I have three dogs, one very large, and that means a lot of waste. Doggie Dooley enzymes do a great job of breaking it down and eliminating the associated oder. I just add three scoops (one per dog) every week or so and pour a little water over it. I clean the yard daily, and you can really see that this product is working day by day. It's easy and it completely eliminates the smell. You can't ask for more than that.

I absolutely love Zack & Zoey products, and I have a ton of their clothes for my dog, all in a size small. I ordered this in a small, and when it arrived I realized I needed to order a size medium. It's a nice product, but be sure to size up!

My dog has her nose back! I have a 15 year old Shihtzu. For years her nose was crusty, dry, and she had extra skin that I'm sure was painful. We asked the vet but he said there wasn't much we could do about it. On a whim I decided to search online for something that might help her. I thought this was a bit pricey but the glowing reviews made me give it a try it. I'm amazed at the difference it's made. We started with three times a day. At first she resisted--I think it was just the soreness of her nose, not from the product itself--but after a few weeks of using it her nose is 100% better. She doesn't mind us putting it on anymore, and I can tell she feels much, much better. We've scaled back to twice a day and although her nose does get dry if we forget to use it, it's still great overall. I feel pretty bad that she had to suffer so long when this could have been helping. Highly recommended for serious snout problems.

We are writing this review not to discourage dog owners from buying it, but to encourage the creator of the product to improve it and lower the price.

There are small, abrasive, bead-like grains of something throughout the product. When you smear this on the nose, these grains do not spread or blend with the rest of the product, and they are somewhat abrasive. It doesn't feel like the product has been finished with attention to detail.

This is a 2oz product for $16.59.

Wax is the first ingredient, but based on appearance we're guessing the main ingredient is shea butter.

There are vendors selling 32oz of Shea Butter on Amazon for $13.00.

There are other ingredients in the product, hempseed oil, jojoba oil, kukui nut oil, almond oil, rosemary oil, and vitamin E. How important are those other ingredients? We don't know.

We would be curious to see how it compares to using plain shea butter. In the few days we have tried it, it hasn't made a noticable difference in our dog's nose. Maybe it requires weeks of application, but when we humans have chapped lips, we don't expect to wait weeks for our chapped lips to recover. We've put it aside and trying a product called Egyptian Magic instead.

Overall, we feel that the product is overpriced and not well-finished.

I bought this a few days ago and my two Bulldogs are almost back to normal!!! I have been using it on them for about 4 days now.. It is amazing!!!! I have ten and nine year old bullies.. I was sad to see there nose's dry, cracked, flakey and to be honest pretty gross. Anyone that says this snout soother didn't work didn't keep using it !!!

I have to first say I never review products. I want to but just never take the time to do so. I received my Snout Soother on Thursday of this week and today, Saturday, I can already tell a difference in my French Bulldog's nose. Before the Snout Soother the only way to really describe his nose was that it felt like barnacles. Hard and rough. I was afraid to even pick at it because I was sure pieces of his nose would come off! Now he doesn't appreciate the Snout Soother as much as I do and putting it on him is an operation of run, catch, hold and release. He then licks and snorts and sprays from his nose. But truly this is amazing stuff. To be able to tell a difference in only two days is such a gift for me and my little guy. I am a Snout Soother fan!!

I have a 16 yr old Cairn Terrier and his nose had shriveled and dried into a brownish, cracked, painful mess restricting airflow through his nostrils. I tried everything the vet suggested and everything I found online. Nothing worked. I kept searching and found "Snout Soother". I didn't expect it to work any better than anything else I had tried but I was willing to try anything to help Schmooze boy with his painful nose. I applied it 3X a day for the first 48 hours and his nose was moist and black again. I applied it 2X a day for the next 72 hours and his nose was nearly healed. I have a dog with a kidney condition. She can't "hold it" for very long, so doggy litter box training was a necessity in our home. She's a larger dog (pit bull, 65 pounds), so she needed a larger pad. I used 2 of these in the medium size for a year because I couldn't find the large ones.

These do the job! No runoff, and the heavy rubbery backing keeps the floor dry and stink-free. A bit pricey at $25.00+ for two, but they really last. Worth the money and I'll be purchasing 2 more to have as extras while the others are washing and drying.

Tip: Do not machine dry these pads. Line dry only. I use Nature's Miracle in the wash and it removes the urine smell.

I got a 6 week old Chiweinie puppy....too young to take out to the ground yet so bought 2 of these pads. He took to them instantly and rarely has a mishap. He is 8 weeks old now and has 3 pads down that I change out with clean ones as needed....about every 4-5 days. They have not leaked once. I placed them in the first 3 places he wet when I brought him home...each bathroom and his play pen. He goes to them each time he needs to go. Urine is immediately absorbed so if he steps on the pad he does not track it all over. Have not had an odor problem at all.

September 2013...Puppy is a year old this week and transitioned quickly from pads to yard. I slowly removed 2 pads...then took him out several times a day and kept him in my room at night (without a pad) so he learned to hold it all night. Then picked up the last pad. Only 1 BM accident after that....it was raining and he refused to go out! (but he held his water!) Has been trained for months now.

Had I not previously purchased one of these pads from a local pet supplies store, from reading the first review here, I probably wouldn't have made this purchase. I hope she was able to work something out with Customer Service. Both pads I purchased have performed well and precisely as expected for my very aged shepherd/chow who regularly needs added support for making it through the day indoors. I've had no problems at all with leaking, and the pads are absorbent enough to keep him virtually dry when he becomes unsteady and sits down on his pads now and then. They have withstood thorough near-daily laundering without any apparent deterioration. These pads have performed exactly as expected or even better, at a relatively bargain price (considering their prices locally). Five Stars!

I started to use these for my puppy potty training. At first I bought the disposal pee pads, they were fine when she was smallbut I got so tired of buying them & then she started tearing them up (thinking it was a toy). Now she is 1 1/2 years old & 24 lbs, and during the long days while I am work, she uses the Simple Solutions Washable pads. I love these so much I have gone back & bough enough for a whole week(although I wash them every few days with a little bleach & soap, per the directions). I have been using these for over 6 months & they have held up really well washing & do not leak though! Highly recommend!!

Note: although I have a small dogI have bought the larger pads. She get's picky & doesn't like to pee in the same spot.

These are terrific! I have a ~40lb puppy for whom I leave two of these out when I am at work. When he doesn't treat them like a toy, they are very absorbent and don't soak through. Sometimes he flips them over, but he's a goofy puppy and that's just what goofy puppies do and if he had already peed on the pad, the urine does not get transferred to the carpet. At about 40lbs, sometimes he can produce a fair bit of urine, but I haven't had any problems with the pads being able to handle it. They are also an excellent value, in that you get two large pads for the price of one.

This is a very large bed for that very large dog. It is reversible, denim on one side and white on the other. the bed is only an inch thick but my dog seems to be very comfortable sleeping on it.

I bought this to go in a crate for a small dog who had to go through back surgery. He loves it so much, that he goes in the crate just to lie on it and he would never go near a crate before (I leave the door open). It's easy to wash and I think it's a great product.

The cover ups themselves are simply adorable. The pink & purple are a beautiful color & the material holds up well in the wash. However, these cannot be used on their own to prevent leakage!

This is what I do & so far this has worked for me:

Be sure to measure your dogs waist line before you decide on the size to buy. Take a long string & wrap it around your dogs waist...just below or at the pelvic bone. Then take your string, stretch it out against a tape measure to determine the length in inches. Purchase the size according to the measurements given for each size. For example: A size Large is good for a dog that weighs 35-55lbs with a waist of 18-27 inches. If you have a dog that has a big,.wide bodied build, like a bull dog.... consider getting one size larger to compensate for the width of it's upper thighs.

I own 16 year old Golden Retriever/ German Shepard Mix. Although she should be a large dog, she's lost much weight due to her aging body. So, I bought the Size Large CoverUps. Then I purchased the

Wee Wee Diposable Medium Size Diapers & the extra absorbent diaper liners from Simple Solutions ( you can buy any disposable pad...even maxi pads work great..if not better and they're MUCH CHEAPER). I then place one liner in each diaper to where one end covers OVER HALF of the opening for the tail. Then, I place the diaper on my dog and securely fasten the velcro tabs of the Coverup OVER the top of the diaper. Don't be afraid to tighten them up good. The fabric is made with Lycra®, (aka spandex) which is a stretchy & breathable material.

This method has worked for me nearly everytime. Even for those times when she's released a completely full bladder. Occasionally, it has soaked through if she's soiled the diaper more than once throughout the night. I have used TWO liners (one placed side by side, nearest to the tail's opening) for overnights or for when she'll be at home many hours while we're at work & it's worked perfectly.

Although, it can get expensive to do it this way after some time...I've decided it was cheaper in the long run; compared to the cost of laundering bed linen, blankets, shampooing carpets, furniture & upholstery. It also saves me from needing to replace my hardwood flooring AND ..... not to mention the cost of the countless rolls of paper towels I had been going through!

I have an old friend that sometimes has trouble making it outside when he needs to go. He feels guilty when he has an accident, so these pads give him an option. I tried other pads and they shift under his paws and he misses. These are heavy enough to stay in place. Our dog didn't sit or lay on thest pads, but we found a better use. We use them for bed protectors for senior incontinence. They work very well.

I had really hoped I had found the perfect training pad, or at least a fairly reliable absorbant one with no edge overflow. I was willing to ignore the price. I'm just glad I tried the 10 pack first before committing to the larger sizes. Sadly, all I got with this brand was too much hype and not enough protection.

These were the yellow backed, 10 count, extra large version, if that makes any difference. They're quilted but thinner than other brands I've tried (Hartz, Top Paw, can't remember the rest). The biggest problem I have is the same as many people edge overflow. They just don't absorb fast enough to prevent it. I think this brand has produced more overflow than the rest, which sometimes looks like leakage because the underside plastic wicks some up under the pad somehow while the rest hits the floor. Maybe if your dog is tiny and always goes in the center of the pad then this gigantic pad would work, but it seems that regardless of pet size they seem to gravitate towards the edge of the pad! Go figure.

I have a large male adult dog so I overlap the pads to make sure there is plenty of pad for him to hit. I always make sure the pads are layed so any overflow from one to the other runs on top of the next pad, not under it. But the outside edges just can't contain the urine. Sigh.

I guess as long as I have to work and leave my dog at home alone all day, I'll just keep searching for the holy grail of puppy pads that I pray is out there. If I find it'll it will get 5 stars and a glowing review.

4 out of 4 pups prefer CET chews over these. They just aren't excited about these chews. They taste them, leave them around the house and may or may not get around to them again. CET chews have the same ingredients, are more expensive, but overall a better buy.

These things are awesome. They really help keep the tartar off our standard poodle's teeth to lengthen the time between professional cleanings (to be avoided due to the need for anesthesia). Medium is perfect for her size; the vet recommended the small-sized chew, but our dog swallowed those too quickly without totally chewing them. Because our dog doesn't like having her teeth brushed, the chews supplement her teeth cleaning because she gnaws on the chews much longer than she allows us to brush.

BTW the old container of chews said VET hexadent -the new one says VET dentahex.

I bought this costume for my brother's bassett hound. The web page info said the size needed for a basset was a medium. He got it, and you guessed it, WAAAAAAY too small. The sizing information on the package didn't match the info given online at all. Since I got the thing on points, and the dog could care less either way, it's no tragedy. Just annoying to buy something using the info given and have it be totally wrong.

Also, the construction of the costume wasn't very well thought out. Even on a smaller dog it looked like 2 pillows on the sides and a "meat strip" across the dog's back, held together with elastic straps.

My dogs can tear up any plush toy with a squeaker. They love to get to the squeakers (essentially "killing" the toy) and they love to spread the stuffing all over the house.

This toy is perfect for them! With 16 squeakers, it took them over a week to kill all the squeakers (instead of mere minutes with a normal toy), and my youngest dog would carry it around the house with him. And the best part is, there's no stuffing to clean up!

My dog developed SARDS (sudden acute retinal degeneration syndrome or something like that) so basically she went blind in a very short time period. She is only 5 so we wanted to get her some toys so she could still play fetch. This toy is fabulous for blind dogs. It is the perfect size for her (she is around 25 lbs but could also work for a larger dog) and it makes 3 quacking noises so we can push the button, throw the toy, and she can still play fetch even though she can't see anymore. I first found this duck at Petco, or I should say my dog first found it there. This was his absolute favorite toy, and when it finally wore out he was heartbroken. I was happy to find this available here. It's STILL his favorite toy. He loves making it "talk". But be warned, you will eventually be tempted to take it away for a while so you won't have to hear "QUACK quack quack quack" every 30 seconds!

Ducky (as we have named this cute fuzzy little thing) makes the most memorable quacking sounds all dogs will love. For our pup, this quacking sound is his warm fuzzy. His very first Ducky made this same sound, but of course we had to put that Ducky away (RIP). Then I came across this miniature sized look a like friend; I had to buy it. Even if it meant the quacking sound may not be the same. It is extremely cute and alot of fun. I was expecting my beagle to destroy this eventually but not within the first hour of having it. It was scary when my dog did open it up because of the sharp plastic pieces and wires that control the sound. I give my dogs a treat every time they come in (reward for good behavior) from the yard so I'm very conscious of not over-doing it. I don't want fat, unhealthy dogs. These are the perfect size for both my dogs, a border collie and a mini schnauzer. Most importantly, they are totally healthy, no junk in them! Also, no wheat, corn or soy which is very important to me since my babies have digestive issues I believe gluten-related. Both dogs are doing very well in spite of their years, 10+ and 12+ and they LOVE these!
