Do not waste your $$ on this scooper. It is made from cheap plastic and the mechanism breaks at key stress points, making the scooper unusable. Mine only lasted a few months, and for what I paid for it, it should have lated a very long time. It only carries a 6 month warranty, that should tell you something. It is junk...don't buy it.

I have had mine for 3 years and it is perfect, the spring rusted over time from me leaving it out in the rain and I got a new spring at Ace Hardware for pennies

I made this order on 7/23/2012. I was given an opportunity to give some customer feedback and stated that I have not received the order. Robert from OK sales contacted me and agreed to send a replacement scooper if I removed the negative feedback. I agreed and removed the feedback. Today's date is August 30th and I am still waiting for my scooper. As fate would have it I am able to publish this event again. There are two lessons to be learned here. The first is don't order this item from this company unless you intend on making a donation to the company. The second is I am not removing any negative feedback unless I get satisfaction first. So Robert don't bother calling.

As far as the product review, who knows I didn't get it!
