it's studier and larger than I imagined. It's really easy to set up too. Just pop open the frame of the house, slide in the mat and the "roof" sticks right on thanks to the super strong velcro. I have 13-18lb pekingese at home and they fit inside nicely (one at a time). I only wish the opening were a little bigger, but maybe that might alter the structural integrity since these are just foam pads covered in cloth.

It looks much larger than it actually is. I would only recommend this for a very small dog. My 15 lb Shih Tzu could not even get in! The entry is very small.
