I was a little hesitant to buy this toy because I thought it might be too large for my 18 pound Shih Tzu mix. However it has been my dog's favorite toy since receiving it. And it is still in tact! My dog is a chewer and loves to tear these toys apart. So far it has survived without a trace of wear for a week. Nice and light weight.

These are some of the cutest dog toys on the market. Our little terrier Henry absolutely loves to run through the house shaking one of these in his mouth. There is no stuffing for your dog to ingest and the fact that the squeaking mechanism mimics the high pitched sound of a chipmunk makes it all the more irresistible.

When it came it was much smaller than I expected. It clearly states 14 inch, which is probably correct, just was looking for something a bit bigger. A plus is the Golden Retriever puppy I got it for loved it, however he demolished it after one use. Maybe better for smaller dogs.
