I was excited when I ordered this collar and it arrived the NEXT DAY so that was great. Unfortunately, though it looks adjustable, it doesn't lock into place and is useless to me since my dog can take it off! My son had put this on our dog and within an hour I noticed that I could put my entire hand between his collar and neck...my son insisted that the collar had been tighter, so we took it off and discovered that it didn't lock. Perhaps I'm missing something, but once it is set at a size there doesn't appear to be any way to keep it there. No instructions were provided so we tried everything that we could think of, (it's not the first collar that I've ever bought), but no luck. Great collar but could have a better way of keeping it tight, find it loosens very easy so always adjusting it.And some times it slips off his head!
