flat, and generally waxy feeling. I could not do any haircut on her because of the residue build-up.

I would not suggest this shampoo for any long haired dog with finer hair. Because it does not rinse clean, it actually causes more matting.

I would only recommend this for short haired dogs.

Both of my dachshunds have major skin reactions to most of the off the counter dog shampoos (Red, itchy skin! Oh my!). Not only does this shampoo smell fantastic, it never gives them a reaction! It leaves their coats so shiny and soft it's like they are puppies again. Yes, I'm guilty of holding my pups up after they dry off to touch my cheek with that softness (I feel like a really creepy downy commercial).

And what makes it even better? It LATHERS, not to mention it's CHEAP! It goes a long way, even on a large dog, unlike most products where you have to add ten pounds of the goop to your pet to even try and get it to sud.

I'm glad that John Paul has held his pet products to as high of a standard as his partner products for humans. :) I won't spend a single solitary cent on more expensive and terribly made pet shampoos again!

Yes this is all plastic, but dont let that fool you. It is rather strong plastic and works well at gathering large and small piles.

Pros:

Light weight, easy to use (good height), comes with handy clamp to keep the two pieces together, wide bucket, fairly sturdy, pretty cheap.

Cons:

Rake will break in time but that is an easy fix, doesn't work well in taller grass, doesn't work too well in rocks.

Overall, i would recommend this, I have back problems and find it very helpful.

since my efforts to teach my dogs to pick up after themselves has failed, this item is greatly needed.

it is much better that the wood handled one that I got at a pet store, as teh wood has faded and the metal has started to rust a bit.

the plastic rake and scoop portion clean up with a quick spray from the garden hose. the aluminum handle seems better and is a screw in to the pan. (unlike the previous mentioned one that the handle was held in by rivets, that eventually popped out.)

makes for a clean yard enjoyed by all!

I brought two of these on here and I think they are great for ducks! They are plastic which means I can easily clean them with a hose. The roofing on this dog house are actually screwed in which needs to be unscrewed to take it off, but i find it a lot easier by pushing the floor from the bottom in and pull the floor out of the houses, it's very simple and easy to do, or you could just open the door and spray water into that to clean it. One side of the flooring can left up to become a wired floor for half of the dog house, what i like about it is that if you put a water bowl on top of the wired floor part, it will help keep the rest of the floor dried and clean, because the water will just drip through to the floor instead of just making the dog house all wet and when you have ducks they just love to make a mess with water, but with this house I have no trouble with that anymore.

Using this house for dogs:

Even though it's say an 80 lbs dog can be put in it, it'll need to be a short dog no more longer then 2 1/2 feet to fit nicely in the house. I don't think it's a good house for hyper breeds of dog. But it's a good house for small breeds like pug, shih tzu, small beagle, Yorkie, Chiwawa and other smaller dogs.You can fit 2 or 3 chiwawa easily in this house.

Using this house for cats:

I think it's a good house for cats as well, you could put 2 adults cats in it nicely.

Using this house for ducks or chickens:

This is a cute little house good for ducks or chickens especially if you live in a city where you can't have a coop in your backyard. What you will need to do is put a plastic sheet or chicken wire to be placed on the door to prevent danger from wild animals from pulling your ducks or chicken though the door, like rats, racoons, skunks and possums or even cats that put their paws through the opening on the door.

The breed of ducks that can fit are:

2 Pekins,

6 to 8 Call ducks,

4 Mallards,

3 Indian runners,

2 or 3 rouen duck

and other similar sizes.
