This is a really, really great comb for long-haired cats i had one comb already, and then bought another (to keep in a different room in the house) and a third for my brother.

This comb's best use is for untangling matted fur. We have three cats: one short hair, one medium hair, and one long hair. This comb does not function well as an everyday grooming tool, even on the long haired cat, which is what we needed and what the item's description includes.

Very well made, should last forever. Nice comfortable grippy rubber handle. Perfect for my Maine Coon Kitten. I must for longhaired breeds. Would recommend for all pets who are prone to matting.
