Their customer service is really good, they refunded my money on the original order before they even received the return. I first ordered a size small for my 8 lb toy poodles, but they were so tiny, they would have only maybe fit a 3 lb chihuahua. So, I re-ordered size large. They are cute and nice quality, but the problem I found, was that they do not come far enough up the dog's back, so they are always in danger of falling off. Also there is a string tie, to adjust the fit, but I think an elastic waistband would have worked better.
