Love the top and front loading options with this carrier. However, there are 2 suspension bars that have to be put into place to give the carrier some structure and 1 one them snapped on half on the the first attempt to place it. There were no instructions in the box or seller contact info. Amazon contacted me promptly with 3 fair options to resolve the broken part issue. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this carrier to others.
