Just like all the Armarkat trees we've bought, this was easy to assemble with tools included. The faux fur is tougher than it looks and easily cleaned with any small brush. Needless to say, the cats love it.
Be aware that this stable piece of cat furniture is somewhat long...about 40 inches when looking for a location. (You can always turn the flabellate perch around if need be.) We banked it against a wall but it's quite stable to be freestanding. What you can't see in the picture is that it's got a thick rope hanging from the top perch thru a circular hole
in the highest shelf. Be ready for cat swashbuckling.

This is a solid cat tree. It's sturdy, easy to put together, and the design is intuitive and easy for cats to use (you'd be surprised at how many cat trees are poorly designed for cats!This is an upgrade tree for our kitty, and unlike all the ones that came before, he wasn't immediately afraid of this one. I think the trick was letting him sniff and play in the pieces before we put it together.
Our cat is 12.5lbs and is almost, but not quite, too big for this tree. I wish the two perches were a bit bigger, however he still lounges on them with a leg hanging off so it turned out okay. His favorite spot is the hut, because he can stretch his front and back legs through the open sides. I laid a towel inside and he's happily sleeping in it as I type this. For medium and small cats this cat tree would be ideal. If your cat is 12+lbs or has long legs, it's a gamble.
If your cat jumps onto this tree at high speed, there is a chance it will rock. My boyfriend put his 40lb dumbell on the bottom of the tree, and that solved this problem.
I read a review that warned of the dangers of the hangy-ball on the string. The string is not strong, so if you have a cat that will be rough with it, consider leaving that piece off.
I purchased this from a third party vendor "gulf coast" on amazon, and it came lightning fast through UPS. As I mentioned earlier it was easy to assemble and we had it up in around 15 minutes. It's not a top of the line cat tree, but if you aren't willing to spend $200+ then this is a great buy from the next tier down. Overall this is a good product in my price range that I would recommend.

Good product. Easy assembly. I have four cats and they all love it. Some of the cats started playing with it, before it was fully assembled. Two of my cats are rather large and they don't totally fit in the cubby area. I wish the cubby had more space to accommodate larger cats. I would also prefer if there was another level to help the cats get up and down the thing easier, with out having to jump down so hard on the floor. I've bought five different models from this company, this being next to the smallest. The cats loved it, of course, and the faux fur is actually more durable than carpeting (strange but true). As all the faux fur models I've bought, this is a snap to clean with a small brush.The fact that it fits into a corner is a big plus and the main reason I purchased this configuration.
The only semi-complaint I had was this model seemd a little unstable because of the offset top nest and smaller base. But then, my cats act like a bunch of pirates jumping a merchant vessel, so they do mistreat their furniture. I simply removed the top nest and flipped it over to use as an extra scratch post. If you have a halfway normal cat or two, you really shouldn't have to worry.

Great item. No complaints. The tower is NOT 'wobbly' if you assemble it correctly. I have it free standing, it doesn't lean against anything. And my cats wrestle on it all day. Perfect tower.
