Cheap Petrageous Designs Pooch Basics 9" Pet Treat Jar

You know those places in the mall where you can take your children to paint a ceramic something or another? That would have been better quality. The jar came in a big box, not wrapped, rather thrown on top of, bubble wrap. Of course the jar was cracked in 3 places. I was first thinking "OK, Its a dog treat jar, I'll glue it back together and move on...." Then I realized that the "TREATS" written on the jar was smudge all over the place; apparently it smeared before it was fired in the kiln. What a poor item. Hands down, the worst thing I've ever received from Amazon. The seller should be reevaluated, or lynched... one or the other...

The jar arrived well packaged and looked just like the picture, but the seal was shabby from the beginning. It was really hard to open and close the lid (especially if you're doing this daily to get treats out), and our lid cracked in half after one week. Very disappointing.

This is a great treat jar and looks great it my kitchen! The seal works very good; almost a little too good as it is hard to get the lid off sometimes. But, the treats stay fresh in the jar. Quick delivery and overall a good buy. The only problem that I have with the product is that it is not what I ordered. The item pictured is not what I received. Although I do like the one that I received I would have preferred the one advertised. So be aware that if you order this product it may look slightly different. The colors are the same but the design is not.

Unlike previous reviewers, I think this toy is fantastic in certain circumstances. I have recommended it to quite a few of my dog-training clients, and it was an instant favorite with my own German Shepherd (no small dog). What the previous reviewers say is true: this toy is not chew-proof by any means, so unless your dog ignores it once the treats are gone (which many dogs will), put it away once the game is over. That said, this toy is PERFECT for dogs who will benefit from an interactive toy and who need the encouragement provided by a toy that dispenses treats rather easily. I use this a lot with dogs who lack confidence, are not highly food-motivated, or lack "drive," for example. Do not use with wet treats, as you will never get the insides truly clean; I recommend Bravo freeze-dried training treats, Charlee Bear treats, pieces of dry kibble, etc. One of my favorite aspects of this interactive toy is that, besides being conveniently clear so you can see when the treats are gone, the outer ball is SOFT--which is easy on the dog's teeth and QUIET as it rolls across the floor, which is a real boon for anyone with wood floors and/or downstairs neighbors. Fill it, play with it, then put it away for next time. My dog gets excited as soon as I pull it out of the cupboard!

The rubber plastic is so cheaply made if you have a chewer he will eat through this ball in no time!! Save your money buy something else!!

I got two of these balls, one for each dog. I was hoping the "maze" would keep their interest. They didn't have to work very hard to get the food items out. I know my dogs are very smart, but I'm afraid a dog would have to be seriously stupid not to be able to figure out the maze with little to no effort. Sorry, I do not recommend the Mazee.

Once I took the mazee ball out and put a treat inside, the toy lasted upwards of five minutes with my lab. Rather than using the maze to get the treat out, he felt how weak the outer material was and immediately tore straight into it. This would be a fantastic toy if the outer layer was orbee-tuff! Unfortunately, the toy was literally in the trash within ten minutes of receiving the package.

my lab/dobe mix loved this toy. it immediately became her favorite! she loved rolling it around and working that treat out. with the right treat, it would keep her occupied for quite some time. However, it really only lasted about 4 wks until she became inpatient and ripped the green plastic maze right out of the rubber ball. She is a very strong chewer (when she wants to be) and is extremely intelligent. I also bought her one of the advanced tornado puzzles, which she solved in less than 5 min. I agree with another poster that if the toy had a tougher/harder outer ball, it would be much better!!! oh well!

My cat likes her heated pet bed. However I have mixed feelings towards it. I bought the larger more expensive size thinking there might be more heated surface area but I think the heater units are exactly the same size for the small and the medium size bed. No where in the product page or even the manufacturer's page does it specify the heater pad size. The only real difference seems to be the fleece blanket surrounding the heater pad which is made from cheap material. In the medium sized bed the heater pad only fills about 1/2 the fleeced area. So my advice, buy the smaller cheaper bed.

I decided to buy this heated pet mat over the others available on Amazon because the heating insert inside of it is the largest available for the price range. The heating element does in fact extend the full length of the pet bed, though it's only about half as wide. It does the job thoughwhen it is plugged in, the entire pad feels warm to the touch from the outside. The pad cover is also a softer, furrier texture than it appears in the product image.

Most importantly, my cat LOVES this mat. He seems to spend about 20 hours a day on it. He's getting old and arthritic and tends to get cranky when the weather gets cold. The continuous warmth of this heated pet mat has definitely cheered him up quite a bit.

This is the best thing I've ever purchased for my 16 year old Chihuahua. Our house is impossible to heat, and our little dog was always cold in the winter when we have to be out of the house. He can't cover himself up in his bed. We would come home and find him shivering in his bed. This heated pad works exactly as advertized. Now we find him stretched out and warm in his bed, when we come home. I wish I had known about this wonderful product years ago!

Very quick shipping, and a great price. Maybe next winter it'll be colder, as I haven't turned it on a whole lot. But the dog likes the mat, and when it's turned on, the heat is very gentle.

After reading the dimensions of the products on amazon, I ordered the sm/med size for my shih tzu. It looked to be the correct size since his back from collar to tail measures 11 inches. What needs to be taken into account though is that he weighs only 7.5 lbs, his neck is 9 inches (collar is 10), and chest measures 13.5 inches but none of that info would help with the available description. Also, he stands 7.5 inches tall to the shoulders. The raincoat came and was so big that it looked like it could have fit a much taller and heavier dog...but I must admit it was adorable. After searching all over the internet for better info on sizing for this raincoat, I took a chance and ordered the XS (even though it said somewhere the dogs back should measure 10 inches). I did this because my dogs legs aren't long and I didn't want him tripping on the front of the raincoat that hangs down. It would be better if it didn't cover his entire back than tripping on the front.

Needless to say the XS was delivered and I am EXTREMELY happy with it. Something not conveyed in the description is how it stays on in the back. I didn't realize there is elastic (very stretchy,generous in length,soft and easy to put on) on each side to go around his back legs to keep the rain coat in place. Excellent feature! Works extremely well and my dog didn't mind a bit! However, there still are some things I needed to fix. The back length is perfect, the hood is perfect but I have to hem the front almost an inch to make sure he doesn't trip. The velcro strap around the belly is way too big but thats an easy fix too. The strap for around the belly measures 21 inches which I think is a design error for the XS...JMO. I forgot to mention there is a strong smell when taken out of the bag at first, but it does get better with time.

Overall, this is a good pet hoodie. It's cut right and looks like it would fit a dog well, but it's very small for a Medium. We had to return this hoodie because it wouldn't fit our Boston Terrier. It wouldn't even fit our smaller French Bulldog, who normally wears a Small-Medium.

Update -we returned the Medium hoodie and found a review for a Zack and Zoey hoodie where the reviewer said they needed an XL for their Boston Terrier. We ordered an XL and this time it actually was Extra Large, much to our chagrin. I don't know what's going on with the sizes of these hoodies but it seems like they're really inconsistent. Maybe they changed manufacturers or there was a mistake in the labeling?

My wife and I adore our little Italian Greyhound, so we wanted to bling out her car a little to proclaim that love. The magnet has served its purpose well, as it lets others know we love our Italian Greyhound without being obnoxious about it. The magnet was reasonably priced and arrived quickly, so I'd recommend this vendor if you're in the market for some sort of magnet such as this one.

I brought two of these on here and I think they are great for ducks! They are plastic which means I can easily clean them with a hose. The roofing on this dog house are actually screwed in which needs to be unscrewed to take it off, but i find it a lot easier by pushing the floor from the bottom in and pull the floor out of the houses, it's very simple and easy to do, or you could just open the door and spray water into that to clean it. One side of the flooring can left up to become a wired floor for half of the dog house, what i like about it is that if you put a water bowl on top of the wired floor part, it will help keep the rest of the floor dried and clean, because the water will just drip through to the floor instead of just making the dog house all wet and when you have ducks they just love to make a mess with water, but with this house I have no trouble with that anymore.

Using this house for dogs:

Even though it's say an 80 lbs dog can be put in it, it'll need to be a short dog no more longer then 2 1/2 feet to fit nicely in the house. I don't think it's a good house for hyper breeds of dog. But it's a good house for small breeds like pug, shih tzu, small beagle, Yorkie, Chiwawa and other smaller dogs.You can fit 2 or 3 chiwawa easily in this house.

Using this house for cats:

I think it's a good house for cats as well, you could put 2 adults cats in it nicely.

Using this house for ducks or chickens:

This is a cute little house good for ducks or chickens especially if you live in a city where you can't have a coop in your backyard. What you will need to do is put a plastic sheet or chicken wire to be placed on the door to prevent danger from wild animals from pulling your ducks or chicken though the door, like rats, racoons, skunks and possums or even cats that put their paws through the opening on the door.

The breed of ducks that can fit are:

2 Pekins,

6 to 8 Call ducks,

4 Mallards,

3 Indian runners,

2 or 3 rouen duck

and other similar sizes.

I really liked this dog house when I received it. It was missing screws, and after notifying the seller, I received the scews about a week later. No problem. The problem came just yesterday. After the house had been outside for a week, the door went from a pretty red to a pink. I suppose it was the sun, but it was a bummer just the same. One of the reasons I purchased the house was for the color. I even purchased a red fire hydrant! And yes, my patio is red and white and so, I guess I will try to paint it. So much for that.
