This is a well built dog house and great for small dogs. But we did not realize it was a small house and we needed a bigger one. But, this is a great house for the money!

We ordered this for a stray kitten that had wandered into our yard & didn't want anything to do with us. With the weather getting colder we decided to order a barnhome for her. After the order was placed, it was only 3 days 'til we got our package. Talk about speedy delivery! The house was simple to assemble-the bottom & top just snapped together. We weren't sure if the kitten would use it or not, but that very night she slept in it. No problem. We also ordered the heating unit, which works like a charm. We have had rain, snow & hail, but the inside of the barnhome has stayed warm & dry. Miss Kitty loves it!

I actually bought this as a nesting box for my hens. It is pretty

sturdy and keeps the wind and rain off the chicks. It is real

easy to clean too.

I bought this in the extra small size to sit on my deck for a stray cat that has been coming around on and off for a few years now, and he seems to like it. The extra small size is the perfect size for an adult cat. This model also feels like it may have a foam insulation core, it is certainly not just a single layer of plastic. Well worth the money in my opinion.
