The problem with animal clothing (like people clothing) is that sizes are a bit subjective.

This particular hoodie x-small, fits my 6 pound chihuahua who often wears a small rather than an extra small. She has lots of fur making it snug (in a nice way) and it is long enough to cover her belly without being too long.

We have the small size in regular cammo which fits a 12 -14 pound dog nicely. It is loose on our 10 pound dog.

I hope that helps as you try to figure out the sizing.

This is a nice lightweight cloth, great for fall mornings or hanging out in a cooler home. Seams do not have any problems on either dog.

These little sweatshirts are worth their weight in gold. The fit is great for a chihuahua. (So many of the shirts and sweatshirts I buy don't fit right at the neck.) These neither stretch, shrink nor fade. My little female chi is 4 pounds; she's had hers for more than 3 years and it still looks great. My dogs (a 1 year-old lab/pointer mix and a 2 year-old jack russell mix) have a tendency to be fairly destructive when it comes to their toys. My husband was certain that the little "legs" would be gone by the end of the first day. So far, it's been over 2 months, and there is absolutely no damage to "Ollie" the octopus. Just be warned-I ordered two: one for my neighbor's dog and one for mine. When you order two, you don't get two of the green squeaky ones you see on the ad. You get one green and one red. The problem with the red is that it has fewer squeakers and so is harder to "squeak." Bottom line, the dogs don't like playing with it as much. But, you don't know you're going to be getting two different kinds of "octopi" - you think you're ordering two of the same thing.

My German Shepherd/hound mix is absolutely obsessed with this toy. The high-pitched squeak sometimes gets on my nerves, but its worth the laugh to see him flinging an octopus around. I bought the medium size duvet, immediately washed it,(did beautiful through wash & dryer),then stuffed it with foam and recycled clothes. Our boxer loves it. She now chooses her Molly Mutt bed over sleeping in between us in ours. The beautiful pattered fabric is thick, good quality cotton canvas but not rough or scratchy. Even our very large bloodhound mix like to nap on itand she fits comfortably on the medium size. Unless you have 2 large dogs sharing one bed or a dog the size of a small ponychoose the medium and save some money & space. This duvet cover is such a great idea. The colors match my room and my bedspread perfectly. I also love the fact that you can put whatever kind of stuffing it in that you want. I used the cusion from my dogs old bed and a memory foam pad left over from college. My dog Brady approves too. I got the medium size and my dog is about 40lbs and the size is just right for him. He can sprawl out or curl up. Its very easy to take apart to wash or just vacuum the hair for a quick cleaning. The material is also very durable.

I've bought three medium Molly Mutt dog duvet's. My dog loves this product. The designs are decorator friendly. Made of rugged fabric, the dog duvet unzips and washes up nicely in the washing machine.

As other reviewers have noted, you can insert old clothing and bedding to create a very comfortable bed for your pooch. I've enjoyed success inserting two king sized pillows into the medium Molly Mutt duvet for a very comfy setup. Specifically, these pillows Dream Supreme Plus 100% Gel Filled King Pillows, Set of 2 from Amazon work well. The total cost of the pillows and the Molly Mutt duvet are decently cheaper than less attractive setups from many other mail order companies.

My dogs generally wear a size Medium, but as most dog owner knows, a Medium can range from Shih Tzu size (my dogs) to a Springer Spaniel. Anyway, the raincoat would probably work just fine if it were the right size. I'd say a medium for this coat would probably fit a large Cocker Spaniel.

I bought this for my puppy who hates the rain on her head and that she gets wet. Not only does the coat look cute on her bet it keeps her from getting soaked from the rain. The coats due seem to run a little large so keep in mind how big your dog really is when buying. I would recommend this to anyone.

I purchased two of these doggy rain coats for each of my pet kids in a size small. I bought one in pink and the other in true blue.

Darby and Hampshire typically wear a medium (16") in most dog attire, but these coats run large so I purchased a size small and they fit nicely.

Pros--

The coats have a medium gray band around the waist and two black plastic tipped hood adjustment strings around the neck.

The coats have an authentic pocket in the middle of the back with a Velcro closure. The coats also have a leash opening on the back just above the medium gray waist band.

The coats have a draped front panel like a cape, a hood that has adjustable strings, a medium gray adjustable waist band with a plastic belt loop, and Velcro closures.

The coats are 100% polyester, machine washable, and made in China. The picture does not do these coats justice. They look much more classier than pictured.

They remind me of the Sherlock Holmes cape/coat because of the front draping.

The coat is lined with a soft white polyester material, and there are two (2) very loosely fitting hip/leg elastic bands for the two rear legs.

Cons:

I am not sure if it is just my coats, but the medium gray adjustable Velcro waist band on both coats does not have enough male Velcro.

It over extends the female by 4-5" so the garment does not adjust well to fit the waist. I added additional Velcro in order to get the garment to fit properly.

I purchased the self adhesive Velcro at a local office store that rhymes with maples. The waist band is rather tricky to operate.

The hood also does not extend beyond the ears so it will not fit well enough to cover the head properly even when tied.

In order to get it to stay in place you practically have to choke your pet, and that's simply not acceptable.

I give these wonderful doggy rain coats 5/5 for fashion chic, weatherizing, contour, durability, and cuteness; and I give them a 2/5 for fit and function--70%.

You will have to do some problem solving like I did in order to get them to fit properly.

You will have to sew on the Velcro with a few stitches to get it to stay in place because the glue does not hold, and it might fall off when laundering.

Warning--If your dog has short legs like some breeds: Shihtzu, Pekingnese, dotsons, or terriers, they may step on the long front bib when they walk with their heads in the downward position--sniffing the ground. They may trip so no steep walkways, stairs, or steps.

Yes you are right. The best would be the large but it will be huge on the neck and chest or you can take a smaller one and it won't cover completely .

I want to order a raincoat for my dog, her measurements are: neck 13.5 inches, nape of neck to tail 18.5 inches, belly 24 inches. Which size would fit her Best in the dog guardian brand? I was leaning toward lrg, however, her measurements don't fit any size exactly.

I ordered the large and found that the length is much much longer than size chart depicts. Medium would have been perfect for my dog. The box and everything got thrown so I can't try to return it, but I am going to trim it up and add some Velcro to make it more snug to her measurements. It finally rained in Texas (we've had a long drought recently) and I made her try it out, it definitely kept her dry.

P.s. My dog weights 30 pounds for reference.

This raincoat is really cute and seems well made!

HOWEVER, I ordered an X-Small coat for my petite yorkie, and the coat is HUGE on her! It seems more like a SMALL instead of an XSmall... So I think it would fit Malteses/Bichons/Poms/other small dogs better than it fits tinier dogs like yorkies and chihuahuas.

Due to this size discrepancy, the coat is now useless to us.

I have a dog that I assume is some kind of whippet mix. He is skinny, with a very narrow, deep chest and a thin waist. I can't attach his leash directly to his collar because his neck is thicker than his head and he can pull out of it. He can also pull himself directly out of most harnesses because of the shape of his chest. I think I've tried 5 that didn't work.

This one works. It doesn't seem like the most durable thing, but the design actually fits my dog and that is really all I can ask for at this point. I would have given this 5 stars if it was more durable.

I also got a padded one from Walkeez that works.

This product resembles Calvin Klein's Eternity cologne for men but doesn't last as long as it should in my opinion. I understand that the duration will vary from dog to dog but I think the product was pretty watered down. Had to use several spurts on my GSD to make a difference. Overall it's a good product for a male dog in between baths but expect to go through this fast if you use it daily.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program We have four dogs of our own ranging from 10 to 68 pounds. We also foster dogs for a local rescue, which often includes picking them up, often from 50-60 miles away, and then transporting them to our house. The rescue requires all picked dogs to be in a crate for safety. We have traditional plastic crates of different sizes which work well but have drawbacks, they are heavy, take up a lot of space (unless you take them apart which leads to the problem of putting them together lining up bolts, putting on the door, etc.).

When flat this crate only is about 3 inches tall and is about 17 pounds. It was so easy to set up we didn't even have to read the instructions, very intuitive. The instructions turn out to be nice and simple and easy to follow, though again we did it backward. It comes with a nice fluffy rug for the bottom for the dog's comfort so you don't have to supply your own. One thing I like about the crate is the mesh "windows" on the side and the mesh front covering, the plastic crates always kind of reminded me of dog jail with their metal or plastic bars over very small windows and their metal door.

This crate seems to give the dog both a feeling of security and being protected without the feeling of being caged since there is so much light and the windows are so big.

It fits into our full size SUV (but when open only by about two inches vertically).

If your dog is a chewer this might not be the crate for you, if not I would highly recommended it. All our dogs have tried it, its big enough for our golden retrievers to do some maneuvering yet seems to make our little 10 pound sheltie mix feel safe from noise.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This was extremely easy to set up. My seven year old did it right out of the box, no istructions. It's that simple to figure out. I like that it folds easily(she also figured that out on her own ;) and is so compact. I love that it came with a pad! Remember this is not a carrying case so the pad sits on the bottom frame. Overall this is pretty stable for a portable dog tent. I like all the windows for ventilation and light. It gives our dog a clean place to lay while we're camping. We don't use it in the car but I could see how this would work great in the back of a truck or SUV if you prefer to contain your dog while traveling. For us, it folds nice and flat and we're able to stack things on top or under.

My only complaint..the mesh is made of PVC and stinks(in an unhealthy way)! Being closed in a vehicle with this, the odor would be very noticeable. I would've preferred a less toxic nylon mesh.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Before purchasing any soft sided crate, pay attention to the warnings of other reviewers about buying them for dogs that don't want to be contained. If you've got a Houdini, buy metal.

This crate is updated and improved from the previous model.

The most significant change is a better designed pop up mechanism. It's infinitely easier than before and allows full set up in less than 60 seconds, pretty much using just one hand (and maybe a strategically placed shoulder).

The frame is made of visibly thicker metal wire than my previous Midwest model. None of these pop up type soft sided crates will stand up to children using them as chairs without collapsing, but this heavier grade metal will not bend as easily.

The mesh covered "windows" look and feel sturdier. A dog hell bent on escape will have to invest a few more minutes to chew their way to freedom. Smarter placement of the Velcro allows the door to be more easily secured in the open position.

Something missing on this model are the little window "curtains," but I think leaving them off was a good call. I don't recall ever using them and it was a hassle rolling them up just the right way in order to catch the Velcro that kept them open.

Midwest took an already good product, obviously listened to feedback, and then made it better. Great product!

One is a blue tick coon hound that will eat pretty much anything that you give her...the other is a Vizsla who is a very finicky eater.....the first time she ate a chicken chip, her eyes actually sparkled!! She loves these treats.....my coon hound, it goes without saying loves them as well....yesterday, I gave them both about 4 of the chicken chips and then put them up and took out some other treats that used to one of their favorites, not anymore....even the coon hound refused to eat them...they just kept staring longingly at the container that i keep the chips in....be warned, put these treats in a cupboard or in a drawer, else there will none left...i always remove the desiccant pouch right away just in case they get ahold of it....

Our 9 lb, 16 year old toy poodle Rosie is addicted to these American made chicken chips. Just purchased this bed for my Cane Corso... she loves it and lays on it every chance she gets. Loved it so much I got another one in a different color for my labrador. It's smaller than the pic, but still comfy enough for them. I haven't watched it yet, so I'll have to update my review after I done that.

So far so good... BTW: when you receive this do NOT open the box with a box cutter... there is no padding in the box and I slit the back of the dog bed and had to break out my needle and thread to repair it.

I've been happily using these types of flea medications for 10 years. BUT, I'd given up over the last two years on Advantage and Frontline. They both seemed to have NO EFFECT. Maybe the fleas in my area had become immune? I tried the others from the local big box store, they didn't work either.

I thought I'd try this "advantage II", maybe Bayer had changed the forumulation?

To my surprise it worked great! I have two 60 lb dogs (shepherd and golden retriever) who were miserable this summer, as was I, because neither my Shepherd nor I enjoyed weekly baths to try to control the fleas.

I've bought advantage ever since it came out. I have two boxers and when one dies I replace it. My last male lived 15 years. This stuff use to work great.

The last batch I bought I sent back because it didn't work and I called Bayer and asked where to buy it and bought the next box from their recommended supplier just to make sure I was getting the real thing, although I don't know if they are making fakes of this or not. Bayer assured me that it did NOT expire and old boxes were just as good as the current boxes.

This stuff use to kill fleas on my dogs for up to three months. Now it doesn't kill fleas for even a week. It kills some but not all.

I don't care what they say. They've changed it and it's not any good anymore.

I'm going to try Capstar generic next. I live in Texas where the fleas never die outside.

I had a horrible time with fleas this year. I have three large dogs, and no matter what I did I could not get rid of the fleas. I bought everything, and it seemed like a couple weeks later things were only getting worse. I used one application of the Advantage, and honestly within the hour my dogs had stopped scratching. Its been over a month and still no fleas! I will never spend money on any other product. To top it off I got this 6 month supply for less than I was getting a 3 month supply in the local store!

We have over 10 cats at any time and this is a godsend. We treat the animals by weight(you can find this info on-line) using the large dog size. It is exactly the same ingredients as the cat one just different dosage. Advantage II is even better! It kills fleas quicker and kills the eggs too. We used to use Frontline Plus but was seeing adult fleas in 1-2 weeks. I am glad we changed to this product. Price is great too.
