I didn't want to bother to return it, but it was more cheaply made than any $3. one you would get a Walmart. I don't use it because I'm afraid the cheap plastic clasp will break when she makes one good run at "it". Funny, I ordered it before the Red Sox won the world series this year but I still don't trust the clasp.

Bought this for our 16lb Bichon with mentionable tug issues during evening walks. It's tough enough to withstand his pulling whenever he sees a squirrel and gets the urge to chase it while still attached to a leash! I've been able to throw it in the wash and air dry, as well, but I'll admit after a few months it's starting to look a little faded. Maybe it's time for a new one!? :)
