The size and look of the dog house is good, but the shipping was harsh and there are lots of broken corners. I will ned to re-paint to hide. The instructions were not quite detailed enough when it came to the roof section so it was easy to put the panels askew.

Well packaged items were received. But, found that 6 out of 11 items were broken!
I don't know how they can ship or sell those products!!
The real problem is the package is too big to return.
We should repair using glue, paint and other woods.

We bought this based mostly on aesthetics. Unfortunately, the floor is not very sturdy. A heavier gauge material is required to keep your pet from falling through. The roof and windows are awesome, however the floor needs reinforcement if you have a heavier animal. (we use ours for our mini potbelly who only weighs about 35 lbs....) I can't imagine how it would hold up with a 100+ lb dog. I would recommend this because it is awesome with a little tweaking.
