This toy was adorable so I bought it for my dog however within a day the cloth threads were unraveling in more than one location. Our dog has other soft toys and none have come apart even with months of use.

My dog loved the crew cut bear and for some reason didn't tear it apart. She took it everywhere and slept with it.

I bought the other animals for her and bought bears for my friends dogs and so far they are all intact.

I have a 6 year old, 60 pound Golden Doodle who walks around with toys in her mouth all day long. She has had a yellow crewcut duck for two years. She has a toybox full of over 20 toys; and although she has never exactly told me, I think that she must really love the crewcut toy the best because she that's what she keeps choosing to play with. I really think she likes the texture of this toy. It gets very dirty so I just keep throwing it into the washer. This is her favorite toy and it has not come apart through all her wear and tear. It just doesn't come clean anymore so I just brought four new ones for Christmas.
