I am here buying a replacement. Our pig toy lasted for two years of play, including gentle tug. But this is because I taught my dog not to disembowel his toys (he still can't resist if there is stuffing sticking out of a hole). As others have noted, inside this stuffed animal is a plastic box containing the sound mechanism, which also includes batteries.

Bought another multipet talking toy for my sister's dog, a terrier. The dog went at it with a terrific "crunch." Then was interested because it was a crunchy toy, the crunching being the plastic, batteries, etc. (We took them away rapidly.)

I agree that someone who makes toys for dogs should include anything that could be dangerous in a casing that is impervious to chewing.

I've had other soft crates that did not work because of the lack of ventilation. Well this one is perfect because it is ventilated on all sides except the bottom. Also, love the little water bowl. My puggle is about 25 lbs and this is. a nice size for her to move around in. I also purchased a medium which also suits my other puggle that is 22lbs. Either size works for dogs in the 20-30lb range, just depends on how much extra room your dog needs.

I have an Australian Shepherd and while it may be a bit small for long trips, it is very practical for daily commutes and short trips. You can leave it in your SUV and fold it when you don't use it so you have all your space back.

Since most of the reviews I've read of this product are from dog owners, I wanted to make sure to provide a perspective from a cat owner. My cat has kidney cancer and recently stopped using the litter box due to difficulty walking and getting in and out of the box. I thought the Pet Loo might work for her, and took a chance on it even though it's pretty expensive. When it arrived and I saw it in person, I wasn't sure she would actually use it. To my surprise, she used it the first night I had it out and has been using it ever since. It's so much easier for her, and much more convenient and clean for me to deal with than a litter box. I have it in the bedroom where she stays and there are no issues with odor or mess. She's not going to be with us much longer, but I'm very happy I bought it, since it's making her life better during her last days.

I worked hard for weeks with my cat to get him to use this. I even sprinkled his urine over the top and left some in the tray. I left it by the litter box for days, I sprinkled his fav litter ontop. I placed it so he had to crawl over it to get to the litter box. I tried praise, training, treats and encouragement. I tried leaving him alone to figure it out. He will use it to lay on, he will use it as a launch box to climb onto the counter, but he wont pee on it. This would probably work better for a dog who can more easily be trained in bathroom manners. Dogs have owners they wish to please, Cats only wish for their owners to please them. This was a fail for me.

We purchased the Kitty Kat Loo for our Chihuahua puppy and he used it without fuss from day one. He started to chew on the fake grass layer after the first week while we were at work. So, we bought four giant river pebbles to weigh down the corners and haven't had any issues since.

If you don't flush the Loo and empty the tray every night, the smell can get a bit much. To combat this, I'm now experimenting with bags of activated carbon etc that you can get from aquarium stores.

Overall, great product. Really light so it's not too much of a drag to perform weekly cleaning.

I have 4 dogs and accidents have been common place. I have purchased 2 other similar products but this one was the best. The clean-up is very easy and the dogs really use it. One of my dogs doesn't use it all the time, but not all dogs are as easy to learn as others. Please note that I have never trained my dogs to use them. No time. I have simply put this out. It is the only one I have purchased 2 of. It is sturdy, not too low to the ground and well designed. Clean-up is even better than the one which uses washable pads as there is no intermediate grate for the urine to linger on.

The good news is that there are not many pieces, so installation should not be that difficult, but unfortunately pieces were received broken and pre-drilled and alignment issues. The pre-drilled holes (if you can find them) were not lined up right in some areas. Not sure how long that back right corner will hold up. The top panels do not line up correctly and the top cover piece was so busted up, it took me 50 minutes to nail it and glue back together. There were so many small fractured pieces, I could not get it all back together. Either it is that cheap (it has that feel)or the workers packaging it are that bored, that they take the time to pre-break the pieces before shipping. It does have a nice cedar smell, so strong the dog will not go near the house. The material is not as shiny as in the pictures, which makes me wonder if they truly are weather proof. Overall the house does not be that sturdy, a good wind may blow the house down. I recommend that if you do get this house, use a hand screw driver as I fear that a power drill will just splinter this house into toothpicks. When it is done it looks nice (if you can get by the broken roof trim), I just question the quality and strength in the material.

I was quite surprised when I took it out of the box at how small it really is. My mini-schnauzer is only 15 pounds and he couldn't fit in it so I decided to take out my tape measure and see for myself. When you measure the diameter from seam to seam on the bottom of the bed it is 19" and that is if you really stretch it. As you see it pictured, you are likely to think that the height at it's center while it is resting on the floor is 21" as advertised however I placed the tape measure inside of it and measured only 14". Now if you lift it off the floor holding it from the top and press down in the center of the bed to stretch it out and lay it on it's side, you can stretch it out to 21" however, it would be too narrow for anything larger than a mouse to enter it as at that point, it has no diameter! I am adding some pictures I just took so that you could see what I am referring to. The bed has no "body" to it so when you place it on the floor it just lies flat but if you lift the center and move it just right, it will stand up with the height at about 8 to 10" for a minute or so before collapsing into a flat round circle that measures no more than 19". If your pet does venture inside, the bed has almost no padding whatsoever so make sure you use it on a thick carpet or similar padded surface. If you have a very small dog like a Yorkie or a small cat, they might enjoy this bed but my little pup is too big for it! I notice that a number of other reviews that gave it 3 or 4 stars stated that their dogs wouldn't go inside it or that it was too small or lacked sufficient padding. One reviewer commented that he would not recommend it for dogs over 6 pounds due to it's small size. I hope this helps.

My yorkie loves this bed. She spends countless hours playing with it by running around inside it, digging in it, laying on it and sleeping in, around and on the bed. It's a beautiful pink just as the picture shows and it seems to be indestructible and made of a very cozy, comfortable material( really, I layed my head on it and it's very comfortable)The top does not stand up as I thought from the picture but it really doesnt matter because she would have flattened it down to the way it is to be the most comfortable for her and I like that the company thought of the dog first.

I have had 4 different Chihuahuas try out this bed and each one did not use it much even with a small comfortable blanket inside as a nest. I thought it would be a great buy since Chihuahuas naturally love to burrow. The cost at its current price of around $32 is a little steep in my opinion. For the same cost, I get a comfortable blanket and a comfortable yet inexpensive bed and the chihuahuas prefer it significantly more than this bed. The bed has no support, which is a bittersweet feature that I found more detrimental than beneficial.

i was excited to receive this product for my English Bulldog.

The product description is fairly accurate.

The only problem I have with this product is that the metal part where the buckle is located is a bit too large. It's thick and large and also the strap where you insert the end of the collar in is a bit too close to the buckle. It makes a bit of manuevering but perhaps its because it's leather, thick and still new and needs to be broken in.

I would have given it a 5 star if the metal buckle wasn't so awkwardly large and thick.

But my dog looks pretty good in it... even though it seems to swallow her neck whole for now. But I'm sure she'll grow into it when she doubles her weight!

This was purchased in addition to thicker, fluffier dog beds for our XL dog and it is the perfect size, not too big, and most importantlynot too small. This bed is perfect for car-rides, hardwood floors, crate padding, deck lounging and other "light" lounging activities for the pooch. The bed is also durable, hides dirt, the fur washes off entirely, and despite the instructions, I have machine dried the bed on a low heat setting and it came out just fine. The color of the bed I received is different from the one pictured, the light side is actually a tan colorlike coffee with cream. Either a sage or a tan color works with our decor, so I wasn't at all disappointed with the difference.

The one I received actually has a Velcro-secured pocket right in the center. I'm not really sure what the purpose if this is, but thought I'd mention it since it's not in the picture. I can imagine a more destructive dog than mine tearing it apart. It's got a soft micro-suede top and a water-resistant bottom, which is useful for a kennel with a pup who's still not quite trained yet. One problem I had was that after washing it, the material on top pilled horribly and the filling clumped up so that it no longer lays flat no matter what I do. It's still fine, since it's being used for a dog (he's not picky), but if you're looking for something that washes well, this isn't it.

We've got a labradoodle who is very difficult to groom. If you look at him funny his hair mats. We've had mixed results with other grooming brushes, most of which aren't strong enough to tackle his tough coat. Master Grooming Tools Slicker Brush is a definite cut above the other slicker brushes we've tried. It's double sided, but we found only one of the sides really effective in getting through his tough coat. But it actually does work for most of the grooming tasks. I would prefer to have one large brush head, instead of two small ones side by side, so there are no missed spots. One side has the usual bent slicker brush pins, which do a pretty good job, and the other side has straight, angled pins which don't seem to work for detangling and brushing very well. I really don't know what they are supposed to be used for. This is the first brush I bought of this type.

First, this is not a tray. It is just a border holder.

Second, the quality is very, very poor. The center lock is very hard to push into locking position.

Third, the center joint is a little bit lower then the entire holder. It is not flat while laid on the floor.

Update after 1 week:

Number 3 is not a problem.

Number 2 is a big problem. After using for a week, my finger hurts.

I thought I was purchasing a product with a bottom part so that my dogs would not be peeing on the pad touching the floor. There is only the outer part that holds the pad via snaps or clasps. My dogs peed all over the clasps and we had more trouble cleaning it up than when it was on the floor. Dogs don't pee directly in the middle, so if the dog peed slightly off center you are touching pee everytime you clean it up. It was too much work and the hassle made this product worse.

Wish someone else had said this before purchasing.

I just got some Wee Wee pads for my 15 year old poodle due to medical issues she pees so offten at night. They work perfect so I thought okay let's get a pad holder so I brought this and man was it a mistake. The night before with out the holder my dog used the pad perfect. The night with the holder my dog pee on the side or corner of the pad leaking over the plastic broader of the holder. I can only think that the holder confuse my dog.

I am out $43 but I am going back to just using the pads on the floor with no holder etc. This seems like a good idea but it is not really needed.

Update: I tried it again and I believe it makes the pad to high off the ground. My dog used it right but it leaked through to the floor. I credit this for it be off the floor a tad due to way the holder works so instead of soaking up pee it allowed to drip on floor. I will never use this again.

My dog absolutely loves these sterilized bones (I think we have 5 or more scattered throughout the house). These were great; pretty much the same as ones I have purchased from Petsmart in the past. I started buying them online because the stores near me no longer carry them. Anyway, my dog chews pretty heavily on these bones, so chips do come off the bone occasionally, but no more than is typical in my experience. Furthermore,my dog has never been injured by the chipping. My experience with these sterilized bones has been good!
