This was way too small for my 7lb Havamalt. I couldn't get her head through the opening. The neck area isn't adjustable. I loved the color but I could get her little head in it, so had to return it. I purchased another XS harness that had the neck part adjustable and we're very happy with it. If I could have gotten her head in it we would have kept it. It's so cute.

Very nice harness, the hole for the head to fit through is not large enough for a 6 pound Boston Terrier. We exchanged for a Medium.
