This collar is not what it looks like, I received a completely different collar where you could barely see the letters because they were so small and really light. It even had a different design and writing then what was shown in the picture.

Bought this as a gift and the recipient loved the appearance of the collar and was perfect as he went to Texas A&M. Unfortunately, the dog was able to pull the collar off some how and chewed it up. Not that any other collar would have done any better. I think the sizing was just a little too big for this particular dog. Would definitely recommend for a Texas A&M loving dog owner.

Reliably interesting toy that doesn't smell too bad. Absolutely no digestive effects that I can see, and it lasts much, much longer than an ear. It's a little more durable than a hoof and has the advantage of not smelling like old manure as the dog chews it, no doubt the reason my puppy is more enthusiastic about his revolting hooves.

The first was lasting well until the 13 year old lab mix, a.k.a. Jaws, got hold of it and consumed it apparently because she thought the puppy was enjoying it too much. The bonus was that it cleaned up her teeth a lot. In her youth, she could destroy anything and all her toys had names like Rugged, Indestructo, Mega-Tuff, etc., so I would still rate this as a fairly lasting chew toy. The second is three months old and while it's only a stub, it's still around and being chewed every day.

If your chewer has separation anxiety, go for cow ears, stuffed Kongs, or a bully stick. They'll last long enough for the dog to forget he was upset that you left, and they are more enticing than an antler, which is really for leaving around the house to chomp on when the urge strikes. Avoid hooves unless they're only for outdoors, and stay away from pig ears unless your dog has the stomach of a goat, because the grease will give most dogs the runs.

I have a Pit Bull and a 120 lb American Bulldog and have had a heck of a time finding anything that lasts more than 5 mins with these guys. I was told about antlers and thought I would give them a try.

I have two small elk antlers (about 3") that I bought about 5 mnths ago. Not only have my two not been able to break them, but they LOVE them! All I see for ware are some shallow grooves around the edges where the dogs have worn the antler down. I wish I would have found out about them years ago! They have not splintered even a tiny bit. These rock!

I gave these to my dogs, and in less than 5 minutes they were ripping pieces/splinters off them. One even cut one of my dog's mouth causing him to bleed. After watching my 82 pound dog chew thru and devour a jumbo rawhide toy in a few hours AND noticing that he did not eat for a few days after, I knew that I needed to find another chew toy. I have tried the rubber toys, he lost interest quickly, the nylon chew toys kept his interest for the day, but soon discarded, I tried them all and then I saw the Antlerz, and although it was extremely pricey, I decided to try it, purchasing the jumbo size. This is the number one toy in our house, he chews on it for hours, he rolls over on it laying on his back and then pounces on it for another round of chewing. This is the 2nd one purchased, the last one lasted a few months and this is with aggressive nightly chewing. This one has been worn down on the corners but I know he has many more nights of enjoyable chewing left. Also as I know this is the first thing he is after when I bring him back inside, I have begun finding hiding spots and it makes it more fun when he finally does find it, which he does every time!

Our dog Sephy, an exceptionally strong chewer (15 month old Shiba Inu male)went absolutely nuts over the two deer antlers he found in the trails around our house. They were absolutely wonderful chew toys for him, being a good bit softer than the "strong" nylabones he has (he quickly destroys any of the softer varieties), and never seemed to break off into sharp or large pieces. The only problem was he went through them in just a couple of days each, and we haven't been able to find any more.

Based on numerous positive reviews, we were therefore thrilled to discover Antlerz, which looked like a regular supply of antlers for our guy. When the first shipment came, we discovered that the majority of them were much harder than the ones Sephy had procured for himself. We shrugged and figured "Cool, these will last a bit longer."

Then, after a very busy two days working on one of the large-sized ones, we brought Sephy in to the vet for his first annual teeth cleaning, only to discover that one of his major molars had been very recently cracked. We're now on a long, two-week queue to get him into a vet oral surgeon, hoping the tooth can be repaired.

Hope your mileage is better than ours.

I had a lot of fun with this. It fit my 4 month old pit bull / labrador mix puppy perfectly. When I ordered a "large" I thought he would have to grow into it, but no...it's right for him right now. It's also easy to get on. Once you get the front paws through, the back legs velcro around. This heated kitty pad makes a great addition to a winter shelter for outdoor cats. I believe in keeping cats indoors, but if you love cats, you may find yourself dealing with someone else's outdoor cat, or maybe even ferals. I looked at a similar product at PetsMart but it was marked for indoor use only.

The heating element of this kitty "pad" is inside an air-tight black casing that feels like thick plastic. The cord is 5 1/2 feet long, insulated and covered with a steel coil so that you don't have to worry about a critter chewing through it. The pad is big enough for one cat and luckily, it fit perfectly inside of the small igloo I set up on my back deck. The instructions say do not immerse in water, so the pad shouldn't be used in an open area, though I think it would do ok on a covered deck that stayed dry most of the time...and it makes sense to try to provide shelter against the elements for the cat's sake, anyway, so if you're providing a good, dry shelter for the cat, then the pad should be ok, too.

I placed my igloo under a patio table, which I then covered with a waterproof tarp (using patio chairs covered in shower curtain liners as entryways), so the pad isn't exposed to any moisture at all. The kitty has used the igloo and the heating pad many days this winter well worth the investment.

By the way, if you order directly through the manufacturer's catalog, they make the heating pads in semi-circles specially sized to fit igloos...but this small cat pad fit in my igloo just fine.

I purchased this pad for use in an outdoor feral cat house. I use it in combination with a thermocube so it turns on at 35 degrees and off at 45 degrees. I keep the pad, cord, and thermocube completely inside the cat house and run an outdoor extension cord to an outdoor outlet. This has worked perfectly and is so much easier than the microwaved heating disks that only last for a few hours and don't keep a mild consistent heat. Our outdoor kitty seems to love this arrangement too!

Updated 11/5/2010: Still working after one year. Our cat seems to like it, and with only a 40W rating, it uses little electricity. I have been keeping a large bath towel over the supplied cover, and it works fine. The cat is nice and toasty. I have also upgraded my review from 3 stars to 4.

Like another recent review, this is a hard plastic heating board, not a flexible pad like a human heating pad. Let's see how this goes. Instructions say not to cover it with anything other than the special pad provided. I think the manufacturer wants you to buy their covers. With only 40w output, anything would probably work. I can't imagine a 40w output would burn out with another cover on top of it. It you are expecting something soft and flexible, keep looking.

A few years ago, a stray female cat delivered a litter in our back yard. After learning about the local animal control policy on unclaimed cats and after many unsuccessful attempts to find them a home we decided to maintain and care for the cats ourselves. During the winter, our three cats spend their cold nights (and days) in a modular-style shelter we created which includes three of these heated Kitty Pads. We are now well into our third winter with our "outside cats," and I can honestly say that I'm not sure our trio would have survived without the warmth provided by these heated pads especially at night. We have had one pad fail during the warranty period, but it was quickly replaced by the manufacturer. Overall, I give this product my highest recommendation BUY IT. For outside cats in winter, it can make all the difference. (BTW: I didn't see them on the page, but the approximate dimensions for this pad are 12.5" x 18.5" with 5' "wired" cord.)

The invention of the "Kong" is maybe one of my favorites (second to air conditioning) and I know my dog agrees. I have a greyhound who suffered a slight bout of separation anxiety after I adopted him from the track. I needed something to keep him busy and get him excited about my departure to work. The Kong is the answer. I'm sure this sounds weird, but I bought 5 of them one for each day of the week I have to work. Every Sunday I make a combination of oatmeal, non-fat plain yogurt (good for their tummies) and peanut butter. I heat up the oatmeal and add the yogurt and peanut butter while the oatmeal is hot it creates a really nice combination of delicious things to fill the Kong with easily. I take the Kong, put some kibbles of his dog food in first, then I pour the mixture of items into a large, durable ziplock baggy and cut a hole in the corner. I squeeze a good amount of the oatmeal, yogurt, and PB into each kong, leaving a bit of space for a milk bone to stick out of the bigger hole on the end of the Kong. I put all 5 in the freezer and give my greyhound one each day. He gets SO excited when he sees a kong come out of the freezer, that he runs full speed into his kennel and waits for me. The Kong keeps him occupied for HOURS and because it's frozen, it lasts even longer and he spends forever licking and biting at the Kong to get the goodies out. Dogs need something to do with their mouths. They use their muzzles like we use our hands. A stuffed Kong can prevent so many behavioral issues like destructive chewing or excessive vocalization from boredom or anxiety. Also, Kongs are without a doubt the most durable toy on the market. They last ages and ages. I recommend them to everybody with a dog.

My German shepherd loves this toy. As both my husband and I work we have to leave her alone for 8 hours a day. I give her a kong filled with treats each morning and often when I get home that she is still working on getting the stuff out. I LOVE Kong. I have the medium blue and white puppy kong and I have the large red ones (because they came with the Kongtime I bought). I have a 6 month old border collie puppy and he can play with the large ones just fine. The medium ones fit in his mouth just ight though. I like both but I like the large ones because I will stuff them with a mixture of dry and wet food and freeze it overnight. I put it in his crate with him the next morning before I leave for work and it lasts him a long time. In fact This morning he found his King from yesterday and kept finding small amounts of dry food that was stuck inside. He figured out to pick it up and "throw" drop it on the ground to knock them loose. This a great toy for normal chewers who get bored. When you first look at a kong dog toy there is no tug handle, nothing to chew on (which is a plus if you are a human) and not alot of excitement for the dog but stuff the thing full of peanut butter, put it in the freezer over night and the next day, your dog has a whole days' chewing and licking and fun in store.

There are many dog toys that promote stuffing stuff inside them, but most of the time the stuff inside comes outside pretty quick and you are left with whatever attention span your dog has leftover. I was told about freezing peanut butter (buy the great big store brand jars because you will go through it quick) from my breeder, my trainer, and the cashier at the petco store, so I figured someone had to be right and it was true. When I left for the day out went the dogfood dish and the kong. Naturally that great smelling dogfood was eaten first, but afterwards it was a peanut butter flavored kongsickle for hours. This size was well suited for a german shepherd dog, they make smaller and xtre-large sizes for yorkies and the "small horse" breads, but size wise this worked out great to give her a chew treat that squeezed out a little peanut butter each time, then served as a tongue exerciser. By then I was back home and the kong was predictably empty of all the good stuff.

I'm ordering two more here on amazon $2 cheaper than the petstore so that I can have a set of 3 in the freezer simply because it takes a while with a knife (I like to use a plasticware knife just to avoid putting silverware down the kong) to stuff these things. With 3 kongs, I only have to load em up every 3 days. A big jar of peanut butter has lasted over a month.

One trick with the knife is to slice off a piece of peanut butter from the giant size jar and then poke it through the hole and against the side of the inside of the kong in one motion repeat all the way around and you've made the tongue exercizer finish this off by stuffing peanut butter down the middle and even with the edge of the kong and it's now a chew toy that gives out that yummy tongue coating peanut butter for hours. Your dog will like it and have something other than shoes to chew on when a puppy.

I'm very happy with the design now knowing how to use it properly. I bought it again so that must say something!

I was first introduced to Benny Bully's Liver Chops at a veterinary exhibit hall. The company was giving out free samples, and when I told them I had a picky "treat-snob" dog, they handed me a pack of liver chop treats. Well, the company was correct my dog couldn't resist these liver treats.

What I like about this product: it's made in the USA, has no additives, fillers, coloring, or preservatives, and they are extremely palatable. The ingredients are simple to understand just one: Pure beef liver.

These treats are perfect for puppy obedience training for that dog who isn't food motivated even he (or she) will sit for these!

My miniature dachshund can usually destroy a toy like this one in a couple of hours but this thing really lasts. I was worried about the Velcro closure but it seems to be really strong, she still has not managed to get the squeaker out. AND it comes with an extra squeaker which is a big plus in my book. Definitely worth the price. This toy is even better in real life and has a mix of textures for dogs to chew on. For example underneath the duck's "wings" is a sheepskin type of fabric. Fun.

I recently purchased a few of these nearly indestructible toys for our beagle and our american bulldog puppy. They play very rough with these little animals, including playing tug with them several times a day, and they are still in one piece!! I love that they don't have any stuffing in them, so there are no white fluffy pieces flying around my house after a day of play! Plus the extra squeakers that come with each animal are a huge help! Our 23 pound medium golden doodle manages to destroy all stuffed toys, so we were excited to hear about this toy as it sounded more durable. Also, unlike many of her other toys, she has not destroyed it yet. I bought a few of these toys and each one of them my Teacup Chihuahua who weighs in at 4 pounds has taken the stuffing out of them all.One or two of them she had the stuffing out in less than a day the others in a week.

I got this stroller for my cat. Its great for apartment living, I can take the cat out for a walk to get the mail and she can get some fresh air! I like it because it has a basket underneath so I can put my stuff in it, and it makes the carrier a little taller. I also like that the carrier is removable. there are lots of windows, and pockets and the cushion at the bottom is removable and washable. there is also a little leash in there so I know she cant get out! the hood is nice, it isn't necessary though. I like that its removable! the cup holders are nice too. the middle part is covered so you can put your keys and stuff in there. the only problem with this stroller is that it doesn't really fold. I was expecting it to fold like a baby stroller, which it does, but it wont fold all the way down. Overall, this was a good stroller for the money.

Natures Miracle Advanced Stain & Odor Gal Review

I recently moved into a house that had quite a bit of cat urine soaked into the flooring. I needed something to remove the odor. I've used the normal natures miracle for years and it works well, but the odor issue in this rental house is out of control. Old old old cat urine areas that had been repeatedly marked. Nature's miracle works well, and it works best if allowed to remain wet for a long time (at least a day or two, and preferably up to a week or two). It still works if you leave it on for a shorter time, but may not work quite as well.

As best I can tell, the advanced formula is basically the same thing as the normal formula, but with the addition of a perfume and odor counteractives that begin working the moment you apply (rather than having to wait two weeks for odor removal). I will say this, contrary to what another reviewer has said, the perfume they add in the advanced formula BLOCKS the urine odor completely, instantly, at least it did for me. There are a class of pro-grade cleaning products called "odor modifiers" which bind to the odor molecules and render them unable to be picked up by your nose. You DO smell the perfume, but you don't smell the urine. I believe the Natures Miracle Advanced formula contains the same kinds of odor modifiers that some of the pro-grade products use. The perfume is a sort of chemical cherry smell. The perfume isn't something I'd want to smell all the time, however, when faced with whiffing strong cat urine vs the perfume, I'd definitely choose the perfume. The odor fades as the product dries and within a week or two, its gone and all of the urine odor should be eliminated. If the odor wasn't eliminated, then the product either didn't reach all contaminated areas, or didn't stay wet long enough.

For most accidents you catch right away, before it has a chance to really dry out and start stinking, I would use the normal Natures Miracle product. But for dried urine spots you start smelling and don't find for days or weeks, or for fecal accidents that really stink immediately, and you'd rather have the offensive odor gone instantly while you smell a perfume for a little while, I suggest the advanced forumula.

I was really surprised at any negitive reviews on this product. I can see how the scent would be a little strong for some, but I really like it. I guess it is a little strong at first, but much much better than urine or feces scent :) I run a kennel and have about 10 dogs (indoor dogs) running my house. Yes they are doggy door trained, but there are accidents that I don't notice until it is too late and dried. This product works wonders. For the first week you apply it you will be able to smell the urine in the air if it is really strong or lots in the carpet. Once it has dried you should smell no urine at all, however if soiled badly enough...it could need a 2nd or 3 red application. Most of the time 2 application will work with dog urine. If the urine is still wet, sop it up with a rag or paper towel as much as possible and then one application of the product will generally work. If the urine is old and dried and wasn't sopped up....then I generally think it will take two applications. Usually if I can smell urine in the air after it gets wet...it just reminds me how much urine is really in my carpet. I truly believe those that are talking about the foul smell after applying this product has much much more urine in there carpet than they believe they do. This product absolutely works and works very well, however if you have A LOT of urine you will need to apply 3 even 4 applications to get it compeltely removed and this needs to be done after each application has 100% dried which honestly can take up to 2 weeks if it has soaked into the pad and flooring (which it should if you want to get all the urine odor out)....I can also say that after the first application the yellow marks may still be there so I will always spray the top of the carpet and rub with a clean rag and it will always take the discoloration out, but it wont always take the discoloring out just by pooring on, sometimes you have to rub the carpet with another application to get the staining out. If used properly this is a wonderful and very effective product.

i get odors and stains daily and truly needed something more natrual and less abrasive on our belongings as well as safe for my kids and pets. This stuff has been a life saver on more than one occasion.. for instance, ketchup saoked into and dried on my sons martial arts uniform and sure enough one wash with this and it was practically completely gone.. very un-noticable and by the second wash all gone.. The only compalin I have is the so called deterient it has.. It has yet to do that in my opnion but i certainly wont stop using it for the stain remover on my carpets and laundry.

Great for puppy training! Had first used another product that did not fully erase the odor as puppy returned to that spot instead of letting us know he had to go out. :( We sought out this product as it came recommended by our trainer; it works wellno returning to the "scene of the crime". The product smell is noticeablealong the pine cleaning product smells, not too astringent and the smell quickly goes away.

It does removes stains easily from carpet, to include cat throw up with significant bile/acid color (Messy hairball) from our very pale berber carpeting. Very pleased

I purchased the small spray bottle at locally and they wanted $12 more for this large gallon bottle in the store. Happy to buy it here on Amazon. The jug arrived quickly, no problems and will provide many refills for my bottle. Since we are through the potty training, it will probably last forever.

I am not pleased with this product. Used to use Nature's Miracle, going back to when it was a new product. Did not know until just recently that, some years back, the original developer sold the name, but NOT the formula, to another company. So much for brand loyalty! The old Nature's Miracle worked well and had a nice unobtrusive scent. This stuff has an overpowering perfumy fragrance to which I have developed a strong aversion and an allergic reaction. It does not work well, either, leaving you with a combination of vile perfume and cat urine, which is a big step in the wrong direction. Ugh. I also tried "Just for Cats" and I believe it is exactly the same; at least the foul fragrance is the same; and it works just as poorly.

My 50 lb lab/boxer mix Duffy looooooooovves this toy (likely because it squeaks. A toy that squeaks is a friend indeed)

I've had this thing for 2 months now and it's held up pretty well, if you don't count the faux fur being matted my dog slobber...but that's inevitable.

The only pain this toy has (and this is why it gets 4 stars) is that my dog (while playing with my sister-in-law's dog) managed to successfully kill the squeaker in it. After the squeaker kicked it, Duffy wasn't interested in it anymore.

I did some surgery though and I used KONG Squeaker Refill Dog Toy, Small, 6 per Pack to replace the squeakers. Since it's a good size toy, I used 2. I'm not a seamstress, so my hand stitching is mediocre at best, but the fur on the toy hides my stitching. The point is to make the toy Duffy-proof, and that's what I did.

Now that I replaced the squeakers, the toy is back to being her darling. I've even seen her use it as a pillow a few times.

And when she carries it around by its handle, it's too cute! I get loads of compliments on it from friends :)

This product is much better than I expected. Good quality, and my dogs LOVE this! I might have to buy another one, because they fight over it! They use it to play tug-o-war and its still held up so far. It's the perfect size for my dogs... they're both about 25lbs. Cute product!

We have a part golden retriever and part great white pyrnese. She is put in here at night due to her potty habits. She has room to stretch out, but it keeps her contained so she doesn't make messes all over our sun porch. Equally important, she has not learned out to escape from this carrier.

I have a small dog with long hair, but her coat is not very thick. The double row rake does a good job of removing tangles and mats, however when using the shedding blade over her back she kept crying like it hurt. I thought she was just being difficult so I ran it lightly down my are, the scratches were deep and painful.It may be fine for a dog who's coat is thick enough that it can't reach the skin, but it's not right for every dog.

Great for dogs with long thick coats. I have used rakes before but the rotating pins make all the difference in the world. Not crazy about the blade on the back though. It is sort of useless and I get scratched on it. I would rate it a 5 for the double row of rotating pins, but subtract one for the blade.
