This item is not bad if you have a real small dog, but be absolutly sure that you want this. I needed to return mine because my dog was to big for it. When I contacted the company I learned that they were based in China and that returning this item would be very expensive, $66 through the postal service. Communication with them was timley, with broken english, and very confusing. After approx 2 weeks of e-mails, they have offered to return $30 and for me to keep the item....Fair deal right?......So all in all, I am going to be out $40 and stuck with an item that dosen't work for me. My Advise... Be very cautious and be absolutely positive that this is the right fit for your pet. Another reason to buy USA.

My puppy loves his new house! I am pleased with the size. She is about 12 lbs. and had outgrown the indoor houses I could get locally. It can be folded up and taken on overnite trips and is easy to clean.
