The shipping was fast, and my dog loved the look of it. I threw the toy for her first fetch and she promptly brought it back for a quick tug of war. After one tug, the arm tore completely off! For the price, I would have expected a better product that would last more than 10 minutes. It took me longer to remove the tag.
