I bought the Potty Park in June, back when there were no reviews posted and the only information I could find online was Potty Park's own videos (or those they pay advertisers to do). Looked like a great product. And even though I have an adult dog, the training video made me confident that we could get him using the thing very easily.

First, the product that arrived was cheap looking and feeling, and the grass is NOT real looking at all. It looks more like carpet than grass, if anything.

I did everything the training video called for, and after four weeks, had only a very unhappy dog and even more unhappy owners. I tried everything, including spraying the pheromone spray on it, to no avail.

When it became obvious that it was time to cash in on the 30-day "100% Satisfaction Guarantee", I called the company's phone number. Customer Service only went to a voice mail. I left a message and waited for a call back. The next day, after no return phone call, I called and left another message. This happened over and over again for a week, with increasingly frustrated messages from me. The fourth day, I used the dial-by-name option and left a message for the President of the company, thinking that at least that would get me somewhere. But, no response. Finally that Friday, fearing that I would miss the 30 day window, I called back and hit the extension for Sales. Guess what someone answered right away! The sales guy seemed to be very helpful and assured me that the Customer Service person had been traveling and would return my call when she was back. This was frustrating because 1)Her outgoing voice message said nothing about being out of the office, and 2)They didn't have someone else answering the phone.

The following week, I finally got a hold of the customer service person. She told me that the Potty Park could only be returned if the unit hadn't been urinated on, or if we haven't used the pheromone spray.

If we HAVEN'T USED the pheromone spray! I told her, of COURSE we used the pheromone spray, because that is part of the training.

It's a bit of a paradox, isn't it? They give you this training program, saying, don't worry, you can always return it, but the very training program makes the product ineligible for return.

As another reviewer pointed out, even if we could return it, they charge a 20% restocking fee (Couldn't that $40 go toward replacing the turf, since I used the spray?). I'm not as upset with having to pay for shipping, since that's standard, but a 20% restocking fee on what is supposed to be a GUARANTEE?? I don't think so!

So now I'm out $200, and the dog still isn't using the thing. I might try again, but I will likely just post the thing for sale on Craigslist. Maybe someone with a puppy will have better luck.

My dog is a bit stubborn but still..... I bought the Potty Park about a month ago from their direct website (at the time it wasnt on amazon). At the beginnning I put the pheromone spray thing to attract her to go potty there, well that didn't work I did that for like a week. I'm still taking her everyday to the potty park with the leach on and give her the cue to pi and poo there... I don't take her outside too often in hopes that she'll end up using the potty park instead. The first few days I got it I didnt take her our to potty she held her pi and poo for almost 2 wholes days!! and she ended up just going potty on the floor with the potty park right there!

I decided to look for more honest opinions on the net yesterday, because pretty much All the reviews you see on the web those sites are affiliated with Potty Park and get payed for advertising it. You can look on the potty park website they give anyone the option to do that and you get paid for every Potty Park you sell sold! (they give you a coupon number for the customer to put in on the potty park website at checkout to receive $10 off, so that's how they know who it was sold through).. so these websites of course are going to rave about it. Now don't get me wrong I believe it works especially with puppies it has to be super easy to train them. Just MY dog so far hasn't done any of her buisness on it..

Potty Park gives you a 30 day trial, but be careful! you can return it if it didn't work for you and your dog and that they didn't pi or poo on it either(They pass returned potty parks through a black light to assure that your dog didnt pi or poo on it, this is on their website in the detailed part) If they find something they send it back to you and you have to pay for that shipping too. They also charge a restocking fee of 20%! and you dont get your shipping back either... Since to me that's a lot of money lost I decided to keep it and keep trying. I saw a video yesterday on youtube suggesting to put the dog in a crate and take him out only to use the potty on the potty park and then put him back in the crate until she learns to potty there.. Im going to try this next (just need to get a crate). I will give an update on how this works. I have strong hopes she will learn to use it soon....

I have an 11 yr old toy poodle. I purchased a small deluxe potty park. It took her about a week to learn how to use it, at first I thought she was too old to learn something new. I watched the training video's on potty park website. And did what they suggest and she took to it right away. I love not feeling guilty about leaving her in the house while I am at work all day.

I used to hurry home from work and she would run outside to do her business. I didn't want to be late getting home because I knew she was holding it all day. Now when I come home she has used the potty park all I do is dump the pee tray and pick up the poop with a kleenex. I can't wait for winter, I live where it snows alot and she hates going out in the snow. Now she can relieve herself in my laundry room on the potty park.

I recommend this product. It is very well made, and so far has no bad odor which is something I was worried about. I wash the grass in my washing machine in a pillow case as suggested by the company making it easy to clean. I am going to get another one to have at my moms house because my mom watches her sometimes.

I got the potty park within 3 days after I ordered it and is good quality grass and very light to move around. I recommend this product to anyone with an indoor dog.

Honest reviews on Potty Park Dog Potty Toilet

I have an old dog that needs to be let out every couple of hours. Being that I work a 40 hr a week job, this was becoming increasingly difficult. I was having to my 30 min lunch break to come and let her out, and I was still coming home almost every night to accidents. I spent so much time scrubbing my carpets, it was almost like having another job! So I started looking for options. I came across a cheaper version of this product and used it for a little while but it started having problems and smelling, and just as much work as not having it. So again I looked for options. I found Potty Park, ordered it, and before I knew it, I couldn't believe we got along without it!! It has been almost a year since I got it and not one accident, still works perfectly, no smell, and extremely easy to use for me and my little dog. Takes just a couple minutes to clean up and is very reliable. My dog, even tho she is old and small, has no problem getting on it and uses it all the time. It's great for the middle of the night, during the day while I'm at work, and great if I need to be gone overnight. I told my friends about it who live in the city in a highrise apartment, and they are hooked on it now too! I couldn't imagine how hectic things would be with out it!! Thank you so much for making such an all around amazing product!!!

I love it! It was so easy to train all 4 of my dogs. I have small dogs that HATE to go outside when the weather is cold or wet. I was constantly getting accidents in my home. The only thing I had to do to train my dogs was place it where they liked to potty on my floor. Instead of the spray, one of my dogs had peed on the floor the morning it arrived (before the Potty Park was set up), and I rubbed the paper towels that I used to clean the mess all over the pad (to get their scent on it). They used it from day one with NO accidents anywhere else! I then would SLOWLY move it to where I wanted it to be located at, and they kept using it.

I started them in just the kitchen, they were used to baby gates keeping them out of the rest of the house since I have hardwood floors and didn't want them peeing on them. I was able to slowly add more and more of the house and they now have free run of the place.

The only issue I had was my Shih Tzu would spray the corner, with half the urine going under the Potty Park. I would recommend a rock in the middle of it for male dogs that like to lift their leg. Using a rock in the middle of the grass fixed that problem real quick.

My dogs were so bad at times that 10-15 minutes after they were let back in from the backyard, they would go on the floor, after having just been outside for at least 30 minutes. Now I don't worry, if they refuse to go outside, my floors are safe. I can let them in the whole house, not just in the kitchen.

Review of PoochieBells Classic Dog Potty Training Doorbell in Bad to the Bone

Bought these bells several months ago while trying to potty train my Pomeranian. The bells were beautiful, just as described and were made in a very durable fashion. I hung them on my front door and for a while very faithfully had my pup ring them with his paw before he went outside. Month after month ... eventually I lost patience. Instead of ringing the bells, Bruce comes up to my and stands up on his hind legs and gives me "the stare." When I ask him if he needs to potty outside he does a double jump almost up to my chest to say yes. If he doesn't he just walks away. So instead of me training him to use the bells, he has trained me to ask the question and then he tells me yes or no. *sigh* The amazing thing is that this morning, I was ignoring the fact that he was jumping all around and clearly needed to go outside because I had to leave for work in an hour, and had taken him out about two hours earlier. I wanted to wait and take him out right before I left for work. Well he got so desperate wonder of wonders, he went over and rang the bells!! So I think that he knows and makes the connection to ring them, but he has just decided that it is so much easier to just tell me in person rather than use the bells to let me know what he wants. I believe that if you were a little more persistent that I was, or if your dog is just more into them then these would work great for you!

It wasn't very hard to teach my puppy to use these bells for potty training, but he also figured out another use for these. He will ring these every time he gets bored and wants to just go out and play. On average, he rings the bells about 4 times every hour. So it becomes Russian roulette if I decide to ignore when he paws the bells.

I have a well-mannered French Bulldog puppy of 11 months. Up until a few months ago, he was still having the occasional accident, but it seemed pretty clear that he simply didn't know how to let me know that he needed or wanted to go outside.

I purchased these bells and hung them on the back door. At first, the bells terrified him, and he wanted nothing to do with them. However, I patiently followed the instructions, and we rang the bell together each time he went out. For awhile, he ignored the bells, but then one day, he gently nudged them... I promptly praised him and let him out. He began to ring the bells regularly and lets me know know daily when he'd like to go out by nudging the bells.

I still put him out on a schedule, too, but it sure is nice not to have to clean up anything inside.

No more accidents. None.

I don't have any trouble hearing these nice large bells when my dogs ring them. They serve a triple purpose: holiday bells, someone is home or potty bells.

This makes it very ease to train your puppy. I bumped his paw or nose with it the first couple of times to signal outside, and he was good after that. The product is made from a nylon ribbon and has big bells. Quality seems okay, it has held up. I did notice that it is making a couple of marks on the door and trim where the bells swing back and forth when opening the door, so that might be a concern for some people.

This Snowdrift Cuddler is very soft and looks great! However, it is not a pullover or sweater style (tag on garment states, "Easy-fit pullover style"; not so. There is a velcro closure that runs the entire length of the dogs chest and belly. Although this was very disappointing, I really liked the fleece and style. I plan to remove the velcro and sew it up for the pullover/sweater style that I wanted. If the velcro doesn't bother your dog and you need a soft light weight fleece, this is the one for you.

Reggie's new coat arrived today. It is so very soft and warm. He is not real happy wearing it yet, but I am sure once he realizes how warm it keeps him he will love wearing it. I order a small for Reggie, my 5lb chihuahua, and it is a little big, but with a little altering it will not get in the way when he does his business. The xsmall probably would have been a better size, but I did not it to be too small so I ordered up a size. It is light weight and not bulky like a real coat, but it should provide plenty warmness (if that is a word) ... so I guess it is not a coat and it is more like a fleece jacket. It is exactly what I wanted soft, warm, not stiff or bulky!

Bought these for potty training my German Shepherd. LOVE THEM. Very stylish, and the different levels of bells on the ribbon allowed him as a 7 week old puppy to reach the bells. Now that he's 7 months and much taller, he noses the top bells. The bells are loud enough to be heard from another room.. I can even hear them when I'm upstairs and he's down! Some might say they are annoying, but I love them not just for bell training.. It's nice to hear people coming and going from the home!

While this is an insanely high price for a strip of ribbon connected to a keychain with bells on it, I put it up and after showing it to my dog twice, he began to understand. I received it on friday, showed him it friday and Saturday, by Saturday night he was ringing it and its now Monday we have had no accidents since Saturday morning. I have a 15 week old Italian Greyhound, a breed notoriously hard to potty train. He took to it great. I do wish there were cheaper alternatives.

It took my dog an embarassingly long time to figure this out. For quite awhile, she was scared of it, then indifferent to it for an even longer time. It took about 5 months but now she's finally made the connection. I've long suspected that she's not the brightest dog in the world...

This really is a brilliant little system. I got it as an adjunct to my PottyParks as it appeared more portable for traveling. It stays odorless, is easy to clean and my puppy took right to it. The 'grass' mat is SO much better than the imitation grasses on all the other indoor potties...urine runs right through it and it does not pick up an odor.

I bought this for my Boston Terrier pup. Some how she knew what it was for and what to do with it. She went pee on it right away! I love this. There is no odor as long as you use the enzyme spray. Solids can be picked up like you would outside but you may have to hose off the turf pad every now and again. Not a bog problem for me. Highly recommend this for small dogs!

This is a great manufacturing company. Their sizing is what it says it is going to be. This particular vest is medium weight with a water resistant top and lined with a light weight anti pill fleece. The neck as well as the underbelly straps are out of durable Velcro. The underbelly strap lays well forward so male dogs won't accidentally wet on it. My Jack Russell terrier mix wears this vest without any problems to pulling or scratching. I highly recommend this vest and this manufacturer.

They weren't kidding when they said 'light weight.' The dog house is extremly light--but not in a good way. The wood is unexpectedly thin, my dog has already bitten off several slivers of the wood. I was expecting a much more substantial dog house. On the positive, it was very easy to construct.

Our guineas love this hideout. It's easily bendable into a tunnel which they love to run through and hide under. Very sturdy, although they haven't chewed it much, it's good that they have the option of the wood to chew on.

I love the Fiddle Sticks Hideout. It comes flat, and has wire going thru the wood sticks that allows you to bend it either into a wave or the arch as shown. My piggy likes to hide under it with it laying down like a tunnel, or he chews on the ends. We also stand the tunnel up (as shown in the picture) and use it as a wall that my guinea pig jumps over. (It looked waaay to tall to be possible, but piggys jump high!) Pigs can see color, and mine loves this.

Best Deals for Super Pet Guinea Pig Tropical Fiddle Sticks Hideout, Medium

This has been a popular toy with our guinea pigs over the years, but I did want to mention that, as with any wood toy or hidey, it's important to watch out for signs of excessive soiling or chew damage. Because products like this come in regular contact with wet bedding, etc., they are breeding grounds for bacteria and mold. Wood splinters can also cause mouth injury or become a choking hazard.

Speaking of wood...I recently followed up with SuperPet after another reviewer asserted that the FiddleSticks toy is made from oak. SuperPet responded that the wood used for this item is heat-treated *pine.* Not sure where that customer got his/her information.

Overall, a decent toy that should be removed/replaced once it has become soiled or damaged. I'd give it a 5-star rating if the materials and labor were Certified-USA (it's made in China, like most pet toys these days).

Honest reviews on Super Pet Guinea Pig Tropical Fiddle Sticks Hideout, Medium

I bought one of these off amazon and want to buy another. guinea pig loves it. she chews it all the time to keep her teeth trimmed and enjoys hiding underneath it. the metal in the mechanism works fantastically and you can make it flat, like a ramp, so the pig can climb up to a higher level of boxes to hide inside. it can bend into a steep Tee-Pee shape, or into a stair zig zag shape. it's VERY sturdy, almost difficult to bend into the shape you want, but it is sturdy for the animal! makes for a great step-up staircase for my pig.
