When I give my border collie/lab mix one of these. He runs away with it to the living room and eats it alone. He wimpers for them more so than he does the treats I have that are actually made of beef! He is a peanut butter lover, and these smell look a peanut butter cookie! I would eat them!

there are many flavors that come in this package and she seems to love them all, they have a nice fresh-baked smell as well. I wish Trader Joes would come down to Florida in more locations!

This is our favorite leash for our wild and crazy new puppy. She doesn't really have the idea of walking on a leash down yet, and this is the only leash that she doesn't manage to get tangled around her legs while we are outside. The mechanism that controls the pull on the lead is so reliable and keeps the leash nice and taught even if she is skittering around at my feet. We use this and the Puppia Soft Dog Harness, Pink, X-Small that clips just above her shoulders and now we have hardly any tangling. Now that we have this system in place it is getting much easier to train her to walk on a leash. This leash costs more than I have spent in the past on a dog leash, but I am going to stick with this line.

I have a large, very strong purebred male German Shepherd, who at 19 months is full of energy. Fortunately, he is very smart and has had some obedience training. This leash makes it much easier to take him hiking in a local state park, where he has to be leashed (we live on a rural farm so he usually roams free.....) When we approach other people on the trail, I can quickly "reel" him in, yet give him the freedom of more rope to explore when no other people are around. It is an innovative product and a must for people who hike with their dogs!

Best leash I've tried yet. The build quality is a step above other manufacturers, there's a collar included with the leash, and there is even a nice promo brochure with the Flexi mascot. I haven't seen any leash so well designed and packaged.

This leash works great at restraining my hyperactive and easily distracted 30-lb Sheltie mix. I especially like how little effort is required to hold the button down and how the cord (versus tape) style doesn't tangle when my pup turns around every which way. The only problem is the picture shows the entire product as being black, which is why I bought this particular one -when it arrived, it's actually black with a gray handle, and the cord itself is a tacky-looking black and white checkered pattern. I'm not planning to return it since it works great and the looks don't affect the functionality, but it was a little disappointing to look at so many leashes on Amazon and finally choose one just to have it show up not as described.

my dog is only 65lbs, but she is uncommonly strong and weirdly determined. She is wonderful at dog parks but has unconquerable leash aggression towards other dogs. Additionally, she finds birds, luggage, squirrels, and heaps of trash worthy adversaries, and she has the compulsive need to investigate/quickly swallow all discarded food items. As such, walking her is a nightmare. I got the 110lb one because I was sure her superdog strength and insane torque will prove to be a challenge for even the most advanced leash technology. We've had the leash for a while now and it shows zero signs of wear. My dog is obviously still really tuggy, but I no longer have to wrap the leash around my hands and have it wring my fingers off. Instead I just hold on to the grippy part with both hands, keep her about 3-5 feet in front of me, and can almost look like walking her is a breeze.

While this material is cute and it is constructed well, it is not a bandanna. It is much smaller than we expected and the shape is such that it would not fit our dog. We ended up giving it to a friend who had a MUCH smaller dog and it barely fit. But, it just looks like a little neck scarf and not a real bandanna. I wish that the description had been more informative.

I will just make my own next time.

This product for dogs is like a stuffed animalwithout any stuffing.

So when you get it, it is flat fabric, meant to resemble an animal. It is similar to a long,flat gym sock.

Most dogs that like to swing,fling, or whip toys around, will enjoy this item.

*** I suggest medium to large size dogs for this toy size. Smaller dogs will most likely find this too long for them to handle.****

Always supervise your pets when playing with toys, because even an "unstuffed" toy like this( which has 2 mini squeakers inside) can eventually come apart with wear and tear.

The main danger is typically the choking hazard the squeaker or material could present.

If you have a dog content to carry, fling, or gently suck or nibble at this kind of toy( not rip or shred it with their teeth) this should work well.

I cannot emphasize enough that you should have an eye on your dog(s) when you give them a toy to play with and put the toy(s) away somewhere when done; where only you have access to them and can hand them out when you are around to supervise.

Many a time, I caught my dogs just as they had ripped the stitching out of a dog toy and I promptly tossed that toy in the garbage.

If I had not seen it, the next step would have been either stuffing coming out or the destruction of fabric and possible attempt to eat it.

Once there is a riphole or stitching coming undonedo your dog and yourself a favor, and just throw it out and get a new toy.

Take note of which ones are on the hairy side. Some dogs gag on hairy stuffed toys if it bothers their mouth/throat. I prefer a toy with minimal furriness to it.

***WARNING***

Please....PLEASE take away the "safe" no stuffing dog toys away from your large dogs. On Friday night, Indiana had very severe stomach surgery to remove a blockage in his stomach. The Doctor called me after the sugery to update me. She said the surgery went well, he was recovering. The item removed from his stomach....a no stuffing squirrel, WHOLE.

We figured he was chewing on it, it got in his throat, he panicked and swallowed it. This is a dog that doesn't eat anything. We have never had any problems with him eating Ethan's toys, other dog toys, paper, etc and he ended up with an entire toy lodged in his stomach.

The company claims it to be the "safest" dog toy, but in fact it is not. If this happened to my dog, it can easily happen to yours. To avoid something terrible happening to your dog, please take away these toys.

I'm so upset with the claim that this is the "safest" dog toy. I think I'm going to try and bring this more public to avoid this freak accident happening to other pets and to avoid the claim that this is a "safe" toy.

Indiana is recovering, but it's going to be at least two weeks of laying low and another two after that to get back to normal. They had to cut through 3 layers of stomach, muscle and skin to extract the large toy. This was invasive, painful, expensive and something I don't want someone else to have to go through.

The title of the product gave me high hopes. "INVINCIBLES: They Keep SQUEAKING, Even When PUNCTURED!" Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print, "not designed for aggressive chewers."

While the squeakers themselves can keep squeaking when punctured, they don't quite make it if the squeakers are ripped out and apart by your eager dog. We have a pit mix and a golden lab mix, and the pit in particular loves anything with squeakers. She definitely enjoyed loving this toy... to death. It lasted roughly half an hour before every squeaker was removed, all that remains is the snake's squeakerless carcass, akin to a real snake's molted skin. She will still happily carry it around though so it's not a total loss. The lab mix, too, enjoyed carrying it around in his big mouth, but the pit tends to swipe the lab's toys, so naturally his toy, too, met its fate sooner than I would've liked.

I'd say my dogs definitely enjoyed using the product, but I would've enjoyed it if they could've enjoyed it as long as the name implied.

We ordered the toy with the hope that our 6 year old female cocker spaniel (22#) would not be able to destroy it. Unfortunately she had chewed edges off the toy in minutes and had the head off in about 10. A cute toy, but it does not have the right stuff for a determined destroyer...

My labs received two plush snakes for Christmas. The Kyjen Invincible and a regular plush. The results were exactly the same: ten minutes, maybe less, and that includes the squeaker's squeakability. I was surprised the Kyjen snake didn't last at least a little longer than a plush making no claims, but then I read the small print on the tag, "Not for aggressive chewers." Buyer beware: always read the small print.

My terrier can kill almost every squeaker in seconds, but "Jake-e Snake-e" has survived two weeks now. The dog loves it and plays with it very hard and all the time. I may go batty from the squeaking, however. It's also great for tugging Hightly recommended. We got the green, but I honestly don't think color matters to anyone other than the human.

This is absolutely our dogs favorite toy. They will play with it until they're too tuckered out to continue. We've had it for several months and all of the squeakers still work. One of our dogs is a BIG chewer, but she's only managed to chew out the snake's eyes (which doesn't affect the toy at all). She's usually carrying it around with her. I plan on getting the three squeaker one so that it doesn't drag on the ground! Just be prepared for a lot of squeaking!
