I ordered Tinkle Belts for my senior dog. I admit I guessed at his waist size, and when the Tinkle Belts arrived (very quickly!), I discovered the belts were too small for my Jack Russell. I contacted the seller asking how I would go about making an exchange for a larger size. I got a quick response, telling me that I could keep the belts I had & donate them to a local shelter, and she would send out replacements asap! How great is that?? The belts work great...Jack doesn't seem to mind wearing them at all...and my experience with this seller has been nothing but WONDERFUL!

We were having trouble with our male dog marking/spraying around the house. We bought something similar to this at Petco and it SUCKS! This tinkle belt is SO much better. It actually stays in place and is much smaller/more comfortable than the other one we bought. We are very happy with the product and will probably order a couple more.

This is the greatest product I have ever seen for this problem with my little dog....his back legs are crippled and he cannot get around hardly at all. This has proven to be the best fit ever!! Hats off to you that was able to design such an item!

I have 9 month old weiner dog who is being as stubborn as anything about peeing in the house. I've tried everything even including wee pads (he eats them), doggie diapers (they don't stay on).

After tossing out the last of my area rugs, I found tinkle belts.

I ordered one and ...it's perect.

It stays on (I had to distract him at first so he didn't focus on it, but after about an hour that was it). And it keeps him from just wizzing away. It's like a reminder, "oh, no let's wait".

I received this in a small box so didn't even think it was the item. Very cheap piece of metal with a very small bell held in place with a bolt and nut. Since the bell is not dangling from some type of cable my dog would need a hammer to make it ring. They say to loosen the nut but this is of NO help. I can return it but I must pay shipping.

This product won't stay together. Each time the bell is rung, it unscrews a little bit until it just plain falls off onto the floor.

Bell does not ring easily. You (or your dog) need to strike it fairly hard before it rings. Difficult to train a dog to ring the bell, when they touch it, nothing happens.

Once I figure out what I am doing wrong hopefully it will get better but the dog is scared of it and it takes a lot to make it ring. Maybe sadie can figure it out.

The bell is attached with a bolt. If you loosen the bolt (as instructed) enough for it to swing and ringit falls off after a day or two. I drilled a hole in the bolt and attached it with a "key ring." Now it works great.

I use this item for my cat to live in. She is not well and needs to be separated from a 2 year old male cat who just wont leave her alone. Now she has a liter pan for herself and food just for her. The crate is as advertised. If you were going to use the top as a shelf to store anything it should be lightweight. Less than 10 lbs unless you support the top shelf with a board that extends across the top. All doors are plenty big enough to access the litter pan as needed and to feed my cat. I intend to build a stand to put it on so my cat can have a view. The crate was fully assembled and required no tools to set up; I just unfolded it. I wish that the divider could have been designed to double as a shelf. I made a video to help you decide for yourself if it fits your needs. You will have to watch it to see the great video talent I have. Sorry in advance. The crate is a little messy as I had to set it up quickly.

this was fairly cheap, so i can't complain too much. the only issue i had with it was that the leather part was cracking, showing wear after a few months. Wasn't a bad purchase, but this probably would only last a year or so before having to be replaced. Maybe a bit longer. I would buy again, for the simple fact that it was so reasonably priced

I ordered this collar for my reverse brindle Boxer, Irie. She has a beautiful dark coat, and this collar looks great on her! The shipping was really quick, and the collar is a great value. It has a nice weight and is much better looking in person than in the photo. I am happy that the inside of the collar is nice and soft against her skin instead of rough, like some collars can be. The edges smoothed out really quickly too (within a few days), so I feel she is comfortable wearing it. Overall, this product was definitely worth my money.

I accidently bought the 1 inch floor grid instead of 1/2 floor grid for our mini aussie puppies. I called your company and asked if I could return just the floor grids and get 1/2 inch grids. I would have to return the whole thing. So I looked to just buy the 1/2 inch floor grids. $58 each so $116 plus shipping is pretty high. So I bought some 1/2 inch wire and placed it over the floor grid. It works.

So I was not happy with customer service.

Plus the puppies have gotten their legs down the side of grid. They are 5 weeks old now so I do leave them in there a little longer.

I used zip ties to fasten the wire on the floor grid and I make sure it is snug to the sides so pups do not get a leg down the side. I with I could attach a picture so you could see what I did.

I MIGHT buy a second set of floor grids but I should be able to return just the grids and get the correct ones and just pay shipping.

I've bought Midwest products for over forty years and with the exception that the plastic pans supplied with this unit are extremely flimsy and break easy (they used to supply metal ones) I'd recommend this to any and all. They used to and perhaps still do, make a 3' square which is easier to store...and not so HEAVY. You basically are safe with a Midwest product. And this seller was incredible to work with...totally recommend them.

Perfectly suits my purposes and fits my needs. Plenty of room for pups. Only problem: under pans arrived with broken areas( done in shipping?) Not very strong and material not sturdy (I miss the old metal ones that were used years ago, held up much better) ...BUT...company replaced them IMMEDIATELY and new ones arrived in perfect condition. All in all, pleased with product AND customer service.

Based on all the rave reviews you would think that at least one of my three dogs would be ecstatic whenever being offered these treats. Unlike many other treats, two will sniff and then walk away, the third will take it and drop it on the floor. Eventually one of them eats it, at least I hope it's one of the dogs that eats it.

Some of the best all natural biscuits you could buy .remove the bay leaves from the package though I am sure they are there for their fragrance and their insect deterrence but bay leaves are poisonous to eat so remove them.other than that important fact the dogs love them.

This crate is truly amazing. I have the 48" version for my Bernese Mountain Dog. The copper hammertone finish is beautiful and does not look like a "cage" in my home. The crate does not rattle, as the handles are covered and the clips are extremely quiet. It also has rubber feet on the bottom as to not scratch my floors. The option of having the door on the top is FABULOUS when I want to reach her without letting her out, as well as having a door on the front and side. I can place the crate against my wall without having it "stick out" into the walk area. The doors are incredible has they have extra locks. My Bernese is quite creative and figured out how to slide the bolt, but it doesn't matter with this one! The doors have additional features that keep it from opening by her, but easily by me. The wire is also have heavy duty, so it weights a ton-but I know will last a lifetime. I LOVE THIS CRATE!

This Precision Great Crate Elite crate is okay but let's get real. A top door on a crate this size is not at all practical. I bought two of these crates and am not happy. The quality is good but that top door doesn't cut it. I don't know of any one in their right mind that would load or unload a 50-70 lb dog through the top door. Precision's prior Great Crate Deluxe Sterling had a door on the front, the back and one side. This was much more practical. I own a Great Crate Deluxe Sterling one size down from this and it is my favorite crate. I own wire crates from several other companies and I will say that the quality of a Precision crate is superior to all the others.
