I was hoping this would work for our mixed breed dog (clearly has some boxer/terrier in her somehwere), as the picture has a boxer in this vest. Unfortunately, the leg holes are not generously sized, so to ensure a proper fit, we would have have to bought an XL for our 55lb dog who measures only 19" from neck to tail. Guess it's back to buying dog jackets that don't have "arm holes" but are a wrap-around style. What a shame, because this is a darling vest.
