Im not sure why there are bad reviews on this. Its a nice thick flap and it came with the screws. It does the job and fits perfectly in the house.

Upon arrival this looks like a pretty good flap. its even advertised as added warmth. yesterday i came home from work and the door was broken into 6 pieces. frozen solid. my dog looked anything but happy. maybe this will work in Texas for there chilly nights, but anywhere north of that don't waste your money. this was installed in January and failed by early February

It is super durable and easy to install. At first I was worried that it would be to big for her doghouse but it fit perfectly. With winter coming I needed something to keep her warm during those months and this defintely did the trick.

I love this dog house. It matches my siding and the flat, tilted roof helps keep the moisture out of the front door. I love the fact that I can take the roof off to clean the inside and simply snap it back in place.

However, some of the pieces were chipped in shipping and I was never able to put the plastic door on because of no hardware by which to do it.

Other than that, since my my dog is an outside dog, she now has a place to go when I'm not home and it rains or when it's cold and she wants to snuggle with her stuffed animals.

Having it shipped right to the door was another plus.
