I barely tugged on the tag to remove it and the whole green top came off, I am going to return it as I never even gave it to my puppy. The red part appears to be tightly woven but I'm not going to take any chances on how the rest of it is made.

Little girl loved this toy. It was the right size for a teacup. But best of all it lasted through over two months of her puppy chewing, before she managed to dismantle it.
