Despite most JW toys being made in USA, I was disappointed to find out that this one was made in China, which I try to avoid. The dogs love it though, so overall good purchase.

My German Shepherd mix chews through toys in no time! I've found the ratio is usually 1 minute per dollar I spend on the toy before it is a pile of rags or plastic bits that she then eats. The only exception have been the JW Pet Bad Cuz toys I got on amazon. They are no longer sold but since this is the same company I thought I would give it a try. My dog LOVED the fabric!! She loved it so much she had it ripped off and eaten within 2 weeks. I expected it to be stitched in not just adhered with glue. She still has the little ball with the feet. Amazingly she hasn't really chewed the feet much. Within 5 weeks she had chewed through the ball part where the fabric used to be enough where it no longer squeaks. She still loves the ball and we aren't missing the constant squeaking. This is not a substitution for the Bad Cuz toys as I had hoped they were but still a decent toy. I've now had it 7 weeks and if she keeps at the rate she has been going I expect it to be a pile of plastic bits within the next month and I'll have to toss it out. If your dog is a puppy or an aggressive chewer don't expect this to last long but still worth the $. I'm also not afraid she will destory the entire thing and start eating the pieces when I'm not home the next day like with the other balls (tennis, baseball, dog balls, raquet balls, rubber balls that go on the end of my knitting needles, wiffle balls, the kids' plastic balls, etc)
