ooh, this is going to be wonderful for my dogs! It's small enough that it fits inside their wire kennel. It's big enough for 2 (8lb and 11lb) Chihuahuas to sleep together in all curled up, which is how they sleep anyway. The cushion is about 3" thick and is removeable. The dome is also a little thicker, which will certainly help in keeping it warm inside.FWIW This arrived about an hour ago and my dogs are already curled up in it.

I purchased this for our Cornish Rex Cat, Annie! When it arrived she went right in and stayed in it for several hours. She absolutely loves her hut and having her own space. I am so happy that I thought of this for her!Honest reviews on AlphaPooch Napper Cat Den, Black Berry Branch Fabric with Black
I really love this bed! My cat really loves this bed! After him essentially living in it for two months, it was finally time to wash that pillow. Too bad, when washed as directed, the thing split on three seams and exploded in my washer. Stuffing everywhere.Curious to see if anyone else has had this problem. I figured I'd see something about it in the reviews, but perhaps I'm unlucky or no one else had actually washed the "washable" pillow. If you do, beware. It may evaporate.
:(
Hoping Amazon stands behind their products and gives me a partial refund or a new pillow.... that I won't be washing.

I'm rating this five stars because it would not be fair to rate it anything less when I bought a cat product for our dog. But I'm still leaving a review because others have mentioned getting this tent for their small dog.Our 12-pound dog does not like going inside it (although he fits nicely) but rather, enjoys running around with it in his mouth like a toy. The product is not as stable as we thought, and does not hold its pyramid shape well. It comes folded in the box and never really pops upright into a uniform shape. When the dog lays down inside, it will often tip over because he likes to lean against the side.
Nothing is really the fault of the manufacturer or merchant, but just our dog's preference.
