Absolutely awful product. First off it came and a piece was broke. Second, the paint was like a 1st grader had painted it, and smelled awful. I had to have my boyfriend take it to the garage because of the smell from the paint. Needless to say I sent the junk back.

Cheap wood-splinters and splits, guess that is why is was inexpensive. The wood definately needs be protected, painted,and sanded. The finish is a stain,and when cleaning in gets pink on the cloth. Did have a few problems putting together,and had to redo some areas and use glue. I still need to paint or protect the wood. I have it inside, It is not made for outdoors, unless you do all the prepping and keep off the ground.

The Princess Palace was an easy assemble. The product arrived nicely and the product was in good condition. I was not very satisfied however with the workmanship. This is definately just for "show", so it just looks good but thats about all. I would recommend it for indoor use.

Love it! It was easy to build my puppy Muffy loves it just shes not ready to go up and down the stairs part she feels there's no room but I can see once she get the courage she"ll run up and down it she loves inside the house gives her privacy

Very cute dog house if you have a really small dog. I had to return the house because it was too small for both of my chihuahuas.
