We loved the crate, but have gone through three because the metal frame is a piece of junk! Must be made of Chinese steel. If you put the crate in the car, it will break. If a cat jumps up on it, it will break. No way to easily fix, and when you call Pet Gear they say that part isn't available (hello, there are really just two parts!!)! The lady I talked to promised to see what she could do and call me back, but never did! Would not recommend ever buying this item!

This crate has been awesome up until my cat started sitting on top of it. It has a flimsy metal frame that ended up breaking on me. I taped the metal back together because it collapsed. I now have to use the crate upside down so that it will stand up. Other that that it worked great for our Shitzu. Wish there was a way to get a new metal frame without buying a whole new crate.

Product tore almost immediately. My dog was able to scratch a hole into it and get out. (She's 5lbs.) it's a convenient carrier just not good quality.

Great for travel and very secure and durable. Recently on a trip and it stored easily in the car trunk along with the other more bulky items.
