I have assembled several items I have purchased over the years & never had any problems, but this carrier the locks on the side are not secure..the carrier is for my male cat who is kinda strong & I have another carrier but it was a little small for him..it's very important to me that my pets are safe when I take them to the vet, etc...I read & re-read the instructions so I am pretty sure it isn't me...
