My dog would get very stressed out while in her crate. Since we have gotten this, she has calmed down a lot. Just recently she started going in the crate on her own and laying down on it. It is water proof on the colored side.

The bed is a little thin, but the whole thing goes right in the washer and dryer. It's a real time saver for our older, incontinent dog.

First dog thought it was too thin. She didn't seem very comfortable on it in her cage. Second dog, 8 week old puppy, tore holes in it within one hour. I will go back to using old towels in the dog kennels.
