Once you air it out a bit, it is great. I use it for travel in our car. Keeps them comfortable and because of the material it is extra safe if we get in a fender bender. I hate those clunky hard plastic and steel kennels. My little guy is a 6 lb yorkie and it is a perfect fit with room to spare.

This pet product has been the best I've ever purchased! My 4-lb. chihuahua loves it. She goes inside on her own and spend hours in it. It's her safe-place. I bought ours from Petco, but this is a better price on Amazon.

We look for a long time and got different types of carriers before. So far this is the best option ever. Our cat 10.5 pounds loves it. It has enough room for her, clear view from inside, cozy for a home hideout. She loves it and my kids are excited we got the right carrier this time. No disappointments here. We strongly recommend this carrier to anyone with small dogs or big cats. By the way the carrier looks great and different!!!! Very fashion!!!!

Got this quickly and as promised. At first it was a little bit of a challenge to put together but once I lined up the zippers it went quickly. It does have a bit of a smell when you first open it up but leaving it out a while helped. I put it on the floor for the cats to get used to it. At first my orange male tabby was the only one to venture in in but later on the female Ragdoll started going in and sleeping in it. I got it as a little sleepy hideaway for the female. It's nice that it is also a carrier. So far so good. :-)
