First of all it lasted literally about 2 minutes. It looks like just some silicone hold the ends of the rope together. One paw on it and the rope pulled right out of the ball. And I don't think eating silicone is too healthy....
And a big issue is the two pieces of the ball they punched out are inside the balls. I had to grab her and pull one of the rubber circles that fell our as she tried to swallow it!
Good thing it was on sale or I 'd throw it back at them.

My dog loved this, but the glue doling the rope together did not last 24 hours. Good idea, but poor implementation. Also, the item I received is the bottom of the 3 in the 3rd picture, so it did not come as pictured. Either way, big disappointment and a waste of money. Do yourself the favor and take your money to a different dog toy.

My puppy absolutely loved this toy. It didn't take him all that long to shred the two tennis balls, but he still loves playing tug-of-war with the ropes. I would buy it again because it gave him so much enjoyment.
