I was expecting a heavy duty kennel when i placed this order for my dog. Upon recieving it in the mail in a prompt manner, I was excited to put it together. Upon doing so I had to purchase two additional parts to assemble the kennel as the included parts were damaged. No biggie, I continued to put it together. I placed my dog in the kennel at then end of the evening while we slept. In the middle of the night,we were awakened by noise downstairs. Upon looking into it, my dog had almost completely disassembled the kennel while removing bars cross ways and the door. When I addressed this with AMAZON I was tole that they could not be responsible for damage that the animal inflicted to the kennel that is described as "HEAVY DUTY". I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS KENNEL.

I ordered this crate for my 11 month old German Shepherd after going through several cheaper crates. He was able to break the welds and escape from the first one I ordered within two days. I contacted customer service, who immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. That replacement has lasted a week before again having the welds broken, which allowed my Shepherd to escape. Although this crate may be suitable for smaller breeds, I feel that it does not hold up any better than it's much cheaper counterparts. I recommend saving your money and buying the cheaper models, although they don't look as fancy.

Brought it home, set it up, left him alone for 15 mins in it, and he'd already broken two wires off of it with his teeth. He is a 45 pound German Shepherd, only 10 months. Their was nothing heavy duty about this product except for the price tag.

I have a 50-pound 18 month old Goldendoodle. He ate his way out of three wire kennels, including the strongest one from PetsMart. So I bought this one a year ago. It is a very nice-looking cage with good wheels, however, my dude was able to pull some of the rungs loose so he could stick his head out like a horse. Then he pried loose two of the wall panels. We have had to refasten them with hose clamps! Pretty soon there won't be anything left to patch. I don't recommend it for an active, smart dog.

The product itself is great well constructed, folds away nicely etc. BUT and it's a big but at time of writing, the photos are misleading. They have the same images no matter what size you are looking at.

We 'wish-listed' an inappropriate size because it looked right in the picture. So my mother-in-law buys it for our pooch, and it's too big. I took it to the post office, and its $90 to return it. Hubby took it today to UPS, and they quote $55 (not sure how its $25 to receive it via UPS, probably some sort of company bulk discount). Not worth it, so now we are going to try to sell it on Craigslist, if that doesn't work, we'll be donating it to our local shelter or something. So that is the $95 that my MIL spent on product and shipping just gone essentially, she'll be upset because she loves her grand-dog and likes to get him nice things.

Customer service at Go Pet Club is appalling. I tried phoning multiple times, on different days and times, and the number (listed on Amazon) doesn't work just get the fax tone every time. I emailed instead, asking about how refund/exchange would work since it was a gift but we were going to get the replacement to save my MIL the hassle, also asking for advice on which size to buy, giving my dogs breed and size. All I got back (to be fair, on the same day) was a copy and paste of the returns policy. NOTHING about what size would be appropriate, nothing about the specifics of our return which we're not even doing now because the shipping is so expensive: product only refund $70 shipping cost $55 = essentially $15 back better to sell it or I'd rather donate it.

Putting your dog in a crate that is too small is cruel, buying a crate that is too big is pointless because your dog won't feel safe or comfortable in it and so won't willingly go in it so it either sits there as a big waste of money or you have to force them into it. Getting the right size is very important, and something they need to give more guidance on.

I found the size measurements on their own website (buy on Amazon, the price difference is insane, or better yet, give your hard earned dollars to a better company) and got a yardstick to start virtually building it around my dog to work out the best size to get him. Ordered it, and they sent an automated email asking for a good review. So I sent a second email saying that I was very disappointed in their very sub-standard customer service since their phone number doesn't work and they don't answer emails properly, and because of their inaccurate pictures and lack of information we're out a lot of money that could have been spent instead on toys and treats for him! Guess what, I've not heard back from them. Wish I could say I'm surprised.

So they have got 2 purchases instead of 1 out of us, but never again will I use this company. If it wasn't for the fact that our replacement shipped already, I'd be canceling the order.

I purchased this for my "grand-dog" a 50 pound Bearded Collie. The description of the large said for 50 pounds and above. It should have said for 100 pounds and above. It is huge! I could fit and sit in it comfortably along side the 50 pound dog. My son who is well over 200 pounds easily fit inside. It is much to large for what I had in mind and it cost a small fortune to ship. My son and daughter-in-law tried to see about exchanging it for a smaller one, but the shipping to return it was going to cost more that buying the new smaller one. Be careful when ordering.

I have purchased soft folding crates like this from Drs Foster Smith and Remington. Those are sturdy crates. I bought this from Go Pet because it was slightly bigger. But it has no metal stabilizing bars like the other 2 crates. The dog inside can knock it right over. And what they are calling a pad is just a fuzzy cloth glued to wood.

And the other reviewer was right can't return to them.

I bought the medium tent for my dog who is about 30 pounds. She started chewing just about...everything in the house so I looked into getting a crate but they all seemed so small and I wanted something with a little more room and that I could easily take with me when I travel. This 'pup tent' is great! There is plenty of room for her dog bed, food and water bowl plus some toys. I thought she would chew through it at first but it's very durable. We saw this crate a few years back and fell in love with the design. It's super light weight and the setup takes only seconds.

We purchased two of these for our dogs. The mechanical design of the pop of feature is done very well. Solid, durable and has a place to secure the cords to prevent the tent from an accidental collapse.

We travel with our dogs and this has made carrying their crates into hotels so much more manageable. The crate comes with a bag that has a shoulder strap.

Our dogs love these, since they can now sit up all the way in their crate. Of course, if your dog isn't a fan of a crate or is a chewer, this might not be the right one for them.

We bought the large size for each of our 50 lbs labs. Plenty of room to stretch out and have a bowl of water in the crate with them.

Our dogs sleep in their crates and one is a gentle giant, he's only 60 pounds but he's tall (medium Labradoodle). I felt bad putting them to bed at night watching him walk in with his head down and then clumsily turn around so that he could lay down. His last crate was 42x26 and probably 26 inches tall. This one is 36x36x36, the overall laying down area is 20 % biger and volume is almost double. Now when I put him to bed he can actually sit up straight for a while and look around and when he's ready lay down comfortably!! Victory!! Also, this weighs almost nothing (you can carry it when it is open is one hand) it's a snap to set up and takes no room it is packed up! Crazy good purchase!! I had high hopes but didn't expect to be this thrilled! I actually sat in it ( cross legged, i'm 5'8") the night it arrived

My Boston Terrier LOVES this toy. It is fun to use as a fetch toy and has an unpredictable bounce. My dog will stand on the couch, throw the kong himself, and runs after it when I am too busy to throw it for him. For a special treat, I put cheerios or dog food in the toy with a little peanut butter and he is occupied for a good 30 minutes trying to get every piece out. When he is in a chewing mood he will gnaw at this thing for a long time. He has never tried to chew on any furniture because he loves this toy so much. We have had this toy for over a year, and it does have some little pieces missing. The manufacturer says you should take the toy away in that casebut I don't think it is necessary. Small pieces will come right out the other end with no trouble!

The Classic Kong has been around for a long time.

We were told dogs loved getting their treats by wrestling them out of the Kong.

Since we loved our dog, a small cock-a-poo, and wanted her to be happy

we bought the small Classic Kong for her to enjoy.

Well, she couldn't have cared less about it from the day we bought it

until her death almost 18 years later. With or without treats she just never took to it.

After she was gone about a year we got another small cock-a-poo and passed it on to her.

Again, total disdain. Loved the treats just not in the Kong.

We finally gave it to our son for his dog, a Chow Chow hoping she would like it.

Same dog-gone reaction, she ignored it. Maybe it was just too small for her.

All three dogs, having, lived long lives, are now gone, but for whatever reason

we kept a few dog items, among them the like new Kong.

This past January we added a new Shih-Poo puppy into our family,

and lo and behold, she has taken to it like a duck to water.

We are finally getting our money's worth along with a lot of enjoyment

watching her as she wrestles with the Mighty Kong to get her treats.

Not all dogs like the same things, so if your experience is similar to ours,

either save it for another pet or pass it on. Keep trying!

Sooner or later it will be a winner.

My dog loves this thing though he doesn't play/chew with other toysthis he adores so I'm buying another because he sometimes loses this for a couple days then brings it back out to my attention. The peanut butter spray makes him completely in a frenzy to get every bit OUT of this toyand, btw I've not found grease spots on my rug at allhe even takes it to bed. BUT Jocko semi-buried this toy under some bedding and ended up chewing his way to it through a SHEET so LOL if you have a dog that gets this excited keep an eye out! DO use the sprays with this and your dog will love you for it! So far, this has held up very well and 7lb half weenie dog Jocko is quite a voracious chewer. I'm surprised and pleased that such a simple durable design works well to keep my dog happy and calm with healthier teeth and gums too. The spray provides vitamins and keeps his coat beautiful and shiny as well.

update: It is spring 2012 now and they *now have two dogs still love these kong toys with KONG Stuff'N Paste themthey show little wear (my dogs are adult and under 10 lbs). It is a good idea to periodically wash these in soapy water and rinse well. Get the size that suits your dogs size.

I bought 3 doggy products at the same time (all treat dispensing chew toys). This is my recommendation of the best product of the 3.

I bought the Premier Twist and Treat Dog Toy along with a KONG classic and Premier Tug a Jug for my 3 month old, 4lb Morkie. My dog doesn't play with the latter 2, but LOVES the twist and treat! It's easy to twist the top off and insert the treats and to twist it down to the size you want to get it to dispense. Smoothie quickly learned how to dispense the treats, so we have it on its tightest setting (puppy chow is pretty small, so easy to get out). He chases and bats this all over the living room.

He played with the classic Kong once, but because it dispenses the treats so quickly, he soon lost interest and went back to the twist and treat.

He tries to play with the Tug a Jug, but he can never get anything out and quickly tires of it and goes back to the twist and treat.

Of the 3, the twist and treat gets the most use, its the easiest to clean, is hardy, has the best movement for him to chase around, & is the perfect size for a toy dog.

So, if you're looking to keep your dog entertained, don't waste money buying a bunch of products, just get the twist and treat. Both you and your pup will be pleased with it.

One of these days I will hopefully find a harness that my dog won't figure out how to back herself out of! I think I finally found one here! I like the material and it's easy to adjust. However, I've read several other reviews from people and they all say that these are sized small, well they weren't kidding! I have a 22lb miniature schnauzer who normally wears medium everything. I ordered a large and it's just a tad too snug around her body to where the buckle is rubbing against her leg. I would give 5 stars except I'm not happy about having to exchange for a larger size and now the shipping charges are going to end up more than the product itself!

This is our second harness. They are great and so adjustable. My only concern has been that the leather strap and the fabric pulled apart. I hope it was just a fluke for the first harness that we purchased.

I absolutely love this harness. I have tried many different harnesses for my 2 year old, 12 lb Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie mix) and they were all either too big or too small, not to mention that they all applied pressure on her neck and made her choke while she pulled on the leash. One harness I tried did relieve some pressure on the throat but took a masters degree in physics and contourtionism to get on my dog. This Gooby Harness is easy to put on...just slip over neck, right foot into harness, pull strap under and buckle. After the first few times you're a pro.

When I first opened the package I thought, "No way, this is too big to fit her!" But if fit her perfectly. The neck was a lot bigger than other harnesses I had but when I put it on her I realized that this harness sits much farther down on the neck (which is great for alleviating pressure on the dog's throat) and it actually fit her very well.

I am very impressed with the quality of the straps, they are as soft as suede. The hardware is all top quality black chrome, except the buckle which is plastic (this is not a negative...it functions fine and weighs less than a metal buckle would). And finally the mesh really allows this to breath as there is no "backing" sewed into the mesh like some other brands.

I used sizing info I found from some website that sold this same harness:

EXTRA SMALL measures 11" to 12" Chest, 8" Neck, and for dogs that weigh 3 to 5 lbs

SMALL measures 13" to 14" Chest, 9" Neck, and for dogs that weigh 5 to 7 lbs

MEDIUM measures 15" to17" Chest, 11" Neck, and for dogs that weigh 7 to 12 lbs

LARGE measures 20" to 22" Chest, 12" Neck, and for dogs that weigh 12 to 16 lbs

EXTRA LARGE measures 21" to 23" Chest, 13" Neck, and for dogs that weigh 16 to 20 lbs

The most important measurement is the chest, and it is adjustable on the harness.

The neck can be an inch big or so and it should still fit...it will just fit lower on dog's neck.

My dog is 12 lbs, 16" chest, 10" neck and I got a medium.

It is a pleasure to walk her with this new harness. The leash now attaches in the middle of her back and gives me more control over her, without excessive choking that I got from other harnesses. The most important feature of this harness is where the D ring is sewn in (which connects to your leash). The D ring is BEHIND the two chest straps which allows any pressure from pulling to be distributed to the two chest straps and the one neck strap. That simple little thing is what creates less pressure on the dogs throat, and diverts most of it to the chest. I also like that is doesn't interfere with her existing collar and tags since it sits below them on her neck. I only use this when walking her, although it seems comfortable enough for her to wear for longer periods.

I only paid $19.97 shipped for this and it is worth every penny.

This not for big dogs though ...read the sizing info. The XLarge is only for a 20lb dog max.

This is beautiful out of the package. I was very excited to find such an attractive looking bed cover. However, the product is not durable. If you have a dog that "nests" (i.e. digs to find a comfy spot in the bed), don't plan on this bed duvet lasting very long. I already have white scratches on the surface of the material, where the dye has come off the cover. It will only be a matter of time before those scratches become holes. I wish that the quality of the material used to constuct the bed was a little better and more durable for the price that was paid.

Our two dogs love these treats. They are great to train a puppy because you can hold the treat and the dogs can have a nibble instead of giving them the whole treat. I buy treats for my dogs in bulk to have them on hand. I opened this package 2 months after purchase, which meant it is too late to return, and found the product to be moldy. This is even though the expiration date hasn't been reached yet. Also, the sweet potatoes are soft, as if they are not fully dehydrated. I've bought this product at local stores and haven't had a problem. This must be part of a bad batch. I won't be buying this product or other dog treats from Amazon again, as now I am out of the money I paid.

The Penguin Bio-wheel pumps are great: quiet, effective and long-lasting. (I have a 170 filter in a 39 gallon tank.) These size C filters are widely available, but the Amazon price is much lower than at my not-so-nearby pet store.

A word of warning. The day after changing my filter three months ago fish started dying. Next morning my 6" long Plecostomus was dead. Then three Clown Loaches, each about 5 " long. Within a week I had lost 18 of my 20 fish. Yet there was no sign of disease.

A water test and much internet searching finally pointed out what I had done wrong. I had neglected my tank for a few weeks. In a rush to catch up, I siphoned out about 30 percent of the water (more than usual), did a "better" than usual job of siphoning up detritus from the gravel. Then my biggest mistake I replaced the Penguin filter too! The result is the water chemistry changed too quickly. The Nitrates spiked to a deadly level. My tank, healthy for more than two years, needed to be started over. Took two months and many water changes before I could safely add new fish.

I visited perhaps a dozen "fish forums" and only one had a comment saying "don't change filters when you do a water change.' The Penguin filters and the box they come in carry no warnings. What I (and you) should do is simple: space your water changes and filter changes a week or two apart.

Now knowing how important the "aged" filter is (especially in a tank like mine with no under-gravel filter) I've started this habit: there's just enough space to get a second filter flat against the old filter, their blue faces touching. After a few days I remove the older filter and put the newer one by now doing some biological filtering in its place. That way the tank is never depending on only a new filter. For larger tanks (say 55 gal and up), the 330 or 350 Penguin pump holds two filters side by side, so never change both filters the same week.

Others who I am sure know more about water chemistry have made comments that suggest that what I did is OK to do. I repeat: I changed about 25 percent of the water, vacuumed the gravel extensively and changed my filter. AND MY FISH DIED SOON AFTER. Again, I suggest you be safe and not sorry.

I bought a load of these and saved a ton of money. Petsmart ships, so no amazon prime savings. Still, what a deal. My big tank takes 8 filters. I was avoiding changing them because of cost.

Funny, I changed all 8 at the same time and threw my tank out of whack. Too much algae and goo left the system with the old filters. I'll change 'em in stages from now on.

Same product you would find at any pet store, but at a discounted price. Picture shown is for a size B or C, but the actual product received is a size A with the notches on both sides at the top. Works great so I have no complaints on its function, especially since Marineland is a well known brand.

This stuff is really fun & my dogs love it. We tried the White Cheddar & used regular old ice cube trays. One packet fills one ice cube tray. We store the ice cubes in a ziploc bag in the freezer. Now if I can just keep their heads out of the freezer... every time I open the freezer, somebody shows up!

My dog likes the chicken flavor better. The white cheddar has a funny sort of smell and really doesn't taste anything like cheese. Maybe its a smell thing for the pooches, but mine will just pick at it until it melts.

There are different flavors like chicken and apple I can make those from apple juice and bouillon, but this cheese flavor that they like the best I can't really duplicate.

I received this in the mail this afternoon. Upon opening it and putting it together the zip is not only extremely cheap but kept popping open all down the three sided seam. My pet would be out of there within 10 seconds. Very, very cheap and poorly made.

Bought to contain Cat when I do not want her loose in the house & at night. Works well for this purpose. Allows her room for a corner litter box, her food & water dish as well as space for a comfortable sleeping space. Easy to collapse for traveling but truly a soft crate. Some soft crates have a tubular frame with the unit. There is no tubular framing with this unit which could be an issue if the pet likes to jump on the top of the crate. This pet is a kitten & she has adapted well to using this crate as her own safe space.

I'm a holiday nut and wanted something cute for my furbabys first halloween. I purchased a size small, which is the size my baby wears, and it fit PERFECT, so their sizes are accurate. The quality is on par with clothing one would purchase at wal-mart. But hey, I really didn't expect super quality for a novelty shirt purchased for like $15. I was super excited to find this. It was perfect, we had just got my puppy and it was Halloween time. It is suppose to be a small but it was way to big. I think it was more like a med/lg she was swimming in it! But its perfect for a Halloween shirt hopefully she will fit in it next Halloween!
