Unfortunately I can't agree with the first review, this jacket is turning out to not be very functional for my dog.
First, I had to purchase a size larger than suggested in order for the length to be correct, (a size L so the length would fit my 25 lb, average size dog). So I got the correct length, but then the belly is too large, so I have to double over the velcro closure. And, disappointingly the hood is extremely smallI don't know if the hood could fit any average size dog, so your dog's head won't be protected from the rain. Also does not provide very good coverage underneath, only covers the very top of her back, not nearly as good as coverage as shown in photo (I think the dog in photo must be wearing a few sizes larger than suggested).
One positive aspect though, very easy to take on and off.
If you're wanting a functional rain jacket, personally I wouldn't recommend this one.I bought this because I don't like the smell of wet dogs and this does work. Very nice and easy to put on my pet.
