I bought this harness from Petsmart to restrain my 60 lb Australian Shepherd in the car. I also got the Kwik Connect Tether, which I love, but that's not what this review is about. I chose this harness because of the company's research. This harness is actually crash-tested and the video is on their website. This harness is proven to withstand the force of a car crash, which makes it much more appealing to me than other harnesses.

The sizing is very flexible and easy. The excess strap from sizing does hang awkwardly on the sides of the harness (like the extra on a fabric belt), but it doesn't detract from the function of it. It is also extremely easy to put on. Just slip over the head and buckle. I can take it off and on quickly and without having to re-adjust or re-size.

My dog can move easily and lay down with this harness on. I have even walked her in it for short distances. It does not impede mobility at all.

My main problem with the harness, and the only reason I didn't rate higher, is the area where the straps cross on the chest. There is a diamond shaped piece of rubber that holds the straps in their crossed position. This is adjustable for small neck holes and large alike, just by moving this piece up and down. The further up you move the piece, the closer the cross gets to the opening and the smaller the opening becomes. I positioned mine to cross on my Aussie's breast plate and it fit great. However, this piece does not secure into place, so as she moved, it slipped further and further down, enlarging the head opening and eventually making it onto her belly. She has a full coat and it just would not stay put and was constantly sliding down. As it slid, not only did it become useless as a safety restraint, but it also started to bind her legs and make her uncomfortable. I tried tightening the harness, loosening the harness, placing it in different areas on her chest (higher/lower), but nothing I did fixed this problem.

I still use it, but I constantly have to pull the cross straps up to actually be on her chest. It's better than her being free and loose in the car, even if I do have to take the time to properly adjust it often. Maybe a dog with shorter hair would have more luck, or a way could be devised to lock in the position of that piece. I haven't figured it out, but it is still functional as a harness. And the crash testing still makes me feel more secure than other harnesses, especially for short rides where it may not slip down too much.

I would recommend this product, but would also recommend to use judgement on whether you think the slipping would be an issue, and if it is one that you could overcome. If modifications were made to that one area where the straps cross, it would be perfect.

I bought this harness because my dog goes crazy in the car unless she is buckled down and hops from the front seat to the back on the whole ride. I wanted her to be safe on trips and also prevent me from getting distracted. It wouldn't stay secure on my dog due to the front plastic piece which make the hole for the head larger and smaller being too loose and not staying in place. I would recommend that you do not buy this product, it is not safe for your pets, especially if they like to wiggle around.

I stopped using this harness after the Center for Pet Safety released their report that this harness' stitching failed during their tests. I am now ordering the Sleepypod Click It which was the ONLY harness that passed their tests. Google Center for Pet Safety and you will all the results of their testing. I still think this harness is better than most but I want the best for my baby.

I like this product a lot.(My dog on the other hand, not so much),but who cares! It would save her life should we get into an accident!!! I am a trained paramedic and if I have to buckle-up, so does she. When we go on long trips on the interstates you bet your little pug she has to buckle-up. She gets angry/mad at me when we reach our destination but she soon gets over it. I'd rather have her mad at me for a while then be injured/dead in an accident. The PetBuckle seat belt is the best product invented. I have a Petbuckle with lambs wool I used last time in August, that was pretty warm back then, that's why she was mad at me, so maybe with this lighter one she won't be so upset??!! All I can do is try. Either way she going to be tied. I love her and I want her around for as long as I can keep her,and with this product,It will sure help me a lot, Thank-you.

I bought this because the company crash-tested the product and it's composed of human style components. However, it might be great for a large dog but I wouldn't recommend it for small dogs. My two are slim 20 pounds and the heavy buckles seemed like they weighed more than the dogs. The adjustable front pad couldn't be secured in place so it also tended to slip around their slim bodies when they moved. I would not recommend this for small dogs.

This is a good crate very sturdy and has good room. It will accommodate my GSD as an adult the divider works great. My only problem is that my GSD does not like to be confined so we have to use clips all round the front because she has gotton out and set the alarm off a couple of times. Outside of her being able to get out it is a great buy and if I need another one I will get this one.

My chew crazy lab loves these guys.

The toys itself is well made and has 4 different textures and 5 squeakers (two different squeaks).

They are fairly durable for a "soft toy" and the size is a big factor in them not being destroyed in my house. The dog just can't figure out how to take a bite out of it.

My Dog Syndie and female Boxer is totally in love with this toy. It has the noise maker in it that makes grunts and she smashes her face into the toy over and over again to hear the noise. She runs from room to room in the house with it in her mouth excitedly tossing it to the ground and pouncing on it. I am ordering her another one, maybe two for back up. My pet sitter told me about this cool little disc. It looks like a frisbee. After you heat it in your microwave for 6 minutes, it emits heat of 120 degrees Farenheit for 12 hours. This is an absolutely fantastic product. We use it for stray cats that find their way to our porch in the winter. I fix up a cardboard box, put several layers of blankets in it, and slip the heated Snuggle Safe disc in under the first blanket. Every cat we've ever used it with was in cat "heaven" when they curled up in that box and found it so warm. That little disc has helped several cats survive the winter. Give it a try, your cat will love you for it.

We are feral cat colony caretakers. My first experience with this product was at the monthly TNR clinic. After neuter surgery cats generally will shiver due to a reaction with the anesthesia and need to be warmed or they could go into shock. The clinic had several of these to warm cats up who needed help. They are AWESOME for this purpose. If you are involved with TNR and volunteer at clinics, these really help out! (No more warming saline solution bags over and over again!) Finally finding out what they are called, we have added this to our feral cat "rescue" kit!

I came back after receiving this item to add additional comments and lower the rating. First, the listing for this item does not show or really state (except in a lower part) that you receive a cover for it and the picture does not show a cover so you think you need to purchase one. You don't. It comes with one, so basically we wasted $2.95 + shipping for an item we do not need.

Second, after purchasing and receiving this item, the very next day we found these at our local PetSmart for (are you ready?) $14.75. The current price of $28.53 is nearly $14 higher than the exact same ones we found at PetSmart (and they were not on clearance).

If I would have known these were available at my local PetSmart, we would have saved nearly $17.00 plus $5.65 shipping for a total of $22.65! These are OVERPRICED! Go to your local PetSmart and purchase one there. I truly feel like I have been ripped off!

I came back and changed my review of the product. The comments below are correct, I should not hold the product "responsible" for the price of the item on Amazon. It really is a five star product however, shop around for the lowest price.

I bought this mostly because the hinges were on the opposite side from typical crates. From the feedback, it was hard to tell whether people liked it or not. It came quickly and is as nice as other crates out there. The price was hard to beat. One nit-pick: the tray seems slightly small for the crate--it doesn't quite fit all the way out to the very edge; but I use a pillow in there anyway, so this doesn't matter much to me. It's a nice crate for a great price.

I bought this crate for my 3 year old Bichon Frise, Amos, who is nearly 18 lbs. He is a great dog who is house trained and very obedient. However, we got a new puppy recently and Amos started marking his territory around the house when I was away. This crate was a great solution for when we leave him home alone with the puppy.

The puppy has his own crate which is a slightly smaller. Sometimes we put them face-to-face so they can be with each other.

I would recommend this crate for any dog that is at knee height or slightly above or below. My Amos feels comfortable and safe inside and it is one of the best investments I have made for my baby.
