I own this carrier but did not purchase it through Amazon. I'm writing this review to both offer an assessment of the product and to balance out the ignorant one-star review left here, since that person did not actually review the product but instead wrote about Amazon's service. It needed to be balanced out.
This is the best carrier I own, and I prefer it over the hard style. It is comfortable for the pet and easy to "pitch" with the affixed internal bars. My pet can see all the way around, and it's easy to get him inside in using the upper zipper.
The floor is a nice and plush. My pet actually likes being in this.
The "large" is quite large -please pay attention to the dimensions. It was larger than I expected.

Product was really nice, however, I bought too big a size and could not see out my rear view window because my car is small. Otherwise I really liked it. I returned it and everything was processed satisfactorily. I ordered a smaller size
