I did have a problem with an order from Jake's Dog House, but the owner of the company called me and not only explain very kindly what happen, but gave me other offers to work with. Now I am very excited to get the new product in the mail. The owner was a very nice person and very understanding to my needs. I did not get the toy I ordered but he did help me find something that will be just as great and he made me feel good about getting it. Thanks to Jon for being understanding and outstanding!
