I bought this collar for my little girl and she does not pull when walked. But when I was not with her because the collar stretches easily she got out and sadly was hit by a car.

I purchased this nylon collar for a new small breed dog. It fits perfectly (she's 20lbs), looks great, the plastic clip works well, the nylon is very soft AND the white comes clean with water (which is good, because she likes to roll in dirt). I'm very happy with it and receive many compliments.
