I received the product and followed the instructions to the last detail. I used a black light to locate the urine stains,treated them with the product, put plastic over the saturated carpet for 12 hours to allow the product to absorb and activate, allowed the carpet to dry and retreated it. The smell initially worsened which I read online is normal, it is an indication that the product should be working, well it has been 4 weeks since I have completed the treatment and the smell is still lingering.

I bought Urine off 1 week ago. I have a dog who constantly peed on the coffe table and have 3 stains on the carpet from this. One was so bad I didnot think anything could get it out. It was so bad that when I walked out of the bed room in the morning the smell hit you in the face. I have used this product and most of the stain is gone. The smell is almost gone. I have had to treat it 5-6 times because the stain was so old but it works. I think you have to keep doing it until the stain is completely gone. I know it says 1-2 times but it takes more then that on the old tough stains. I am a believer.

I think that one thing that helps with this product is that you thoroughly clean the carpet immediately after the accident occurs (or as soon as you find it!) and THEN use the product. We have a small Bissell steam cleaner that we use. Afterwards we use the Urine Off. I have been using this product for about 4 years now. It has always taken the odor and the stains away for us! We have 2 dogs. We have even used it for urine stains and odors from our 2 small children as we began potty training! A versatile product, but you also have to clean things the old fashioned way first and THEN apply the product! I LOVE this product. I was so excited about this when I found it!

This product was a waste of money and worked even worse. For us it was literally worse than the urine odors and stains!

Doesn't always remove the discoloration, but odors are eliminated, which is a big problem with multiple dogs when one has an "oops". And the product's smell is not offensive like other products I've used in the past. The best product I've found so far and I've tried many of them.

This tee is well made and cut big enough so even a somewhat round dog fits nicely in the appropriate size. In Maine, wicked is an old substitute for very. So a wicked cute dog can be wearing the shirt on Halloween or showing how totally precious s/he is at any other time. This is my favorite dog tee.

I got this for my 12lb terrier mix. After about 5 minutes she had most of the felt pulled off of it. It took her another 15 minutes to remove the on off switch and tear a big chunk of the rubber off as well. Neat idea but not a sturdy toy. The only thing keeping this from being 1 star is she had a lot of fun totally destroying this toy

My sweet dog drives me crazy with his squeaky toys and when he gets out of the gate we use them to lure him back home. This, however, is so quiet when it squeaks that there's really no need for an off switch. I like the concept but wish it had a louder squeaker. Also, my dog had torn the cloth on it within days of getting it.

I thought this was a terrific idea, as my kids love to complain about the dog's squeaky toys. But I gave it to her less than 48 hours ago, and it is totally destroyed. She's not even a chewer: she still has almost every toy I've ever given her, intact. But first the fuzz came off in her mouth, which scared me, then I found the plastic on/off switch on the floor, then the rubbery cover over the switch. Good thing she didn't eat any of that. Now that it's totally stripped, I guess it's safe, and it no longer squeaks at all. Kong sure blew this one.

My jack russell mix just loves this toy. It has the on/off switch on it if the noise bothers you. And so far, she has not been able to chew it up.

We have two Jack Russells that think that they should ride up front. These straps keep them safely tethered in the back and should we ever have an accident will stop them becoming missiles through the windscreen. It's a tough little strap that does its job.
