Ignore the sizing in the description until they update it. After getting actual hoodie and sizing cart that came with it here are the real sizes: X Small: 10" long; Small: 12" long; small/medium: 14" long; Medium: 16" long.
The description said the x small was 14"-15" and my papillon is 14" long so I ordered that size. It is cute and light weight, but too small.
