I totally agree with Natalie's review. I also have a pug and hardwood floors. My pug loves to cuddle in to the sides and rest her head up on the side like a pillow, or stretch all the way out (the 26" size bed has plenty of room for her to stretch out). The color is a light sage green with light tan interior, just like the photo. My dog is elderly and a little arthritic so the heating element is a nice touch in the winter, it provides a small amount of gentle heat, just enough to take the coolness out of the floor below her and to give her old bones a little boost in the winter. I don't use it all the time and keep the cord tied up when not in use. You could probably zip it inside the bed cover too. The flaw with this bed, as Natalie's review pointed out, is that while the cushion is soft and nice (the heating element doesn't make it hard inside), it squishes down thin and there is no foam bottom on this bed so the result is very little cushioning between my arthritic old dog's body and the hardwood floor. I was hoping that with the foam sides the bottom below the cushion would be foam but it is just fabric. However, I solved this issue by ordering another pet bed, this one basically just a rectangular piece of orthopedic foam with a washable cover, and placing it under this heated oval bed. Voila, the ideal combination of cushioning, warmth, and snuggle-ability. I ordered the Terra Pet orthopedic foam bed from Amazon for this purpose, it was relatively inexpensive and eligible for Prime, and it has a washable cover and a non-skid bottom which helps it stay put on my hardwood floors. One end of the Terra Pet has a little white rounded "pillow" built in, but I got the 36" x 23" size Terra Pet bed and so this 26" oval heated dog bed sits perfectly on the flat brown part of the Terra Pet bed. My pug is snoring away quite loudly now in her fancy heated bed as I type.

My 9 year old dog has bad hips. The first day I got this, I turned it on for about 20 min then called her in to see her new bed. She stepped carefully into it, sniffed it, turned around a couple times then plumped her butt down and didn't move for the next 18 hours!! She loves it!!

Because I kept forgetting to unplug it in the mornings, I also bought a "Digital Timer Programmable for Lights Lamps Dual 110v 15 Amp Outlets" by Chicago Electric which gives 8 separate on/off events that can be programmed across the week.

I was elated to finally find a dog bed completely covered in a microfiber material, without spending $150 so I did some research on this specific product, and made up my mind this was the perfect bed based upon other reviews, so I ordered the 31X24" sleeper and was I ever disappointed!!!

1. The actual dimensions of the bed I received were only 29X22 at the widest points.

2. There is NO padding underneath this bed, so unless you use the supplied pillow, your pet might as well be sleeping on the floor.

3. The removable pillow is extremely plush and provides no support.

4. The foam walls are VERY flimsy and the bed does not hold its shape.

5. I did not even attempt to test the heater since I'm already so disappointed.

6. The fabric has a very nasty greasy feel to it as though it needs to be washed before first use.

This bed was immediately placed back in the shipping box and returned to Amazon for a refund.

The measurements indicate this is a bigger bed then it really is. It is about the perfect size for our 15lb Sheltie, but I was hoping our dog that is 50lbs could use it. The larger dog only fits it if she is curled in a very tight ball. It is lightly padded. Just okay. Nothing to get excited about. Our Sheltie does use it when the nights are cold. It gets warm without getting overly hot.

Perfect size for him and he sleeps through the night on this. At first I was concerned because when I plugged it in to let it warm up to see how hot it got it didn't seem that warm. But my elderly puppy loves it and that's all that matters. When ordering my biggest concern was if the size was right for him. This is perfect for a 25 to 30 lb animal.

On the plus side, this bag is cheap, lightweight, and versatile. Side zip-up entry allows the dog to walk into the bag instead of having to be plopped down from above. The roll-up flaps to provide extra ventilation on each side also allow for privacy when needed.

Unfortunately, this bag is suitable only for light and infrequent use. After a few months of semi-regular use (i.e., 2-3 times a week), it began to fall apart very quickly. The rods fell out, the bag grew frayed in different areas, and the flimsy nylon fabric covering the removable floor insert came loose, revealing the cardboard inside. Unless you are using it sparingly, expect a short lifepsan.

This bag is lightweight and easy to fold. Most of all the mesh windows are placed perfectly for the animal to be able to breath and look out of the bag.

The only downside is durability. I left the bag out for my cats to get accustomed to and they made plenty of scratch and bite marks on it. I suggest hiding it and using it only when you are going to transport your animals.

I appreciate the mesh "windows" and the nice padded flooring in this carrier. My kitten only had to be in it briefly for car rides and vet visits but was content enough to purr. I also like the fact that this folds down for easy storage in a closet for later use.

Bought 3 of these a few months ago. My 70-pound puppy was tearing the house apart and chewing everything he could get his paws on (I have a 20 year old Bose radio, and I had to buy so many replacement remotes that Bose cancelled my orders and accused me of being an unauthorized retailer!). My boy is still on the FIRST bone. I slip some cheese in the hole (or lightly spray with butter Pam and let dry) whenever he starts to get bored with it. Absolutely excellent product that has saved my sanity.

This seems to be made of a type of artificial bone that crumbles into little round pieces. Perfect if your dogs get bleeding gums/other injuries from regular bones. Would have given this product a 4 star but they did not warn me that the bone was re-engineered or changed in some artificial manner so that it breaks off in these tiny little round bits. Their description reads femur but it's unlike any femur I have ever purchased over the years. Lack of cut gums is a good thing but I am concerned about what is in that bone that makes it crumble like that. The enticement for dogs is the gel filling which they just love. Great dog crate, but the large would not fit a lab as shown!! We have a medium sized dog who might outgrow this soon. Only about 3' long. Also, crate was hard to open after shipment, it was just supposed to fold open, but was very difficult to pry open. Like the dual doors.

This crate if very flimsy. It it very hard to latch the doors. My small 19lb dog was able to get out of it while I was gone. The metal is very thin and actually bent after only having it for 2 days. It is also not very stable. I would recommend paying a little extra and getting a stronger brand name crate. It also has a lot of rough edges that my dog could get to and possible hurt herself. I definately would not recommend this crate. It really isn't safe for the pet, regardless of the other things I mentioned.

Great price for a great crate. Easy set up out of box and the tray on the bottom is easy to remove/insert. Both doors give easy access to the animal while in the crate. Included insert makes it easy to either house 2 dogs at once, or you can use it to decrease the size of the crate for when your dog is a pup and use it to increase space as the pup grows.

I bought this for a miniature dachshund and I like the concept enough, but the front panel that goes across the chest has Velcro that doesn't go from edge-to-edge so you end up with a flap on the end that can easily get caught on something. My dog is around 10# and is too short to walk correctly with the front panel, because it's so large (from bottom to top). This would probably be OK for a taller breed. I like the hole for the collar to be hooked through the jacket; that's a great feature. The folded down panel at the neck makes it look like a Dracula cape or a short cone when not folded down and it seems a bit bulky when folded down. So, for the price, it's just OK if I'm carrying my dog around, but he had trouble extending his front legs forward. What is nice is that it is very easy to put on.

I have a small dog, yorkie/toy poodle mix who is about 10 lbs. and about 14in. long and thin. The small fit her perfect as a pup, but although it still fits just a tad short, she was noticeably cold. I decided to purchase the medium -and it covers her entirely like a blanket! Although it is big -It keeps her warm! We live in Chicago where the weather has been about 18 degrees and will be 1 degree tomorrow and it has kept her warm for walks along with one of the random fleece hooded sweaters which I keep her in all winter, also underneath the jacket. I'd highly recommend it to anyone layering their dog. Also see Zack and Zoey hoodies and/or casual canine snowdrifter cuddler for layering.

We had a croaking frog before, and my dog never tired of it. Unfortunately, another family member's dog also loved it, and that dog is a Destruction Machine, and destroyed it. This frog is constructed differently, with the arms and legs which will likely get ripped off soon enough, but my dog loves the croaking sound. The medium size, 6 1/2 inches, isn't as big as I thought, so I plan to see if there is a bigger one I can order.

This is not a toy for anything other then a small dog. The croaker was broken in under a minute. I believe it croaked 5 times and then it didnt work. my dog then pulled the croaking mechanism out. I had to rush to grab the mini batteries so he didn't eat them.
