Out of all the Plato Treats (Duck, Salmon, and Chicken) that we have purchased, the Salmon treats are by far the stinkiest. Our trainers highly recommended these treats for us to use to ensure that we have attentive dogs in class. In fact, one of the trainers always brings in plenty of salmon treats whenever they get a new batch of first timers to class. Whenever my dog gets distracted in class, I take out a piece of salmon and he is all ears. I love the fact that Plato Treats can easily be broken down into smaller treats. My dog labradoodle Chloe loved these treats but because of her unusual allergies, we had to even eliminate fish from her diet. I would still recommend these treats for most dogs because they absolutely love them and are a healthy snack

since they are almost 100% salmon. They are great for training.

But he would eat anything and with his skin problems these work well. Sometimes they seem stale, very hard and other times they are quite soft. Also some seem to have a grey powder on them. Can't figure out what all this means but my dog loves them.

I do not usually review items that I have purchased but this is an exception. My girls LOVE these toys. They are just squeeky enough but do not have a ton of stuffing surrounding them that entice them to shred the toy, so they actually last for a very long time.I have two small/medium dogs and that are very toy driven and these are their all time favorite toys.

It's hard to rate dog toys because what one dog might love and treat gently, another dog might destroy in 2 minutes. My dog, unfortunately, was one of the ones who destroyed this toy in two minutes. But to be fair to this toy, there's no question but that my dog had a really great time ripping the guts out of this toy during those 2 minutes--it satisfied her killer instincts or something--and, hey, there are still 2 eggs left to go out of the 3-pack. In fact, it's fair to say that my dog probably would have given this toy 5 stars. It's me who doesn't particularly enjoy cleaning up stuffing and squeaker pieces after a toy is destroyed, so I'm giving it one star. So, averaging those 2 scores together, my dog and I are giving this toy 3 stars.

I have many of the Kyjen toys for my dogs, including over 20 of these "eggs." They make great toys in and of themselves. I have a basket full of them so I can keep throwing balls to entertain my puppy. My disability prevents me for being able to run and play, but the "kids" love it if I sit on the couch, basket of "eggs" beside me, and just keep throwing them. Very inexpensive way to let my dogs run and play in the house without damage.

Here's video of my dog playing with an Kyjen egg when he was a puppy. He's now 2 years old and still loves these eggs. My dog has gone through 3 Kyjen Egg Babies Toys and while he loves the whole experience, his favorite part is squeaking the eggs! So last time i just bought the egg 3-pack.

He loves how they move in an unpredictable way and he looks kind of like a cat when he plays with them.

They don't last forever, but my dogs loves them so much that I will continue to buy them a couple times a year.

I thought these might be too big for my chihuahua, but she manages just fine and these are by far her favorite toys. It's great that they are so cheap, too. I bought a bunch of packs, since we tend to lose some underneath furniture, only to have them magically reappear days later. She loves to have me squeak them and throw them down the hall so she can chase them down. She even plays with them by herself. These are oval-shaped and have an unpredictable bounce, which she loves. She cannot squeak them with her mouth, but sometimes she accidentally runs into one against the wall and if it squeaks, she jumps away a bit scared very funny. Some of the squeakers arrived not working or barely working. I doubt the squeakers last long, but the material used to cover the egg seems durable enough for my 6.5 lb dog and she likes to chew on the ends. For the money, these are great toys even if they had no squeaker at all. The dog loves to bat them around herself and it's just about the only toy she will mess with when I'm not playing with her, which is a big plus since I cannot play with her all day long. If your dog likes toys, they will probably love these eggs.

My dog has her nose back! I have a 15 year old Shihtzu. For years her nose was crusty, dry, and she had extra skin that I'm sure was painful. We asked the vet but he said there wasn't much we could do about it. On a whim I decided to search online for something that might help her. I thought this was a bit pricey but the glowing reviews made me give it a try it. I'm amazed at the difference it's made. We started with three times a day. At first she resisted--I think it was just the soreness of her nose, not from the product itself--but after a few weeks of using it her nose is 100% better. She doesn't mind us putting it on anymore, and I can tell she feels much, much better. We've scaled back to twice a day and although her nose does get dry if we forget to use it, it's still great overall. I feel pretty bad that she had to suffer so long when this could have been helping. Highly recommended for serious snout problems.

We are writing this review not to discourage dog owners from buying it, but to encourage the creator of the product to improve it and lower the price.

There are small, abrasive, bead-like grains of something throughout the product. When you smear this on the nose, these grains do not spread or blend with the rest of the product, and they are somewhat abrasive. It doesn't feel like the product has been finished with attention to detail.

This is a 2oz product for $16.59.

Wax is the first ingredient, but based on appearance we're guessing the main ingredient is shea butter.

There are vendors selling 32oz of Shea Butter on Amazon for $13.00.

There are other ingredients in the product, hempseed oil, jojoba oil, kukui nut oil, almond oil, rosemary oil, and vitamin E. How important are those other ingredients? We don't know.

We would be curious to see how it compares to using plain shea butter. In the few days we have tried it, it hasn't made a noticable difference in our dog's nose. Maybe it requires weeks of application, but when we humans have chapped lips, we don't expect to wait weeks for our chapped lips to recover. We've put it aside and trying a product called Egyptian Magic instead.

Overall, we feel that the product is overpriced and not well-finished.

I bought this a few days ago and my two Bulldogs are almost back to normal!!! I have been using it on them for about 4 days now.. It is amazing!!!! I have ten and nine year old bullies.. I was sad to see there nose's dry, cracked, flakey and to be honest pretty gross. Anyone that says this snout soother didn't work didn't keep using it !!!

My dogs didn't like me to put it on them, and Yes they will try and will lick it off. It is all natural and safe. I have to first say I never review products. I want to but just never take the time to do so. I received my Snout Soother on Thursday of this week and today, Saturday, I can already tell a difference in my French Bulldog's nose. Before the Snout Soother the only way to really describe his nose was that it felt like barnacles. Hard and rough. I was afraid to even pick at it because I was sure pieces of his nose would come off! Now he doesn't appreciate the Snout Soother as much as I do and putting it on him is an operation of run, catch, hold and release. He then licks and snorts and sprays from his nose. But truly this is amazing stuff. To be able to tell a difference in only two days is such a gift for me and my little guy. I am a Snout Soother fan!!

I have a 16 yr old Cairn Terrier and his nose had shriveled and dried into a brownish, cracked, painful mess restricting airflow through his nostrils. I tried everything the vet suggested and everything I found online. Nothing worked. I kept searching and found "Snout Soother". I didn't expect it to work any better than anything else I had tried but I was willing to try anything to help Schmooze boy with his painful nose. I applied it 3X a day for the first 48 hours and his nose was moist and black again. I applied it 2X a day for the next 72 hours and his nose was nearly healed. I'm applying it 1X a day now and he doesn't mind it a bit. He knows this stuff makes him feel better. Snout Soother worked wonders for Schmooze.

We've had this dog house for my yellow lab for almost 4 years. Very sturdy. It's been in the sun the whole time, but hasn't had any sun rot. The color has modified slightly, but that's all. Other than the slight color change it still looks brand new. She's mostly an outdoor dog, so this house is well used by her. During the winter she stays in it most of the time. There are times when our dog is inside our home but she'll ask to go outside so she can go in her house. We live in cold, snowy mountains--lots of skiing, so we're used to cold weather. Like the other reviewer, we use cedar chips inside--nice. I like the ideas the reviewer gave about modifying the house with foam. I think we might try that this winter to make it even more cozy. The door was frightening to our dog at first, but she got used to it and now she likes it. I like the window that can be removed in the summer. We might put carpet over those during the winter.

This dog house is solid when put together! Easy assembly, strong and durable. I would highly recommend this dog house to anyone with a medium to large size dog. It keeps the dog nice and warm too. I live in a very cold climate (think 20 below ZERO!) and my short haired beagle does just fine spending the night outside in her dog house.

Since it hasn't gotten too cold yet I can't comment on how warm it is. But it is definitely a well built, solid house. The pieces lock together in a way that keeps out water and even the windows have plastic covers. My dog is a little wary of the door and it takes coaxing to get her to use it. In nice weather I just prop it open. Overall, a great house and I think it should keep her toasty all winter!

My St. Bernard loves this house. I bought it in the summer and duct taped the hinged door open for a few days. My dog is timid but after throwing in a few dog treats, encouragment and watching me crawl in and out, he became comfortable using it, so I took off the duct tape, crawled inside and he followed! It was a crazy tight squeeze to get out. The hinged door didn't bother him in the least and it is a great design for keeping rain out and removing in the summer. Now it is winter and he is very dry and warm. I agree with another reviewer that the dog creates his own warmth. I added a cedar bed, but would opt for the heater if it froze more often where I live.

I purchased this insulated dog house for my black lab pup about a month ago and she loves it! She easily figured out the hinged entry door the first night and seems to be very comfortable inside even when the overnight lows recently dipped into the 20's deg F. I do plan on adding ASL's FHL-20 thermostatically controlled heat pad for the cold Montana winter ahead. In my opinion the maintenance-free construction and pleasing design/appearance of this dog house makes it a good value. Both dog and I highly recommend this product.

My brother recommended this product. He has been using it for quite sometime on his aging pet, he swore by it and now I do too. It is for that reason that I am saddened to report that it does not fit my 5 pound dog.

The biggest issue is that the part of the harness that goes over the head is not adjustable. My dogs head could not fit through the tiny opening.

I purchased a medium for my beagle, he is 20 lbs. The part that goes over the head is not adjustable and, though we managed to get it on him, I cut it off of him after testing how many fingers I could put between him and the collar (none) and trying to slide it back over his head (unlikely without detaching his head). So the scissors came out and $13 was thrown away. It looks cool, I am sure it would be fun BUT I would avoid this harness because unless your dog is the one they measured to make the original pattern, it won't fit and you won't be able to adjust it. If you take a chance, you can picture my adorable beagle running around trying to get it off of him while I tried to find safety scissors to cut it off. He is probably doggy-traumatised now. He may need doggy-therapy or something.

I like this product. The smaller one is for one lovebird or the medium one is for two lovebirds. well that's what I have in mine and they love them. Plus they are machine washable and can be tossed in the dryer. if I get another bird i will buy one of these. The medium could be used for larger birds also. I think they are great little houses. I have never bought a large but I am sure they are for medium size parrots. thanks

Bought this to keep my parakeets warm in winter. Unfortunately, the opening on the front is small and the cutout is stiff, so my birds didn't use it and I don't think they went in once. It kind of sits crookedly, as well. Material is fine and maybe it's better if you have a slightly bigger bird. However, might be tough for a parrot to fit through the hole, too.

The only thing I did not like with this leash is the clasp on it. I bought this for my tiny yorkie and it was so heavy so instead of returning it, I took that clasp off and put on a plastic one that is very light weight. I do love this leash and he looks great walking with it. I liked it enough I also bought one for my son and daughter in law's dog and also replaced the clasp on that one. They love it as well.
