I even sprayed this directly on some fleas and it didn't seem to have an effect. The scent is nice. I guess you can spray enough on the fleas and drown them.

First Impression: Well the people over at Planet Dog heard about my website and decided I should test some of their toys. Puppy `o puppy am I glad they did! I saw this on their website about two months ago and I've been wanting to try it ever since. Dad says that the Orbee toys are made of an injection molded "thermo plastic elastomer." Whatever... Basically the ball is strong, hollow, and has holes at both ends. This toy has a hole about 1 inch in diameter at one end, so you could put some dog treats inside, the other hole is much smaller about 3/8 of an inch. They are very flexible I can easily crush the ball, but it just pops back out to it's normal shape. All of the Orbee toys they sent me have a strong peppermint smell. I personally really like it; I was licking the ball at first... Of course they are bouncy, and apparently they also float! Dad also mentioned that when it's hot during the summer we can freeze them to help keep me cool..

Conclusion: I've managed to pull a small piece loose near the large opening on the ball. The white part of the soccer ball is peeling away from the interior layer. I don't think it's going to be a huge problem, but I'll keep everyone posted if I manage to destroy it!

Followup: I managed to tear the loose piece off and swallow it before Dad could stop me. It was close though... I've also managed to get some more loose. Dad is debating about gluing that part down, or possibly cutting it back. I'll update you if I can keep tearing pieces off!

Not a regular sized soccer ball, smaller and much Tougher. It is hollow and can be filled with treats. It bounces off windows and walls leaving no mark. I was much surprised when my dog choose the ball over a walk! I finally found her favorite toy.

This ball is awesome! I have a 3 year old (30 lb.) pembroke welsh corgi and he LOVES it so much! I had been looking for a ball that was about 6" in diameter that he wouldn't puncture with his teeth and would be the right size for him to kick or pick up. It smells minty and there's a one inch hole in it that allows him to pick it up and carry it around! He can't puncture it because the material it is made out of is super durable. KUDOS for making such an awesome product that my little chewer has yet to be able to destroy!!!

I absolutely love this toy, but not as a chew toy. As a chew toy, this kong ring does NOT live up to the durability of the kong name. The squeaking function and toy itself can be destroyed in a matter of hours (or even less) if your dog really goes at it.

The reason I still love this toy, however, is that it is one of the most fun and unique toys to play fetch with! If you hold it perpendicular to how you would hold a frisbee and throw/roll it on the ground it bounces and rolls extremely far. Using this technique and really hurling it at the ground, I can make this toy go much further than a tennis ball. My lab absolutely loves to chase it because the toy bounces up with every little bump in the ground and it takes a little more strategy to fetch than a tennis ball.

I have bought 2 of these because my lab loves to fetch it so much. Every time I take it to the dog park and start throwing it, people ask me what kind of toy it is and comment on how fun it looks. My dog carries it around and acts like he's the coolest kid on the playground.

The first one lasted several months (I wouldn't let him lay down and just chew on it, it was for fetch only), and my second one lasted 2 months. The weak point in the toy are the two seams where the two halves of the donut fits together. This seam is held together with an adhesive that is prone to weakening in heat (don't leave it in the hot sun or in a hot car all day long). In fact the toy itself warps considerably when left in a hot car all day long. One of mine broke apart at the seam after a couple of weeks and I super glued it back together (this made it last another month and a half).

I debated giving this less than 5 stars because it has some very obvious flaws, but I just couldn't because my lab loved it so much and for 10 bucks it was well worth it for me. I will be buying another one.

The squeaking is loud until it stops working, which happened quickly on both of mine even though I only used it for fetch.

We have three dogs. Two are pitbull mixes. Our third dog is a shepherd mix. All three are great dogs, but they have destroyed every toy we have purchased. These toys have been great. They have had them for two weeks. They are still in perfect condition. They play with them daily. Absolutely love the product. However if your dog does not have great jaws, asmaller size might be better. Amazon did a great job getting it to me quickly.

This toy is fun AT FIRST, but does not last too long with large dogs. Even though it is a large, it is pretty small for my GSDs. They had a blast with it when it was new. They love the squeaking and the softness of the ring. It's also fun to throw/roll it on the ground for them. The squeaker only lasted a few days with them though, and after a week or two my boy started tearing the thing apart. It's made with a totally different material than a regular Kong rubber toy.

The large size, shape of the ring and the squeak it makes is great for a dog to chew on. It's not a continuous peice of rubber/plastic, but has two seams in it. The rubber/plastic material is fairly soft & squishy.

My dog loved it while it lasted. Even though we only gave it to him for 15 minutes at a time, under our supervision, his teeth easily poked a hole in the ring making the squeaker useless. Then within a few days of further supervised playing, he broke the ring in two at the seams.

The ring would have been sturdier if a harder plastic was used and if there weren't any seams (weak points) in it. For $9.58 and the KONG reputation, I was fooled into believing it would last. Unless you have a gentle dog, don't waste your money.

Decent ceramic takeout-style cup with a cute image of a typical Blenheim (white with red/brown) Cavalier King Charles Spaniel on it. Feels pleasant in the hand. Nice quality, fine for the price. But note that the appealing graphics (the heart's made of coffee beans!) are not painted, but "decals," or whatever that standard imaging process for lower-priced pottery and drinkware is called. This means that the cup must be hand-washed only something not spelled out in the online product description. Still, it (and its other breed versions) makes a thoughtful gift for any dog owner (the choice of breeds available's pretty impressive), or a minor door prize or such at breed-specific events. I would buy again in my breed or another, depending as a gift for those many occasions on which one wants to give something thoughtful but not spend too much. I had some hope that this product would help my Golden retriever's 'summer skin' issues, but it did absolutely nothing. I am about 3/4 through the bottle and at this point, I figure if it hasn't worked yet, it isn't going to. My dog's issues are definitely heat related. He gets flaky, scaly and small (pimple sized) bumps/scabs every summer and he is more 'smelly' during the summer than in the cooler months. He scratches a bit, but not excessively. He does not get hot spots. The only thing that keeps this somewhat under control is regular bathing. I had hoped this stuff would help at least a little and sadly there has been absolutely no change whatsoever. Once the fall comes and temperatures cool down, his skin miraculously clears up...no more flakes/bumps/scabs and NO odor. He is almost 8 years old and has had this issue since he was 8 weeks old. At this point, after having tried everything under the sun, I think I give up.

I just received this alleged memory foam product from Wayfair / Amazon. I just say that I have never received such an inferior product, especially with the label of memory foam!!! This product arrived "vacuum packed" and in over 12 hours since its arrival has not budged an iota to increase its depth. It is maybe 1/16" if that in depth. A severe disappointment!!! Could not be used for a "normal" dog much less one for which it was intended going to have an orthopaedic surgery. SORRY EXCUSE FOR A PRODUCT~!

Here is something I can say something about. There is a zip off cover to the foam to be washed but it is not waterproof, so if a puppy wets on it or a dog gets sick you have to wash the whole bed, which is not that easy to do since my size is a large. When you dry it in the dryer the bed will seem to be dry but when you take it out there is still water trapped in the foam. So you end up putting it somewhere to drain the rest of the water out.

I think the reason the dogs do not like this bed is because the can't plumb it up like the pillow beds. So they end up scratching at it and I am afraid they will eventually tear it. It has been durable enough to not rip yet.

Arrives in record time and packed well, looks nice but as I said dogs aren't too crazy about this bed.

This is a "great in theory" way to crate your dog. Looks like real furniture that your dog can call home. Unfortunately, the design is too boxed in and resembles more of a coffin than a home inside a home. Plus the dimensions listed are the outside measurements; the actual crate measurements are significantly smaller... Our dog's bed didn't even fit inside! We returned the product and were happy to be given a full refund (That's why I try to always shop for actual Amazon.com purchases).

The dog crate is beautiful, but it is packaged poorly. The wood sides are connected together using plastic pieces that are drilled into the wood. These plastic pieces stick out and consistently break during shipping. I had to return the item twice because it arrived broken. I'm not much into writing reviews, but the ease of assembly for this dog house is ridiculous. Everything you need is in the box (about 6 pieces). It took me literally 5 minutes. Normally one might equate simplicity with poor quality, but this thing weighs a substantial amount. Mahogany finish is beautiful. Also has nice slats for your dog to peek out of. The only caution flag I would say is be careful when lifting--make sure you lift from the bottom, not the top, as the top may come off in the process.

These are high quality hoodies that are just as nice as what we would buy for ourselves. They are 100% cotton so make sure to add 1 to 2 inches to your girth and length sizes to allow for shrinking. I line dry mine. Very durable, easy to put on and off and I find that the hood keeps the garment doesn't stretch over the shoulders like ones without hoods. I bought two of these recently to house some outdoor cats who took to it immediately specially having the two ways to exit the dog house so that they never feel trapped by any racoons or predators.

I put them together in under 7 minutes each. Amazing clear and easy to do.Feels sturdy too.

The roof is like some sort of chunky spray on tar bits which are weather proof. I would recommend you caulk the joints and the areas around the screw heads to avoid leaks. I'll update after we get through a winter.

We purchased the medium size dog house for our 30 lb dog as a dog kennel/indoor dog house. It arrived ok, the bolts, screws, washers etc... were scattered throughout the box. Apparently all the bags broke but all the pieces were accounted for and I was able to put it together without any issues. The dog house looks great, but I would not recommend it for outdoor use or to contain a large dog. The first time I locked the door, my 8 month old tibetan terrier bit the flimsy soft wood bars off the door and escaped within 5 minutes. I plan to keep the dog house, but I will likely make my own door, replace the hinges, lock, and replace or beef up the side window to contain my mini escape artist. I guess I should also mention the smell of the wood/stain; it is quite strong which may subside over time. The smell is not bad, it is just strong. Maybe that is why our dog wanted out so bad? Hmmm?. I would give this product 4.5 stars on looks, and 2.5 stars on quality/durability. Overall a 3.

I would say I like this dog house better than a plastic kennel as long as you feel comfortable making your own upgrades.

This thing is not practical for an outdoor cat or dog.

PROS

2. Legs lift it up off the ground a bit for insulation and keeps the wooden bottom from rotting quickly

CONS

1. Rain soaks the inside. Those windows slats are cute but let in driving rain in both windows. If you don't have a covered porch or deck or garage forget this thing. The roof overhang is a joke. Wind drives in rain no matter which way I positioned the house. Forget it anyway since it is NOT insulated.

2. Not insulated. I purchased this in the summer not thinking about the winter. STUPID!! It is thin wood and those windows allow COLD wind to blow though on two sides.

3. It is getting cold now and I purchased a pet heater pad. At least these drafty open windows could be used to run the cord through....but even if my cat still used the house (he won't after getting rain wet)....a heating pad when it gets really cold is ...worthless.... because the wind whistling though the windows and the very thin wood walls and floor let in too much cold.

4. Hello!! Pets cannot open the door. You have to somehow tie the door wide open or it closes on its own and the pet cannot enter. I put a string through the door windows into the house and out through the open side slat windows and tied a knot outside. This keeps the door open all the time.

I wish I had not purchased it. I'm thinking of using it for a chicken coop for 2 small hens but I have to solve the rain getting inside issue.

Now I am deciding between 2 PRACTICAL options:

Floor is sloped and has a drain hold to make cleaning easy, just hose down and the water runs out. And my cat likes to cuddle with my medium sized dog....and this door allows both animals to enter.

Americas Pet Store dot Come also sells a Single deck insulated cat and Dog house (VERY NICE) or Double Decker Insulated Cedar Cat House that is an like a tree house with a platform. Their cat and dog house are INSULATE. It is great. The house or houses are INSULATED with door flaps, etc. Fantastic. Cats can sleep way elevated off ground or sleep on the platform deck over the actual insulated house. If I move, I can take it apart and it can lay flat taking up less room...unlike the plastic dog house. My dog is not shy about jumping on things and could easily jump to the platform and join his kitty buddy. I am leaning heavily towards this...but also like the DP Hunter Dog House.

I thought about the "The Kitty Tube Outdoor Insulated Cat House" because it is "cuter" but it is NOT raised off the ground and the windows are the handles from its description and the door opening cannot be widened to accommodate a larger pet and it would take up a lot of room if I had to move.

I live in the country and have 3 cats that live outside. I wanted something that they could take cover in during bad Kansas weather:) I purchased the medium size and it was more than large enough for all 3 of them!! The instructions were very easy to follow and I put this together in less than 30 minutes. Love the fact that it has a door and windows so the cats have an added escape route if necessary. In some of the review I read they said they had problems with the floor, but I had no such problem. The house is very sturdy and extremely cute. I am very happy with this purchase.

Got this for 2 kittens that were born under my deck for the winter. Putting this together was extremely simple and straightforward. Smelled great too. I bought a heated pad for the bottom for the kitties to be warmer in the winter. For anyone with a small dog and wants a good dog house, this is perfect. There are levelers and plastic caps on the bottom of the legs which also help it stay above any wetness that might cause the wood to decay if it was just on the ground. I also put styrofoam on the insides to keep the inside warmer for them and block the window.
