This works well if you can get it together. You would think that it would come with pre-drilled holes in all the pieces, but the 2 big pieces do not have any. This made putting it together a little more difficult. Once it is together, it works well in keeping our little havanese puppy contained.

It does the job of keeping the dogs out of the living room or the bedroom. I like that it can be made longer to fit our big doorway. I only gave it 3 stars bc the ends become lose over time with normal use n it can't become tighten again, for the price I wish the ends wouldn't move.

The product didn't go together easily, the instructions were poor, and the quality of the gate were subpar. In addition, there was damage to the box in transit, which also made gouges on the gate.

On a very positive note, however, when I contacted the seller, the response was quick, and a refund was issued. I have to say, that I was surprised at that, having dealt with a computer company where I had to fight with them tooth and nail to get a response, and then continue to fight with them for a solution. BestChoiceProducts has earned my loyalty, and I will most definitely consider them in the future for other purchases!

I took one star off because we had to put in a better "screw" to hold the gate together...I believe the other one was a bit too short.

Also made another hole to adjust to the size we needed, but other than that, it serves the purpose & looks nice :)

I have a non-nuetered male Italian Greyhound who loves to mark inside our house as well as go outside. I have been so frustrated for over a year now, finally broke down and spent the $ it cost me in a Pet store and will be buying more.

He constantly urinated on the front cover of our 54" TV speaker front and my curtains, the tailend of comforters hanging over beds, whatever he could find. I am happy to say that anything with a more pourous surface(cloth-like) when thoroughly washed and then sprayed thoroughly with the No-Go, I haven't had an accident in over 2 weeks now. I've sprayed some wood surfaces, but that only lasted a week.

So, my reccomendation is to definitely buy this, but wash things very thoroughly and then spray and any non-pourous surfaces, you need to respray frequently.

I'm just so happy to not be washing my curtains and comforters and the speakercovers to my TV every other day that I could scream for JOY!!!!

In the past, No-Go has worked just fine, and I was happy with the result for my rescued chihuahua mix. He's about 5 years old and neutered. However, the left over in the same bottle didn't work as well when he urinated on carpet recently. I thought that the bottle may have been too old and bought a new one 2 days ago. I can smell the difference. This fresh bottle releases much stronger smell where I sprayed. I am planning to update my comment after I find out what happens.

This product flatout does not work, I'm not sure how much more I can expound on that. And before you chime in with "Well you must not have been using it properly" don't bother, it's not like assembling a nuclear warhead or anything.

We have a cat who, for reasons unknown, decided she liked this particular spot on the carpet to do her dirty business as opposed to the litter box. I cleaned the area thoroughly using 32oz Simple Green Stain and Odor Remover for Cats and our Hoover SteamVac Carpet Cleaner with Clean Surge, F5914-900. I even lifted up the carpet, cut out a section of the padding measuring roughly 36" x 36" and replaced it. After the carpet was clean, dry, and odor-free, I applied the "No Go!" spray to that area. My first bad omen was that this stuff smells about as bad as the urine I just spent hours cleaning up. After it dried I allowed kitty free and unrestricted access to the area once again. Almost immediately she backed up to the exact same spot and let the river flow. Good thing Home Depot made me buy a section of padding bigger than I needed because up came the carpet and out came the padding once again.

So in conclusion, save your money and just let your animals urinate on the carpet. It's free and it doesn't smell any worse than this garbage. Oh, and to the seller/manufacturer who voted this review as "Not Helpful" you're a small, petty person. I purchased this product for it's intended purpose and used in the manner indicated on the instructions. It did not work, simple as that. If that makes you mad then maybe you should improve your product, not discredit a legitimate review.

I have found the NO GO Housebreaking Aid to be a DUD!!!! I have tried without success to send an email to Nala Barry Labs and have had no luck finding an email address for them. Therefore, I am hoping you can pass this on.

"NO GO" did absolutely nothing to make my pet even have second thoughts of using the same places.

Ilaugh at the "money back guarantee", I AM NOT spending any more of my money on Nala Barry Labs! I refuse to ship my half unused bottle in because it would cost money. I feel I was deceived and ripped off. I will not be recommending any of your products to my associates at Operation Kindness, which is the largest 'no kill' shelter in Dallas. And will do all I can to make sure all our clients are aware of your deceptive practices.

This is the first thing I have ever been dissatisfied with from amazon. I got the impression by the words and the picture of five beds stacked up that I was getting 5 beds. I was hoping to give them to the shelter where I work. So disappointing. Think ad should be made clearer. I know that the price is a very cheap price for 5 but I thought it was sort of like clearance. The beds are quite nice but I just was expecting something different.

Update I wrote a e-mail and the company immediately responded. Very courteous and said they would adjust the ad a little to make it more clear. Again the beds are very nice and really turns out to be a fairly good price compared to others out there. I ordered more for my shelter. Nice removal pad in the bottom could be washed separately.

I use this on my 4 dogs and they really enjoy it. The spray is more like a spritz. Their fur is very soft, smells wonderful, and actually feels healthier. I have double coated dogs (3 Eskies and 1 Shiba) so helping to control the shedding while grooming them is very nice. It also helps sooth and smooth the process while detangling knots.

We were so excited to receive this house. When it arrived we could smell the sweet scent of the wood from outside the box. Sadly, we also noticed an obvious sound of broken pieces. no really. its in the garbage after about a week. was delivered broken (due to poor quality) so i had to make my own repairs. also my dogs must have liked the smell because they started eating it. so i just got rid of it

I bought one of these a year ago and liked it very much. However when I started looking for another 1.5 years later they were nowhere to be found. Luckily I found one on Amazon.com and although it is not as much of a "deluxe" model as the one I have, it is a good crate. It is easy to fold up and store in a closet or take on trips and is well made. The only negative is the plastic pan which has cracked on my previous PetsMate Crate (only 1.5 years old) and I can't find a replacement pan to fit it. Other than that I would buy it again.

Quick, easy assembly...and the grow feature is invaluable for crate training a puppy. However, having previously raised a large breed, I don't think this product would hold up to as it is not terribly beefy. Get out a tape measure to calculate what size you'll need. Don't depend on the size descriptions as they vary from brand to brand. This one is quite size appropriate for our dog who will top out around 50 pounds.

I have had 1 of these for 4 years and recently purchased a second for my latest canine addition. The crate is easy to set up, sides lock in place well with no need for additional support. Bottom liner is removable from separate door on the bottom. 2 Latches on door is nice to ensure secure closure. Will buy another if need be.
