I bought this for my 4 year old 50 lb pit mix who loves to be under blankets. I bought a new sectional and wanted to keep him off. it worked! He loves his new "pod". I have two XL beds for my 45 pound vizslas. The dogs *love* them and the XL is plenty large (the Large is not quite big enough). If my two dogs were more snuggly with each other, they could both fit in one XL. The exterior (I have the suede-like material, not the canvas cotton) is nice but the interior fleece lining is low quality fleece. I have had one bed for about two years, and the fleece is now worn down and scratchy. The cover is washable but not in a regular agitator-style washer. I have to take them to the laundrymat and use a front-loader. Another improvement I would like to see is a waterproof liner to protect the dog bed insert. Currently I am using a twin size mattress protector that I sort of wrap around the bed and then put the cover on. It works okay but is awkward to use.

I have a basset hound, Max, that is very cold natured. He has a dog door so he is always going outside to howl at the neighborhood. But when he comes in, he just sits over on a pillow shivering. He can't figure out how to get under pillows and blankets. Now granted, he is not the smartest dog I have ever had. But he is the sweetest and I hate to see him shivering. So I saw this pillow on Amazon and decided to give it a try.

The result? Max loves it. He immediately figured out how to use it. And now he is in it all the time. And instead of sleeping while curled up in a ball, he sleeps sprawled out inside of this pillow. All you really see is his nose or tail sticking out.

I really have not had it long enough to speak to how easy it is to clean or how it wears. But so far so good.

Researched the Cozy Bed for my cold-natured "burrower". First thing I did was take some of the foam out of it...and it was so easy. The bed has a zipper so you can take off and wash and the filler was in a zipper holder so all I had to do was unzip to take out some of the filler. Then I put her in there and she hasn't come out of it since last night. She would strongly recommend this bed to everyone out there! Also, I was pondering what size to get. She is a terrier mix and about 14 pounds, 20" long. I bought the small and and she can stretch out in it or roll into a ball!

I was really happy to see this bed, and the dog seemed to take to it quickly too. Problem is that my dog is a Dachshund who loves to burrow (reason that I bought this bed) and at first it seemed great. I moved it to my room and put it on my bed where he sleeps at night and when he got in, he moved toward the back and laid down, and that's when I stopped liking this bed.

When he tried to curl up near the back, he ended up rolling the bed so that it pointed up at around a 45 degree angle, and then it fell off of my bed with him in it. Dogs who like to burrow also like to have their backs against something, like the back on a dog bed. In this bed, the possibility exists for the dog to get back too far and tip the bid since unlike many foam-form beds, there are no sides nor back.

So, I fixed the problem, and this is how: I took out the cushion first; then I cut a couple of long strips of double-wall cardboard, around 5 1/2 inches tall and about 2/3 the circumference of the bed. I stuck them in to form a ring around the inside of the bed, and then put the cushion back in. Success! He now can lay in the bed with his back against the new wall, no tipping. I also find that he is now stretching out more since he isn't afraid of the tipping.

Note to manufacturer: this is an easy fix and you should be providing that ring.

On the plus side, this bag is cheap, lightweight, and versatile. Side zip-up entry allows the dog to walk into the bag instead of having to be plopped down from above. The roll-up flaps to provide extra ventilation on each side also allow for privacy when needed.

Unfortunately, this bag is suitable only for light and infrequent use. After a few months of semi-regular use (i.e., 2-3 times a week), it began to fall apart very quickly. The rods fell out, the bag grew frayed in different areas, and the flimsy nylon fabric covering the removable floor insert came loose, revealing the cardboard inside. Unless you are using it sparingly, expect a short lifepsan.

This bag is lightweight and easy to fold. Most of all the mesh windows are placed perfectly for the animal to be able to breath and look out of the bag.

The only downside is durability. I left the bag out for my cats to get accustomed to and they made plenty of scratch and bite marks on it. I suggest hiding it and using it only when you are going to transport your animals.

I have several acres that are heavily wooded and lots of ticks!. When we tried frontline we had ticks all over the house. The vet suggested certifect. Works great. The ticks die on our dog and are not in the house anymore. It does have a strong smell, but it does not seem to last. We have not noticed any side effects. We have not seen any flees on her. I highly recommend this product.

I have trained my dog with bells at the door for many years, but I had used a ribbon I put bells on. My ribbon was effective, but too quiet. This product comes with nice large bells that are easy to hear. I am pleased with the quality of the sewing also. If you are training your dog with bells, you need to take your dog outside at regular intervals and show the dog that they can ring the bell first, then give a treat so that they know Bells=Rewards. My dog took about a week to learn and now she is loving the fact she can get our attention to take her out when she needs to.

I have these hanging by our back door and our dog rings it all the time. Best trick we ever taught him.

When he was a puppy, we rang the bell everytime we let him out. It took about 2 weeks before he rang the bells himself. I recommend to every dog owner! Cute pattern too!

Bought these for potty training my German Shepherd. LOVE THEM. Very stylish, and the different levels of bells on the ribbon allowed him as a 7 week old puppy to reach the bells. Now that he's 7 months and much taller, he noses the top bells. The bells are loud enough to be heard from another room.. I can even hear them when I'm upstairs and he's down! Some might say they are annoying, but I love them not just for bell training.. It's nice to hear people coming and going from the home!

This crate is truly amazing. I have the 48" version for my Bernese Mountain Dog. The copper hammertone finish is beautiful and does not look like a "cage" in my home. The crate does not rattle, as the handles are covered and the clips are extremely quiet. It also has rubber feet on the bottom as to not scratch my floors. The option of having the door on the top is FABULOUS, as well as having a door on the front and side. I can place the crate against my wall without having it "stick out" into the walk area. The doors are incredible has they have extra locks. My Bernese is quite creative and figured out how to slide the bolt, but it doesn't matter with this one! The doors have additional features that keep it from opening by her, but easily by me. The wire is also have heavy duty, so it weights a ton-but I know will last a lifetime. I LOVE THIS CRATE!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program We have four dogs of our own ranging from 10 to 68 pounds. We also foster dogs for a local rescue, which often includes picking them up, often from 50-60 miles away, and then transporting them to our house. The rescue requires all picked dogs to be in a crate for safety. We have traditional plastic crates of different sizes which work well but have drawbacks, they are heavy, take up a lot of space (unless you take them apart which leads to the problem of putting them together lining up bolts, putting on the door, etc.).

When flat this crate only is about 3 inches tall and is about 17 pounds. It was so easy to set up we didn't even have to read the instructions, very intuitive. The instructions turn out to be nice and simple and easy to follow, though again we did it backward. It comes with a nice fluffy rug for the bottom for the dog's comfort so you don't have to supply your own. One thing I like about the crate is the mesh "windows" on the side and the mesh front covering, the plastic crates always kind of reminded me of dog jail with their metal or plastic bars over very small windows and their metal door.

This crate seems to give the dog both a feeling of security and being protected without the feeling of being caged since there is so much light and the windows are so big.

It fits into our full size SUV (but when open only by about two inches vertically).

If your dog is a chewer this might not be the crate for you, if not I would highly recommended it. All our dogs have tried it, its big enough for our golden retrievers to do some maneuvering yet seems to make our little 10 pound sheltie mix feel safe from noise.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This was extremely easy to set up. My seven year old did it right out of the box, no istructions. It's that simple to figure out. I like that it folds easily(she also figured that out on her own ;) and is so compact. I love that it came with a pad! Remember this is not a carrying case so the pad sits on the bottom frame. Overall this is pretty stable for a portable dog tent. I like all the windows for ventilation and light. It gives our dog a clean place to lay while we're camping. We don't use it in the car but I could see how this would work great in the back of a truck or SUV if you prefer to contain your dog while traveling. For us, it folds nice and flat and we're able to stack things on top or under.

My only complaint..the mesh is made of PVC and stinks(in an unhealthy way)! Being closed in a vehicle with this, the odor would be very noticeable. I would've preferred a less toxic nylon mesh.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Before purchasing any soft sided crate, pay attention to the warnings of other reviewers about buying them for dogs that don't want to be contained. If you've got a Houdini, buy metal.

This crate is updated and improved from the previous model.

The most significant change is a better designed pop up mechanism. It's infinitely easier than before and allows full set up in less than 60 seconds, pretty much using just one hand (and maybe a strategically placed shoulder).

The frame is made of visibly thicker metal wire than my previous Midwest model. None of these pop up type soft sided crates will stand up to children using them as chairs without collapsing, but this heavier grade metal will not bend as easily.

The mesh covered "windows" look and feel sturdier. A dog hell bent on escape will have to invest a few more minutes to chew their way to freedom. Smarter placement of the Velcro allows the door to be more easily secured in the open position.

Something missing on this model are the little window "curtains," but I think leaving them off was a good call. I don't recall ever using them and it was a hassle rolling them up just the right way in order to catch the Velcro that kept them open.

Midwest took an already good product, obviously listened to feedback, and then made it better. Great product!

LOVE These coats, but unfortunately the XL will not fit my 26.5 (shoulder height) doberman with a 32 inch chest. OR my 25.5" dobe with a 30.inch chest.... the 'armholes' are just a bit too far up on the coat The holes for her front legs end up on the sides of her shoulders Along the back needs to have a strip (maybe 2 inches or so ) added so the holes end up in the place they should be.. I can get the legs in, but they pull so hard on the back part of the jacket she could NEVER walk in it.. And the pressure put on the under-inside of the leg (armpit) is not tolerable for them, it makes it bunch up under the arm and pull so bad they really can not walk without quite a bit of difficulty. I would buy more of these coats if the XL was really XL. I do so wish they had a XXL that I could try...These are lightweight,, insulated, wonderful looking coats...seemingly well made. and I think, inexpensive for what you get. They do close with velcro under the dogs stomach which is not the easiest place to get to , but works. I have been looking for a coat like this for my 2 girls forever.... light , insulated, easy to wear for them. I like these so much I may actually add a strip down the back to make the legs openings fall in the proper place. JUst a couple inches might do it... If anyone knows of a coat like this that will fit my 'proper' breed type sized dobemans, PLease respond.. thanks.

When trying to decide was size to get I was reading the reviews because the size chart is not helpful. People said it ran small so I got an x-large thinking from the chart my dog would be a large. Its too long but fits snug in the chest. The arm holes are not where they should be or something? Its cute but fits funny. I will have to take it in on the sides and shorten it but fits snug around chest and front leg area. Also velcro closure on the belly a little inconvenient.

These dog treats sounded so wonderful. Didn't know they were made in China! Wrote email to SmartBones and they assured me the product is safe. I will never trust animal products made in China. My dogs (1 5month old and 1 7year old) both got diarrhea and vomitting after eating these treats. They liked them a lot when we bought them, but within a week both dogs had upset stomachs. When the puppy was sick we assumed she had just gotten into something, but she had diarrhea for 3 days and then had blood in her stool. When we took her to the vet they could not attribute it to anything specific. When the older dog got sick a day after eating one of these we concluded it must be the bones. She has never been sick enough to warrant any medications before and we are putting her on medicine and prescription food to get over this. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Piper's dental surgeon advised us never to give our dogs chew bones that were not flexible. These bones are a little harder than I would like, but they are more flexible than some chew bones.

I bought these for my dogs on a whim at the pet store. When I gave them each one after I got home, they loved them. They chewed through about half a bone each the first night. The next morning I took them out and they both had the worst diarrhea I've ever seen a dog have! It was off-white (the color of the bone) which makes me question the validity of the claim that it is more digestible than rawhide. I'm definitely sticking to rawhide from here on out. These bones are horrible.

My lab has a pretty sensitive stomach, and can't handle rawhide well, so I decided to try these. First of all, it is quite brittle, and she finished it in less than a minute. I actually purchased this product at another vendor because they had other items I needed, but they do not provide for a review and it's the same product, so here goes. Our dog (70lb golden retriever) was hit by a car and had spinal cord inflammation, so he couldn't walk and did not have control of any function below his waist. We tried making him a bed out of several different things (pillows, bed covers, etc) but since he was incontinent we would frequently find him soaked and being a large dog it was very hard to get him up, clean him, dry him, get him back in bed, etc. We ordered this cot and it was PERFECT!! Easy to set up, lightweight and the mesh allowed us to place puppy training pads below so no more soaked dog or wet floors. We also took some caster wheels, removed the rubber feet and put them on and voila! a rolling bed so we could just wheel our dog outside and save our backs. We would also use it as a gurney to take him to vet visits. As he slowly recovered the use of his legs, he would get out of it on his own, get back in and be wheeled inside again. This product has been a big help in our long ordeal!! I highly recommend it.

I ordered this for our dog who weighs 62 pounds. I ordered the larger size so the dog would have plenty of room to stretch out. It has only been used a few times & the stitching in the middle near the mesh is already coming apart in a very critical area. The concept is good for keeping your dog cool but the quality of this bed is not what I expected.

The concept is fantastic, but the quality is terrible! I purchased one of these from a local pet store, because I wanted instant gratification and it was the only brand available locally. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET A BETTER BRAND! My elderly boxer/lab mix loves this bed...but it began ripping at the seams within ONE WEEK of use, and now, after less than a month, it is full of holes, just from my dog sitting on it. I purchased the XL, and my sweet old guy only weighs about 60 lbs now, and he doesn't chew or "dig." He has simply slept on it and it has disintegrated. My dogs give this product 5 stars. They both weigh approximately 80 pounds each and will get on it together without any issues. They are alaskan malamute/husky mixes, so this has come in quite handy during the warm summer months. The only issue I have now is that one of them tore the mesh on one side. I wouldn't say it's due to lack of quality though. They had been jumping on it for several weeks every time they saw a rabbit in the yard. It's not a trampoline...it's a bed guys!!. I really wish I knew where I could just order the mesh part, because the frame is fine.
